Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv bivšeg savjetnika hrvatskog predsjednika Zlatka Canjuge kojom ga tereti da je posredstvom Gorana Puklina od bivše tužiteljice Mirele Alerić Puklin zatražio da tužiteljstvo umanji kaznenu odgovornost njegove supruge Piruške Canjuge osumnjičene u aferi Agrokor.

Tužiteljstvo je, ne navodeći identitete, izvijestilo da je podiglo optužnicu protiv prvookrivljene bivše zamjenice Županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Zagrebu Mirele Alerić Puklin, drugookrivljene Piruške Canjuge, trećeokrivljenog supruga nekadašnje tužiteljice Gorana Puklina te Zlatka Canjuge.

Njih četvero optužnica tereti za zloporabu položaja i ovlasti te poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, priopćio je Uskok.

Zlatka Canjugu terete da je, krajem studenoga i početkom prosinca 2018., posredstvom svojeg prijatelja Gorana Puklina zatražio da njegova supruga kao zamjenica zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika poduzme ‘‘potrebne radnje radi umanjenja ili eliminacije potencijalne kaznene odgovornosti‘‘ Piruške Canjuge u predmetima povezanima s koncernom Agrokor.

Uskok ističe da je tužiteljica Mirela Alerić Puklin to i prihvatila znajući da joj je takvo postupanje zabranjeno, a što su znali i ostali okrivljenici.

Potom je Alerić Puklin, koristeći okolnost da je kao tužiteljica bila zadužena za provođenje istrage protiv Piruške Canjuge i ostalih okrivljenika u aferi Agrokor te da je imala pristup podacima iz više kaznenih predmeta u radu drugih tužitelja radi ocjene postojanja kaznene odgovornosti odgovornih osoba u Agrokoru, pogodovala Piruški Canjugi tako što joj je dostavljala tajne informacije o predmetu Agrokor.

Odavanje tajnih državnoodvjetničkih podataka

Uz to, bivšu tužiteljicu terete da je Piruški Canjugi davala upute o načinu i sadržaju obrane, radnjama koje bi trebala poduzeti da bi otklonila svoju kaznenu odgovornost, podatke o državnoodvjetničkim postupanjima prema drugim okrivljenicima ili potencijalnim okrivljenicima te je u ime Piruške Canjuge sačinjavala pravne lijekove protiv državnoodvjetničkih akata.

Bivša tužiteljica je na taj način, dodaje Uskok, osigurala Piruški Canjugi podatke potrebne radi eliminacije ili umanjenja njezine kaznene odgovornosti, dok joj je otkrivanjem tajnih podataka kojima bivša članica Uprave Agrokor nije smjela raspolagati, omogućila poduzimanje radnji usmjerenih na ometanje i sprječavanje procesuiranja kaznenih djela za koje se sumnjičila.

Vrhovni sud u veljači je potvrdio presudu zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u tzv. slučaju mali Agrokor prema kojoj su bivši vlasnik Agrokora Ivica Todorić i njegovi suradnici, među kojima i Piruška Canjuga, oslobođeni optužbe da su oštetili taj koncern za oko 1,25 milijuna eura.

Piruška Canjuga nalazi se među okrivljenicima i u aferi tzv. veliki Agrokor u kojem je optužno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u ožujku odlučilo da je financijsko vještačenje Ismeta Kamala, na kojem se temelji optužnica za izvlačenje 1,2 milijarde, nezakonit dokaz. O izdvajanju Kamalovog vještačenja Visoki kazneni sud tek treba odlučivati, nakon što je tužiteljstvo u tom postupku najavilo žalbu. 

Uskok je u prosincu prošle godine podigao optužnicu protiv supruga bivše tužiteljice Gorana Puklina za namještanje poslova za razvoj softvera u Hrvatskoj lutriji te da je lažirao ugovore o obavljanju studentskih poslova.

Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv bivšeg savjetnika hrvatskog predsjednika Zlatka Canjuge kojom ga tereti da je posredstvom Gorana Puklina od bivše tužiteljice Mirele Alerić Puklin zatražio da tužiteljstvo umanji kaznenu odgovornost njegove supruge Piruške Canjuge osumnjičene u aferi Agrokor.

Tužiteljstvo je, ne navodeći identitete, izvijestilo da je podiglo optužnicu protiv prvookrivljene bivše zamjenice Županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Zagrebu Mirele Alerić Puklin, drugookrivljene Piruške Canjuge, trećeokrivljenog supruga nekadašnje tužiteljice Gorana Puklina te Zlatka Canjuge.

Njih četvero optužnica tereti za zloporabu položaja i ovlasti te poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, priopćio je Uskok.

Zlatka Canjugu terete da je, krajem studenoga i početkom prosinca 2018., posredstvom svojeg prijatelja Gorana Puklina zatražio da njegova supruga kao zamjenica zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika poduzme ‘‘potrebne radnje radi umanjenja ili eliminacije potencijalne kaznene odgovornosti‘‘ Piruške Canjuge u predmetima povezanima s koncernom Agrokor.

Uskok ističe da je tužiteljica Mirela Alerić Puklin to i prihvatila znajući da joj je takvo postupanje zabranjeno, a što su znali i ostali okrivljenici.

Potom je Alerić Puklin, koristeći okolnost da je kao tužiteljica bila zadužena za provođenje istrage protiv Piruške Canjuge i ostalih okrivljenika u aferi Agrokor te da je imala pristup podacima iz više kaznenih predmeta u radu drugih tužitelja radi ocjene postojanja kaznene odgovornosti odgovornih osoba u Agrokoru, pogodovala Piruški Canjugi tako što joj je dostavljala tajne informacije o predmetu Agrokor.

Odavanje tajnih državnoodvjetničkih podataka

Uz to, bivšu tužiteljicu terete da je Piruški Canjugi davala upute o načinu i sadržaju obrane, radnjama koje bi trebala poduzeti da bi otklonila svoju kaznenu odgovornost, podatke o državnoodvjetničkim postupanjima prema drugim okrivljenicima ili potencijalnim okrivljenicima te je u ime Piruške Canjuge sačinjavala pravne lijekove protiv državnoodvjetničkih akata.

Bivša tužiteljica je na taj način, dodaje Uskok, osigurala Piruški Canjugi podatke potrebne radi eliminacije ili umanjenja njezine kaznene odgovornosti, dok joj je otkrivanjem tajnih podataka kojima bivša članica Uprave Agrokor nije smjela raspolagati, omogućila poduzimanje radnji usmjerenih na ometanje i sprječavanje procesuiranja kaznenih djela za koje se sumnjičila.

Vrhovni sud u veljači je potvrdio presudu zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u tzv. slučaju mali Agrokor prema kojoj su bivši vlasnik Agrokora Ivica Todorić i njegovi suradnici, među kojima i Piruška Canjuga, oslobođeni optužbe da su oštetili taj koncern za oko 1,25 milijuna eura.

Piruška Canjuga nalazi se među okrivljenicima i u aferi tzv. veliki Agrokor u kojem je optužno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda u ožujku odlučilo da je financijsko vještačenje Ismeta Kamala, na kojem se temelji optužnica za izvlačenje 1,2 milijarde, nezakonit dokaz. O izdvajanju Kamalovog vještačenja Visoki kazneni sud tek treba odlučivati, nakon što je tužiteljstvo u tom postupku najavilo žalbu. 

Uskok je u prosincu prošle godine podigao optužnicu protiv supruga bivše tužiteljice Gorana Puklina za namještanje poslova za razvoj softvera u Hrvatskoj lutriji te da je lažirao ugovore o obavljanju studentskih poslova.

Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv bivšeg savjetnika hrvatskog predsjednika Zlatka Canjuge kojom ga tereti da je posredstvom Gorana Puklina od bivše tužiteljice Mirele Alerić Puklin zatražio da tužiteljstvo umanji kaznenu odgovornost njegove supruge Piruške Canjuge osumnjičene u aferi Agrokor.
