Optužnicom se okrivljeniku stavlja na teret da je, kao predsjednik Uprave MOL-a, od početka 2008. do kraja 2009. u Zagrebu s tadašnjim predsjednikom Vlade Sanaderom "dogovorio da će za iznos od 10 milijuna eura poduzeti sve da se zaključe Prva izmjena i dopuna Ugovora o međusobnim odnosima dioničara trgovačkog društva Ina", objavio je USKOK poslijepodne na svojoj internetskoj stranici.

Uskok tvrdi da je na taj način Hrvatska MOL-u neosnovano omogućila prevladavajući utjecaj u Ini. Također, da je dogovoreno sklapanje Glavnog ugovora o izdvajanju plinskog poslovanja iz Ine, odnosno da Hrvatska preuzme "onaj dio plinskog poslovanja koji stvara gubitke".

Uskok tvrdi da je Sanader, kao protuuslugu za primljeni mito, dogovorio izmjene dioničkog ugovora između MOL-a i Ine, znajući da to "nije u interesu Republike Hrvatske".

Istragu protiv Hernadija Uskok je prekinuo u prosincu 2012. i ponovno je pokrenuo nakon ulaska Hrvatske u EU. Uz ponovno pokretanje istrage, Uskok je za Hernadija zatražio i istražni zatvor nakon što mu je Mađarska odbila uručiti poziv za ispitivanje u Hrvatskoj, a ranije ga nije željela sama ispitati pravdajući se zaštitom nacionalnih interesa.

No, u međuvremenu njegova je tjeralica, bez znanja hrvatskog suda, tužiteljstva ili policije, nestala s Interpolove stranice, jer je Hernadijeva obrana pred Ustavnim sudom zatražila reviziju postupka na temelju kojeg mu je određen istražni zatvor te raspisana međunarodna tjeralica.

Sanader je zbog slučaja Ina-MOL nepravomoćno osuđen na 10 godina zatvora, a Vrhovni sud upravo razmatra žalbe njegove obrane te tužiteljstva na tu presudu.

[bgPosition] => [text] => {OCMSplitter} Uskok je nakon provedene istrage podignuo optužnicu protiv predsjednika Uprave MOL-a Zsolta Hernadija, kojega tereti da je bivšem hrvatskom premijeru Ivi Sanaderu obećao 10 milijuna eura mita kako bi mađarskoj naftnoj kompaniji prepustio upravljačka prava u Ini.

Optužnicom se okrivljeniku stavlja na teret da je, kao predsjednik Uprave MOL-a, od početka 2008. do kraja 2009. u Zagrebu s tadašnjim predsjednikom Vlade Sanaderom "dogovorio da će za iznos od 10 milijuna eura poduzeti sve da se zaključe Prva izmjena i dopuna Ugovora o međusobnim odnosima dioničara trgovačkog društva Ina", objavio je USKOK poslijepodne na svojoj internetskoj stranici.

Uskok tvrdi da je na taj način Hrvatska MOL-u neosnovano omogućila prevladavajući utjecaj u Ini. Također, da je dogovoreno sklapanje Glavnog ugovora o izdvajanju plinskog poslovanja iz Ine, odnosno da Hrvatska preuzme "onaj dio plinskog poslovanja koji stvara gubitke".

Uskok tvrdi da je Sanader, kao protuuslugu za primljeni mito, dogovorio izmjene dioničkog ugovora između MOL-a i Ine, znajući da to "nije u interesu Republike Hrvatske".

Istragu protiv Hernadija Uskok je prekinuo u prosincu 2012. i ponovno je pokrenuo nakon ulaska Hrvatske u EU. Uz ponovno pokretanje istrage, Uskok je za Hernadija zatražio i istražni zatvor nakon što mu je Mađarska odbila uručiti poziv za ispitivanje u Hrvatskoj, a ranije ga nije željela sama ispitati pravdajući se zaštitom nacionalnih interesa.

No, u međuvremenu njegova je tjeralica, bez znanja hrvatskog suda, tužiteljstva ili policije, nestala s Interpolove stranice, jer je Hernadijeva obrana pred Ustavnim sudom zatražila reviziju postupka na temelju kojeg mu je određen istražni zatvor te raspisana međunarodna tjeralica.

Sanader je zbog slučaja Ina-MOL nepravomoćno osuđen na 10 godina zatvora, a Vrhovni sud upravo razmatra žalbe njegove obrane te tužiteljstva na tu presudu.
