Zadruge za izgradnju prometnica, koju zastupa Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, protiv Republike Hrvatske za isplatom 34.184.133 kune sa zakonskom zateznom kamatom od 29. lipnja 2002. pa do isplate, vezano za izvršene radove na uređenju kompleksa Žnjan u Splitu, koje je naručio Državni odbor za doček Svetog Oca.

Sud je, nakon provedenog postupka, prihvatio navode Državnog odvjetništva, koje je zastupalo RH, kako «nema nikakvog dokaza o postojanju obveznog pravnog osnova između parničnih stranaka» u pogledu navedenih radova, te «istaknuti prigovor zastare» i donio je odluku kojom je tužbeni zahtjev u cijelosti odbijen. Tužitelju je naloženo da RH nadoknadi troškove parničnog postupka u iznosu od 1.201.000 kuna.

Sud je, nakon provedenog postupka, prihvatio navode Državnog odvjetništva, koje je zastupalo RH, kako «nema nikakvog dokaza o postojanju obveznog pravnog osnova između parničnih stranaka» u pogledu navedenih radova, te «istaknuti prigovor zastare» i donio je odluku kojom je tužbeni zahtjev u cijelosti odbijen. Tužitelju je naloženo da RH nadoknadi troškove parničnog postupka u iznosu od 1.201.000 kuna.
