Na Općinskom sudu u Splitu, bivši dopredsjednik HNS-a i bivši predsjednik Komisije nogometnih sudaca, 55-godišnji Željko Širić iz Osijeka, nepravomoćno je osuđen na osam mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine, zbog kaznenog djela protupravne gradnje.
On je proglašen krivim jer je od sredine 2008. do svibnja 2010. u uvali Spacamiža u općini Milna na Braču, na čestici koja se nalazi u zaštićenom obalnom pojasu od posebnog interesa za RH i koje predstavlja prirodni krajobraz, izgradio stambenu građevinu, pomoćnu prizemnu građevinu, pomoćnu građevinu – suteren, armiranobetonsko stubište sa zidovima i armiranobetonski potporni zid.
Svi objekti su na dvadesetak metara od mora. Širiću je ovo druga nepravomoćna presuda jer je krajem ožujka prošle godine na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu osuđen na četiri godine zatvora zbog “poštenog suđenja” Hajduku.
Uhićen je kada mu je tadašnji predsjednik Hajduka
Hrvoje Maleš predao označenih trideset tisuća eura.
Širiću je tom presudom na osam godina zabranjeno i obavljanje svih funkcija u nogometu.
Širić se na tu presudu žalio smatrajući da nije kriv, a žalit će se, kako nam je rekao, i na najnoviju.
– Kada mi se 2013. kaznenim nalogom predlagala kazna od 10 mjeseci zatvora bez suđenja za ovo djelo bespravne gradnje, nisam to prihvatio, nego sam se žalio i onda se krenulo u sudski postupak protiv mene. Evo, sada sam dobio osam mjeseci, dakle dva manje nego što su mi nudili, ali i na to ću se žaliti.
Ja sam pola tog objekta čiji sam bio vlasnik poklonio svojim kćerkama koje su za te nelegalno izgrađene objekte platile veliku kaznu, sedam puta veću od uobičajene, i to nakon što je 2012. donesen Zakon o postupanju s nezakonito izgrađenim zgradama koji je omogućavao legalizaciju nezakonito izgrađenih objekata unutar zaštićenog obalnog područja.
Ja sam sada osuđen za nešto što je legalizirano i za što je državi već plaćena kazna – rekao nam je Širić.
Željko Širić polovicu nekretnine kćerima je prepustio darovnim ugovorom u travnju 2010., kada su objekti u uvali Spacamiža već bili pri kraju gradnje.

Na Općinskom sudu u Splitu, bivši dopredsjednik HNS-a i bivši predsjednik Komisije nogometnih sudaca, 55-godišnji Željko Širić iz Osijeka, nepravomoćno je osuđen na osam mjeseci zatvora, uvjetno na dvije godine, zbog kaznenog djela protupravne gradnje.
On je proglašen krivim jer je od sredine 2008. do svibnja 2010. u uvali Spacamiža u općini Milna na Braču, na čestici koja se nalazi u zaštićenom obalnom pojasu od posebnog interesa za RH i koje predstavlja prirodni krajobraz, izgradio stambenu građevinu, pomoćnu prizemnu građevinu, pomoćnu građevinu – suteren, armiranobetonsko stubište sa zidovima i armiranobetonski potporni zid.
Svi objekti su na dvadesetak metara od mora. Širiću je ovo druga nepravomoćna presuda jer je krajem ožujka prošle godine na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu osuđen na četiri godine zatvora zbog “poštenog suđenja” Hajduku.
Uhićen je kada mu je tadašnji predsjednik Hajduka
Hrvoje Maleš predao označenih trideset tisuća eura.
Širiću je tom presudom na osam godina zabranjeno i obavljanje svih funkcija u nogometu.
Širić se na tu presudu žalio smatrajući da nije kriv, a žalit će se, kako nam je rekao, i na najnoviju.
– Kada mi se 2013. kaznenim nalogom predlagala kazna od 10 mjeseci zatvora bez suđenja za ovo djelo bespravne gradnje, nisam to prihvatio, nego sam se žalio i onda se krenulo u sudski postupak protiv mene. Evo, sada sam dobio osam mjeseci, dakle dva manje nego što su mi nudili, ali i na to ću se žaliti.
Ja sam pola tog objekta čiji sam bio vlasnik poklonio svojim kćerkama koje su za te nelegalno izgrađene objekte platile veliku kaznu, sedam puta veću od uobičajene, i to nakon što je 2012. donesen Zakon o postupanju s nezakonito izgrađenim zgradama koji je omogućavao legalizaciju nezakonito izgrađenih objekata unutar zaštićenog obalnog područja.
Ja sam sada osuđen za nešto što je legalizirano i za što je državi već plaćena kazna – rekao nam je Širić.
Željko Širić polovicu nekretnine kćerima je prepustio darovnim ugovorom u travnju 2010., kada su objekti u uvali Spacamiža već bili pri kraju gradnje.
