Krajem svibnja na Županijskom sudu u Splitu sučelit će se šestorica liječnika sudskih vještaka, trojica iz Splita i trojica iz Zagreba, kako bi pred sudskim vijećem pokušali usuglasiti svoje suprotne nalaze i mišljenja o nastanku ozljeda tada 20-godišnjoj djevojci nakon zabave u privatnoj kući u Podstrani krajem 2012. godine.

O njihovu stavu tijekom predstojećeg ročišta ovisi hoće li suđenje završiti ili će se morati nastaviti produljenjem dokaznog postupka i provođenjem novog medicinskog vještačenja.

Postupak se vodi protiv R.Š. (23), vršnjaka ozlijeđene djevojke, koji se tereti za pokušaj ubojstva i obljubu bez pristanka. Tog poslijepodneva u privatnoj kući družilo se nekoliko studenata te su sada optuženi R.Š. i djevojka ostali neko vrijeme sami u jednoj od prostorija. Kada su ostali ponovno došli do njih, vidjeli su razodjevenu djevojku u lokvi krvi na tlu i R.Š. s krvavim rukama.

Njoj je život spašen hitnom liječničkom intervencijom i operacijom, ali zbog težine ozljeda posljedice će vjerojatno biti trajne. Student R.Š. odmah je uhićen i prijavljen za silovanje, ali se tijekom istrage kvalifikacija promijenila u pokušaj ubojstva i obljubu bez pristanka. Utjecaj na promjenu kvalifikacije najviše je imalo vještačenje trojice liječnika iz KBC-a Split.

Prema njihovu mišljenju, ozljede su nanesene mehaničkim sredstvom te je zbog toga Županijsko državno odvjetništvo išlo na pokušaj ubojstva. Tijekom suđenja naloženo je novo vještačenje s Medicinskog fakulteta u Zagrebu, u kojem su trojica liječnika isključila mogućnost da su teške ozlijede počinjene mehaničkim sredstvom. Troje liječnika mišljenja je da su za život opisane ozljede nanesene rukom.

Za bilo kakvu odluku prema postojećoj optužnici potrebno je da se vještaci usuglase.

Krajem svibnja na Županijskom sudu u Splitu sučelit će se šestorica liječnika sudskih vještaka, trojica iz Splita i trojica iz Zagreba, kako bi pred sudskim vijećem pokušali usuglasiti svoje suprotne nalaze i mišljenja o nastanku ozljeda tada 20-godišnjoj djevojci nakon zabave u privatnoj kući u Podstrani krajem 2012. godine.

O njihovu stavu tijekom predstojećeg ročišta ovisi hoće li suđenje završiti ili će se morati nastaviti produljenjem dokaznog postupka i provođenjem novog medicinskog vještačenja.

Postupak se vodi protiv R.Š. (23), vršnjaka ozlijeđene djevojke, koji se tereti za pokušaj ubojstva i obljubu bez pristanka. Tog poslijepodneva u privatnoj kući družilo se nekoliko studenata te su sada optuženi R.Š. i djevojka ostali neko vrijeme sami u jednoj od prostorija. Kada su ostali ponovno došli do njih, vidjeli su razodjevenu djevojku u lokvi krvi na tlu i R.Š. s krvavim rukama.

Njoj je život spašen hitnom liječničkom intervencijom i operacijom, ali zbog težine ozljeda posljedice će vjerojatno biti trajne. Student R.Š. odmah je uhićen i prijavljen za silovanje, ali se tijekom istrage kvalifikacija promijenila u pokušaj ubojstva i obljubu bez pristanka. Utjecaj na promjenu kvalifikacije najviše je imalo vještačenje trojice liječnika iz KBC-a Split.

Prema njihovu mišljenju, ozljede su nanesene mehaničkim sredstvom te je zbog toga Županijsko državno odvjetništvo išlo na pokušaj ubojstva. Tijekom suđenja naloženo je novo vještačenje s Medicinskog fakulteta u Zagrebu, u kojem su trojica liječnika isključila mogućnost da su teške ozlijede počinjene mehaničkim sredstvom. Troje liječnika mišljenja je da su za život opisane ozljede nanesene rukom.

Za bilo kakvu odluku prema postojećoj optužnici potrebno je da se vještaci usuglase.
