Policija vrlo nerado traži pomoć javnosti i to čini baš kada mora i nakon što sve njihove operativne radnje ne dovedu do uspjeha. Znamo da Zakon točno precizira kako se može objaviti informacija koju je objavila PU splitsko-dalmatinska i to je sve napravljeno po pravilima, ali ne bi bilo loše da se u Zakonu policiji dozvoli i iznošenje više detalja o događaju za kojeg traže očevice jer tada bi i očevici znali puno više o tome na što se trebaju fokusirati, gdje je točno događaj bio i kako je završio.

Tako je primjerice Policijska uprava Splitsko-dalmatinska objavila danas vijest da provodi kriminalističko istraživanje kaznenog djela teške tjelesne ozljede, a koje se dogodilo 18. studenog 2023. godine oko jedan sat u noći u Splitu, u Tončićevoj ulici. Traže, dakle, pomoć javnosti nakon što tri mjeseca nisu uspjeli riješiti kazneno djelo koje se dogodilo na ulici, odnosno javnom prostoru, a takva djela se najlakše rješavaju zbog kamera i ogromne fluktuacije ljudi.

"Objavljujemo fotografije muškarca koji se dovode u vezu s navedenim kaznenim djelom koje se istražuje. Pozivamo građane koji imaju korisne informacije o osobama s fotografija ili raspolažu bilo kakvim saznanjima vezano za ovo kazneno djelo da o tome odmah obavijeste najbližu policijsku postaju ili da se jave pozivom na broj 192. Također, korisne informacije mogu se dostaviti i putem e-mail adrese splitsko-dalmatinska@policija.hr." stoji u obraćanju policije.

Najprije su naveli da objavljuju fotografije muškarca, a ne muškaraca što je krivo jer je očigledno da traže dvije mlađe osobe. Drugo ne navode potanko gdje se i što dogodilo.

Doznajemo kako je riječ o događaju koji se zbio uistinu u Tončićevoj ulici, ali saznajemo i to, da je u tom sukobu 32-godišnji muškarac zadobio teže ozljede oka. Također napad se dogodio ispred kafića Harats Irish pub. Eto, da barem sada očevici znaju čega se trebaju prisjetiti ako su tada tuda prolazili ili ako poznaju mladiće sa fotografije.

Policija vrlo nerado traži pomoć javnosti i to čini baš kada mora i nakon što sve njihove operativne radnje ne dovedu do uspjeha. Znamo da Zakon točno precizira kako se može objaviti informacija koju je objavila PU splitsko-dalmatinska i to je sve napravljeno po pravilima, ali ne bi bilo loše da se u Zakonu policiji dozvoli i iznošenje više detalja o događaju za kojeg traže očevice jer tada bi i očevici znali puno više o tome na što se trebaju fokusirati, gdje je točno događaj bio i kako je završio.

Tako je primjerice Policijska uprava Splitsko-dalmatinska objavila danas vijest da provodi kriminalističko istraživanje kaznenog djela teške tjelesne ozljede, a koje se dogodilo 18. studenog 2023. godine oko jedan sat u noći u Splitu, u Tončićevoj ulici. Traže, dakle, pomoć javnosti nakon što tri mjeseca nisu uspjeli riješiti kazneno djelo koje se dogodilo na ulici, odnosno javnom prostoru, a takva djela se najlakše rješavaju zbog kamera i ogromne fluktuacije ljudi.

"Objavljujemo fotografije muškarca koji se dovode u vezu s navedenim kaznenim djelom koje se istražuje. Pozivamo građane koji imaju korisne informacije o osobama s fotografija ili raspolažu bilo kakvim saznanjima vezano za ovo kazneno djelo da o tome odmah obavijeste najbližu policijsku postaju ili da se jave pozivom na broj 192. Također, korisne informacije mogu se dostaviti i putem e-mail adrese splitsko-dalmatinska@policija.hr." stoji u obraćanju policije.

Najprije su naveli da objavljuju fotografije muškarca, a ne muškaraca što je krivo jer je očigledno da traže dvije mlađe osobe. Drugo ne navode potanko gdje se i što dogodilo.

Doznajemo kako je riječ o događaju koji se zbio uistinu u Tončićevoj ulici, ali saznajemo i to, da je u tom sukobu 32-godišnji muškarac zadobio teže ozljede oka. Također napad se dogodio ispred kafića Harats Irish pub. Eto, da barem sada očevici znaju čega se trebaju prisjetiti ako su tada tuda prolazili ili ako poznaju mladiće sa fotografije.
