Protiv 52-godišnjaka podignuta je optužnica zbog pokušaja ubojstva na Gradskoj tržnici u Splitu krajem siječnja ove godine. Istragu je provelo Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nakon čega se išlo na utuženje.

Optužnicom se 52-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 27. siječnja oko 13,00 sati na Gradskoj tržnici u Ulici Stari pazar bez ikakvog povoda  preklopnim nožem ubo  46-godišnjaka u rame. Napadu hladnim oružjem je prethodio bezazleni upit 46-godišnjaka koji je od 52-godišnjaka zatražio cigaretu.

Napadnuti 46-godišnjak je uboden u prednju stranu ramena te je zadobio ubodno - reznu ranu iznad lijeve ključne kosti u području tzv. jame iznad ključne kosti. Rana se nastavila u plitki ubodni kanal u potkožnom masnom tkivu sa sadržajem zraka u mekim čestima prednje lijeve i gornje strane prsnog koša, navodi se u optužnici. Život mu je spašen hitnom liječničkom intervencijom u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split.

Odmah po događaju je 52-godišnjak uhićen i nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje. Uz kaznenu prijavu za kazneno djelo pokušaj ubojstva osumnjičeni doveden je  tada pritvorskom nadzorniku nakon čega je priveden na državno odvjetništvo gdje je iznio svoju obranu.

Provedena je istraga te je dva i pol mjeseca kasnije splitsko tužiteljstvo podiglo optužnicu za istu inkriminaciju kao i u policijskoj prijavi. Na temelju provedenih dokaza smatraju kako je 52-godišnjak namjeravao ubiti svoju žrtvu.

Protiv 52-godišnjaka podignuta je optužnica zbog pokušaja ubojstva na Gradskoj tržnici u Splitu krajem siječnja ove godine. Istragu je provelo Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nakon čega se išlo na utuženje.

Optužnicom se 52-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 27. siječnja oko 13,00 sati na Gradskoj tržnici u Ulici Stari pazar bez ikakvog povoda  preklopnim nožem ubo  46-godišnjaka u rame. Napadu hladnim oružjem je prethodio bezazleni upit 46-godišnjaka koji je od 52-godišnjaka zatražio cigaretu.

Napadnuti 46-godišnjak je uboden u prednju stranu ramena te je zadobio ubodno - reznu ranu iznad lijeve ključne kosti u području tzv. jame iznad ključne kosti. Rana se nastavila u plitki ubodni kanal u potkožnom masnom tkivu sa sadržajem zraka u mekim čestima prednje lijeve i gornje strane prsnog koša, navodi se u optužnici. Život mu je spašen hitnom liječničkom intervencijom u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split.

Odmah po događaju je 52-godišnjak uhićen i nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje. Uz kaznenu prijavu za kazneno djelo pokušaj ubojstva osumnjičeni doveden je  tada pritvorskom nadzorniku nakon čega je priveden na državno odvjetništvo gdje je iznio svoju obranu.

Provedena je istraga te je dva i pol mjeseca kasnije splitsko tužiteljstvo podiglo optužnicu za istu inkriminaciju kao i u policijskoj prijavi. Na temelju provedenih dokaza smatraju kako je 52-godišnjak namjeravao ubiti svoju žrtvu.

Optužnicom se 52-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 27. siječnja oko 13,00 sati na Gradskoj tržnici u Ulici Stari pazar bez ikakvog povoda  preklopnim nožem ubo  46-godišnjaka u rame. Napadu hladnim oružjem je prethodio bezazleni upit 46-godišnjaka koji je od 52-godišnjaka zatražio cigaretu.

Napadnuti 46-godišnjak je uboden u prednju stranu ramena te je zadobio ubodno - reznu ranu iznad lijeve ključne kosti u području tzv. jame iznad ključne kosti. Rana se nastavila u plitki ubodni kanal u potkožnom masnom tkivu sa sadržajem zraka u mekim čestima prednje...
