Nešto manje od sedam mjeseci nakon što je zbog sumnje u primanje mita u akciji USKOK-a uhićena sada već bivša sutkinja šibenskog Općinskog suda Maja Šupe te kontroverzni zagrebačko/makarski poduzetnik Blaž Petrović i šibenski odvjetnik Branimir Zmijanović, USKOK je pred splitskim Županijskim sudom podigao optužnicu protiv navedene trojke.

Petrovića se tereti da je preko svog odvjetnika Zmijanovića u periodu od veljače 2013. pa do rujna 2014. godine u Šibeniku i Zagrebu u predmetu koji se protiv njega i Ivice Kodžomana, tadašnjeg pravnika i rukovoditelja Pravnog, kadrovskog i općeg odjela u Hrvatskim šumama, odnosno njihovoj splitskoj podružnici vodio pred sutkinjom Šupe dogovorio da će je nagraditi s 15 tisuća eura mita ako njega i Kodžomana oslobodi kaznene odgovornosti. Dogovoreno je bilo da će joj šest tisuća eura isplatiti prije donošenja prvostupanjske presude kao vrstu predujma, a ostatak kad presuda postane pravomoćna.

U tom je predmetu Kodžomana optužnica teretila za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti kao zastupnika Hrvatskih šuma u parnici koja se vodila oko 4000 kvadrata zemljišta u Tisnom, a Petrovića kao poticatelja. U parnici se utvrđivalo pravo vlasništva, a s druge strane bio je Petrović, odnosno njegova tvrtka "Gambino", koja je, pak, u rujnu 2004. godine preuzela spor koji je u početku pokrenula tvrtka "Morovnik" d.o.o.

Prema optužnici, od ožujka do listopada 2004. godine Kodžomana je u više navrata kontaktirao Petrović, koji mu je dostavio procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine koju je izradio vještak za graditeljstvo. Petrović je nagovarao i naposljetku i nagovorio Kodžomana da u sudskoj nagodbi prizna da je njegova firma "Gambino" vlasnik više od 53 tisuće četvornih metara spornog zemljišta, a da će zauzvrat "Gambino" isplatiti određeni iznos Hrvatskim šumama. Da bi se to realiziralo, Kodžoman je, po optužnici, iako je bio svjestan da je to nekretnina u vlasništvu države i da ne može sklapati nagodbu bez suglasnosti Nadzornog odbora Hrvatskih šuma, prvo sudu predao Obavijest Ureda državne uprave Šibensko-kninske županije od 1. listopada 2001. godine u kojoj je neistinito prikazao da se navedena čestica na dan 16. listopada 1990. godine nalazila unutar granica građevinskog područja.

Potom je na ročištu pred sudom 12. listopada 2004. godine sklopio nagodbu u kojoj je priznao vlasništvo "Gambina" nad zemljom, za što je Petrovićeva firma trebala isplatiti tri milijuna i 292 tisuće kuna. Vijeće kojim je predsjedala sutkinja Šupe oslobodilo je obojicu krivnje, uz ostalo zato što, po presudi, "nije na nedvojben način" dokazano da je Kodžoman zlouporabio svoj položaj, kao niti da ga je Petrović na to poticao.

Županijski sud u Šibeniku to je i potvrdio ustvrdivši, uz ostalo, da tužiteljstvo nije ničim dokazalo da je Petrović nagovarao Kodžomana i da takva tvrdnja "predstavlja golu spekulaciju za koju nema uporišta u provedenim dokazima...".

Kako bilo, da bi opravdao isplatu šest tisuća eura, odvjetnik Zmijanović je po USKOK-ovoj optužnici, napravio predugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine od 19. lipnja 2013. godine kojim majka Maje Šupe prodaje Tomislavu Rajneru vinograd i pašnjak na predjelu Razori u Šibeniku za ukupno 59 tisuća eura s tim da je na račun sutkinjine majke kao kapara uplaćeno šest tisuća eura s tim da u slučaju raskida predugovora kapara ostaje prodavatelju

. Podsjetimo da je cijela akcija uhićenja počela nakon prikupljenih čvrstih dokaza o postojanju osnovane sumnje i to nekoliko mjeseci nakon što je u tjedniku "Nacional" upravo Tomas Rajner, bivši djelatnik MUP-a koji je nakon umirovljenja bio bliski Petrovićev suradnik, vrlo detaljno opisao način na koji je upravo on sudjelovao u podmićivanju šibenske sutkinje Šupe.

USKOK, dakle, u optužnici navodi da je 21. lipnja tih šest tisuća eura Petrović uplatio na račun Janje Šupe uz naznaku da je uplatitelj ne on nego Rajner. Nakon što je uplata sjela, sutkinja Šupe je pet mjeseci kasnije, u studenom iste godine donijela oslobađajuću presudu koja je sredinom rujna 2014. godine i pravomoćno potvrđena od strane višeg suda te je Petrović tada isplatio i ostatak od devet tisuća eura.

Nešto manje od sedam mjeseci nakon što je zbog sumnje u primanje mita u akciji USKOK-a uhićena sada već bivša sutkinja šibenskog Općinskog suda Maja Šupe te kontroverzni zagrebačko/makarski poduzetnik Blaž Petrović i šibenski odvjetnik Branimir Zmijanović, USKOK je pred splitskim Županijskim sudom podigao optužnicu protiv navedene trojke.

Petrovića se tereti da je preko svog odvjetnika Zmijanovića u periodu od veljače 2013. pa do rujna 2014. godine u Šibeniku i Zagrebu u predmetu koji se protiv njega i Ivice Kodžomana, tadašnjeg pravnika i rukovoditelja Pravnog, kadrovskog i općeg odjela u Hrvatskim šumama, odnosno njihovoj splitskoj podružnici vodio pred sutkinjom Šupe dogovorio da će je nagraditi s 15 tisuća eura mita ako njega i Kodžomana oslobodi kaznene odgovornosti. Dogovoreno je bilo da će joj šest tisuća eura isplatiti prije donošenja prvostupanjske presude kao vrstu predujma, a ostatak kad presuda postane pravomoćna.

U tom je predmetu Kodžomana optužnica teretila za zloupotrebu položaja i ovlasti kao zastupnika Hrvatskih šuma u parnici koja se vodila oko 4000 kvadrata zemljišta u Tisnom, a Petrovića kao poticatelja. U parnici se utvrđivalo pravo vlasništva, a s druge strane bio je Petrović, odnosno njegova tvrtka "Gambino", koja je, pak, u rujnu 2004. godine preuzela spor koji je u početku pokrenula tvrtka "Morovnik" d.o.o.

Prema optužnici, od ožujka do listopada 2004. godine Kodžomana je u više navrata kontaktirao Petrović, koji mu je dostavio procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine koju je izradio vještak za graditeljstvo. Petrović je nagovarao i naposljetku i nagovorio Kodžomana da u sudskoj nagodbi prizna da je njegova firma "Gambino" vlasnik više od 53 tisuće četvornih metara spornog zemljišta, a da će zauzvrat "Gambino" isplatiti određeni iznos Hrvatskim šumama. Da bi se to realiziralo, Kodžoman je, po optužnici, iako je bio svjestan da je to nekretnina u vlasništvu države i da ne može sklapati nagodbu bez suglasnosti Nadzornog odbora Hrvatskih šuma, prvo sudu predao Obavijest Ureda državne uprave Šibensko-kninske županije od 1. listopada 2001. godine u kojoj je neistinito prikazao da se navedena čestica na dan 16. listopada 1990. godine nalazila unutar granica građevinskog područja.

Potom je na ročištu pred sudom 12. listopada 2004. godine sklopio nagodbu u kojoj je priznao vlasništvo "Gambina" nad zemljom, za što je Petrovićeva firma trebala isplatiti tri milijuna i 292 tisuće kuna. Vijeće kojim je predsjedala sutkinja Šupe oslobodilo je obojicu krivnje, uz ostalo zato što, po presudi, "nije na nedvojben način" dokazano da je Kodžoman zlouporabio svoj položaj, kao niti da ga je Petrović na to poticao.

Županijski sud u Šibeniku to je i potvrdio ustvrdivši, uz ostalo, da tužiteljstvo nije ničim dokazalo da je Petrović nagovarao Kodžomana i da takva tvrdnja "predstavlja golu spekulaciju za koju nema uporišta u provedenim dokazima...".

Kako bilo, da bi opravdao isplatu šest tisuća eura, odvjetnik Zmijanović je po USKOK-ovoj optužnici, napravio predugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine od 19. lipnja 2013. godine kojim majka Maje Šupe prodaje Tomislavu Rajneru vinograd i pašnjak na predjelu Razori u Šibeniku za ukupno 59 tisuća eura s tim da je na račun sutkinjine majke kao kapara uplaćeno šest tisuća eura s tim da u slučaju raskida predugovora kapara ostaje prodavatelju

. Podsjetimo da je cijela akcija uhićenja počela nakon prikupljenih čvrstih dokaza o postojanju osnovane sumnje i to nekoliko mjeseci nakon što je u tjedniku "Nacional" upravo Tomas Rajner, bivši djelatnik MUP-a koji je nakon umirovljenja bio bliski Petrovićev suradnik, vrlo detaljno opisao način na koji je upravo on sudjelovao u podmićivanju šibenske sutkinje Šupe.

USKOK, dakle, u optužnici navodi da je 21. lipnja tih šest tisuća eura Petrović uplatio na račun Janje Šupe uz naznaku da je uplatitelj ne on nego Rajner. Nakon što je uplata sjela, sutkinja Šupe je pet mjeseci kasnije, u studenom iste godine donijela oslobađajuću presudu koja je sredinom rujna 2014. godine i pravomoćno potvrđena od strane višeg suda te je Petrović tada isplatio i ostatak od devet tisuća eura.
