Tereti ga se za četiri kaznena djela zloporabe u gospodarskom poslovanju te dvije utaje poreza.

Naime, Madunić je od četiri kupca od 2007. do 2009. godine uzeo novac za prodane stanove od čega je dio položio na račun svoje tvrtke “Virgula” dok je dio od ukupno oko 154 tisuće eura odnosno oko milijun i 170 tisuća kuna zadržao za sebe čime je oštetio svoju tvrtku.

Što se tiče neplaćenog poreza u jednom je slučaju izbjegao plaćanje oko 58 tisuća kuna dok je u drugom slučaju svota za koju je neplaćanjem poreza oštetio državu oko 830 tisuća kuna. Doznajemo da je Madunić, na zamolbu splitskog ŽDO-a, ispitan u kantonalnom tužiteljstvu u Livnu te da je dao vrlo iscrpnu obranu u kojoj je, naravno, negirao djela koja mu se stavljaju na teret.

Prije dva mjeseca Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu protiv Madunića je podiglo optužnicu zbog prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju, kojom se za svoju tvrtku “Virgula” domogao 1,6 milijuna eura.

Tom ga se optužnicom tereti da je u razdoblju od početka 2006. godine do kraja 2009. godine, u Splitu, kao direktor i osnivač trgovačkog društva “Virgula” iz Splita, zaključio s kupcima, i to jednim trgovačkim društvom iz Splita i devet hrvatskih državljana, ugovore o kupoprodaji stanova.

Prigodom sklapanja ugovora, stoji u optužnici, neistinito je prikazao kupcima da će im nakon isplate kupoprodajne cijene ishoditi brisovna očitovanja radi brisanja uknjižbe založnog prava na kupljenim stanovima, upisane kada je bila zasnovana hipoteka radi osiguranja potraživanja dviju banaka iz Austrije prema “Virguli”.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu tada je od Općinskog suda zatražilo da mu se sudi u odsutnosti jer se Madunić, koji ima dvojno državljanstvo, nalazi u BiH te je nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu.

Tereti ga se za četiri kaznena djela zloporabe u gospodarskom poslovanju te dvije utaje poreza.

Naime, Madunić je od četiri kupca od 2007. do 2009. godine uzeo novac za prodane stanove od čega je dio položio na račun svoje tvrtke “Virgula” dok je dio od ukupno oko 154 tisuće eura odnosno oko milijun i 170 tisuća kuna zadržao za sebe čime je oštetio svoju tvrtku.

Što se tiče neplaćenog poreza u jednom je slučaju izbjegao plaćanje oko 58 tisuća kuna dok je u drugom slučaju svota za koju je neplaćanjem poreza oštetio državu oko 830 tisuća kuna. Doznajemo da je Madunić, na zamolbu splitskog ŽDO-a, ispitan u kantonalnom tužiteljstvu u Livnu te da je dao vrlo iscrpnu obranu u kojoj je, naravno, negirao djela koja mu se stavljaju na teret.

Prije dva mjeseca Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu protiv Madunića je podiglo optužnicu zbog prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju, kojom se za svoju tvrtku “Virgula” domogao 1,6 milijuna eura.

Tom ga se optužnicom tereti da je u razdoblju od početka 2006. godine do kraja 2009. godine, u Splitu, kao direktor i osnivač trgovačkog društva “Virgula” iz Splita, zaključio s kupcima, i to jednim trgovačkim društvom iz Splita i devet hrvatskih državljana, ugovore o kupoprodaji stanova.

Prigodom sklapanja ugovora, stoji u optužnici, neistinito je prikazao kupcima da će im nakon isplate kupoprodajne cijene ishoditi brisovna očitovanja radi brisanja uknjižbe založnog prava na kupljenim stanovima, upisane kada je bila zasnovana hipoteka radi osiguranja potraživanja dviju banaka iz Austrije prema “Virguli”.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu tada je od Općinskog suda zatražilo da mu se sudi u odsutnosti jer se Madunić, koji ima dvojno državljanstvo, nalazi u BiH te je nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu.
