Deset godina nakon što je pravomoćno osuđen na dvije i pol godine zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva hvarskog poštara Vjekoslava Tadića, danas 64-godišnji Rosano Dulčić zvani Rosi s Hvara dočekao je zastaru izvršenja kazne zatvora i svoju “robiju” neće morati izdržati.

Naime, splitski Županijski sud odlučio je obustaviti izvršenje kazne zatvora.

Dulčić se na izdržavanje trebao javiti još 4. prosinca 2012. godine nakon što je dva mjeseca prije presuda po kojoj je osuđen postala pravomoćna i izvršna. No, kako nije primio rješenje za njim je raspisana tjeralica koja nije urodila plodom ni do danas.

- Kako osuđenik nije uhićen po tjeralici za istim je raspisana međunarodna tjeralica 10. studenoga 2020., te je izdan i europski uhidbeni nalog 10. studenoga 2020. godine. S obzirom na to da je osuđenik osuđen na kaznu zatvora u trajanju duljem od jedne godine, zastara nastupa 10 godina od izrečene kazne zatvora - stoji u obrazloženju sudskog rješenja o zastari.

Rosija je tada ŽDO Split optužilo za pokušaj 34-godišnjeg ubojstva hvarskog poštara Vjekoslava Tadića sredinom srpnja 2009. godine u mjestu Rudine na otoku Hvaru. A sve se odigralo zbog Dulčićeva psa koji je napao poštara. Nakon što je izbjegao nasrtaj Dulčićeva psa, poštar je bio bijesan pa je izbila svađa.

Rosi je sjeo za upravljač svog Saaba, u kojem je bila i njegova maloljetna kćer, kako bi se odvezao, no Tadić je dohvatio kilogram težak kamen i bacio mu ga na haubu. Tada ovaj okreće vozilo i juri prema poštaru. Udara ga tako jako da je odletio preko kamenog suhozida zajedno s mopedom, a Dulčić je izišao iz automobila, uzeo kamen i udario mladića u glavu dok je ovaj ležao na tlu. Očevici su pričali da je potpuno izgubio kontrolu, da je vikao “Sad te moram ubiti, sad ću te ubiti”.

Suđenje je trajalo tri godine, uz ostalo i zato jer je desetak rasprava propalo zato što Dulčić poziv ili ne bi primio ili bi se opravdao zauzetošću na poslu.

Dulčić je na sudu kazao da se ne osjeća krivim, da mu je iskreno žao zbog svega što se dogodilo te da se više nikad nešto slično neće ponoviti. Kazao je i da nije imao namjeru nikoga ubiti. Zatim je rekao da je spreman iskreno se ispričati poštaru kojeg je umalo ubio. Podigao se i pružio ruku poštaru Tadiću i ispričao mu se. On je rekao da prihvaća ispriku, ali da mu ne može oprostiti.

Deset godina nakon što je pravomoćno osuđen na dvije i pol godine zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva hvarskog poštara Vjekoslava Tadića, danas 64-godišnji Rosano Dulčić zvani Rosi s Hvara dočekao je zastaru izvršenja kazne zatvora i svoju “robiju” neće morati izdržati.

Naime, splitski Županijski sud odlučio je obustaviti izvršenje kazne zatvora.

Dulčić se na izdržavanje trebao javiti još 4. prosinca 2012. godine nakon što je dva mjeseca prije presuda po kojoj je osuđen postala pravomoćna i izvršna. No, kako nije primio rješenje za njim je raspisana tjeralica koja nije urodila plodom ni do danas.

- Kako osuđenik nije uhićen po tjeralici za istim je raspisana međunarodna tjeralica 10. studenoga 2020., te je izdan i europski uhidbeni nalog 10. studenoga 2020. godine. S obzirom na to da je osuđenik osuđen na kaznu zatvora u trajanju duljem od jedne godine, zastara nastupa 10 godina od izrečene kazne zatvora - stoji u obrazloženju sudskog rješenja o zastari.

Rosija je tada ŽDO Split optužilo za pokušaj 34-godišnjeg ubojstva hvarskog poštara Vjekoslava Tadića sredinom srpnja 2009. godine u mjestu Rudine na otoku Hvaru. A sve se odigralo zbog Dulčićeva psa koji je napao poštara. Nakon što je izbjegao nasrtaj Dulčićeva psa, poštar je bio bijesan pa je izbila svađa.

Rosi je sjeo za upravljač svog Saaba, u kojem je bila i njegova maloljetna kćer, kako bi se odvezao, no Tadić je dohvatio kilogram težak kamen i bacio mu ga na haubu. Tada ovaj okreće vozilo i juri prema poštaru. Udara ga tako jako da je odletio preko kamenog suhozida zajedno s mopedom, a Dulčić je izišao iz automobila, uzeo kamen i udario mladića u glavu dok je ovaj ležao na tlu. Očevici su pričali da je potpuno izgubio kontrolu, da je vikao “Sad te moram ubiti, sad ću te ubiti”.

Suđenje je trajalo tri godine, uz ostalo i zato jer je desetak rasprava propalo zato što Dulčić poziv ili ne bi primio ili bi se opravdao zauzetošću na poslu.

Dulčić je na sudu kazao da se ne osjeća krivim, da mu je iskreno žao zbog svega što se dogodilo te da se više nikad nešto slično neće ponoviti. Kazao je i da nije imao namjeru nikoga ubiti. Zatim je rekao da je spreman iskreno se ispričati poštaru kojeg je umalo ubio. Podigao se i pružio ruku poštaru Tadiću i ispričao mu se. On je rekao da prihvaća ispriku, ali da mu ne može oprostiti.

Deset godina nakon što je pravomoćno osuđen na dvije i pol godine zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva hvarskog poštara Vjekoslava Tadića, danas 64-godišnji Rosano Dulčić zvani Rosi s Hvara dočekao je zastaru izvršenja kazne zatvora i svoju “robiju” neće morati izdržati.

Naime, splitski Županijski sud odlučio je obustaviti izvršenje kazne zatvora.

Dulčić se na izdržavanje trebao javiti još 4. prosinca 2012. godine nakon što je dva mjeseca prije presuda po kojoj je osuđen postala pravomoćna i izvršna. No, kako nije primio rješenje za njim je raspisana tjeralica koja nije urodila plodom ni do danas.
