Četiri godine nakon što je Slobodna Dalmacija objavila snimku na kojoj se vidi kako Ivo Milić, tadašnji izvršni tehnički direktor "Trogir holdinga" i dopredsjednik trogirskoga Gradskog vijeća, uzima mito od Vinka Brkana, vlasnika tvrtke "Brkan Plano", na splitskome Županijskom sudu u četvrtak je Miliću izrečena nepravomoćna presuda.

Sudsko vijeće ga je, po optužnici USKOK-a, proglasilo krivim za kazneno djelo trgovanja utjecajem te je osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, što se neće izvršiti ako u roku od pet godina ne počini neko novo kazneno djelo. Također, ako presuda postane pravomoćna, morat će u državni proračun uplatiti 26 tisuća kuna i 2600 eura, koliko je protupravno prisvojio uzevši mito od Brkana.

Zanimljiva je situacija u ovoj priči da je na identičnu kaznu osuđen i Brkan, i to u travnju 2019. godine, nakon što je s USKOK-om sklopio sporazum u kojem je priznao krivnju za davanje mita za trgovanje utjecajem.

– Nelogično je sve ovo, al' šta sam drugo moga napravit nego pristat na ovu nagodbu. Nakon ovoga čovik svati da se triba ponašat po onoj: "šta vidiš, ne vidiš, šta čuješ, ne čuješ" i tražit neka druga rješenja. Veli država: 'Prijavi kriminal.' Evo, ja prijavija i šta sam dobija?! – negodovao je Brkan nakon sklopljene nagodbe.

Postao je nakon toga i svjedok na suđenju Miliću, koji je do kraja tvrdio da nije kriv za to za što ga terete.

Sutkinja Ivona Rupić osudila je Milića zato jer je u razdoblju od studenoga 2015. godine pa do travnja 2017. godine od Brkana, čija je tvrtka bila u poslovnom odnosu s "Trogir holdingom", u više navrata zatražio novac kako bi, koristeći svoj položaj i autoritet tehničkog direktora "Trogir holdinga", ishodio naplatu dospjelih potraživanja koje je Brkan imao prema "Holdingu" i "Dobriću" d.o.o. Isto tako, uzimao je novac od Brkana kako bi riješio problem njegova sina koji je bio zaposlen u "Trogir holdingu", gdje se protiv njega vodio disciplinski postupak te mu je nad glavom "visio" otkaz.

Prema presudi, Milić je u jesen 2016. godine od Brkana tražio 20 tisuća eura kako bi "ubrzao" plaćanje milijun kuna duga koji je "Dobrić" imao prema Brkanovoj tvrtki. Naime, dug "Dobrića" koji je otišao u stečaj trebao je preuzeti "Trogir holding", a Brkan nije na to pristao. No, u veljači 2017. godine Milić traži još 30 tisuća eura mita kako bi riješio namirenje duga od milijun i pol kuna koji je "Holding" imao prema Brkanovoj tvrtki. Ni na to Brkan nije pristao.

U studenome 2015. Milić je tražio od Brkana novac i kako bi riješio problem njegova sina, a ovaj mu je u dva navrata dao ukupno 13 tisuća kuna. Zatim je u lipnju 2016. godine Milić tražio mjesečne isplate od Brkana kako bi njegovoj tvrtki osigurao realiziranje ugovora o preuzimanju miješanog komunalnog otpada. Brkan mu je od lipnja 2016. do ožujka 2017. godine mjesečno davao po par stotina eura i od 1500 do dvije tisuće kuna, a ukupno je Miliću dao 1600 eura i 12.000 kuna.

I naposljetku, u listopadu 2016. godine, Milić je tražio tisuću eura, koje mu je Brkan dao nakon što je "Trogir holding" njegovoj tvrtki u dva navrata isplatio nešto manje od 85 tisuća kuna duga.

– Ovo vijeće smatra da ste počinili produljeno kazneno djelo trgovine utjecajem i najvažnije je da vam je oduzeta imovinska korist, koju morate uplatiti u državni proračun. Sankcija je ovakva jer ima niz olakotnih okolnosti, poput toga da ste odmah smijenjeni s pozicije koju ste imali, da niste osuđivani, da nije u pitanju neki veći novčani iznos... – kazala je, među ostalim, sutkinja Rupić osuđenom Miliću, koji svakako može biti zadovoljan ovakvim razvojem događaja.

Njegov branitelj Predrag Jelavić vjerojatno nije zadovoljan jer je tvrdio da uopće nije bilo kaznenog djela za koje se njegovu klijentu sudilo, a nije odlukom zadovoljna ni Natalija Petković, zamjenica ravnateljice USKOK-a, koja je tražila bezuvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu i koja će sasvim sigurno uložiti žalbu na ovu presudu.

Četiri godine nakon što je Slobodna Dalmacija objavila snimku na kojoj se vidi kako Ivo Milić, tadašnji izvršni tehnički direktor "Trogir holdinga" i dopredsjednik trogirskoga Gradskog vijeća, uzima mito od Vinka Brkana, vlasnika tvrtke "Brkan Plano", na splitskome Županijskom sudu u četvrtak je Miliću izrečena nepravomoćna presuda.

Sudsko vijeće ga je, po optužnici USKOK-a, proglasilo krivim za kazneno djelo trgovanja utjecajem te je osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, što se neće izvršiti ako u roku od pet godina ne počini neko novo kazneno djelo. Također, ako presuda postane pravomoćna, morat će u državni proračun uplatiti 26 tisuća kuna i 2600 eura, koliko je protupravno prisvojio uzevši mito od Brkana.

Zanimljiva je situacija u ovoj priči da je na identičnu kaznu osuđen i Brkan, i to u travnju 2019. godine, nakon što je s USKOK-om sklopio sporazum u kojem je priznao krivnju za davanje mita za trgovanje utjecajem.

– Nelogično je sve ovo, al' šta sam drugo moga napravit nego pristat na ovu nagodbu. Nakon ovoga čovik svati da se triba ponašat po onoj: "šta vidiš, ne vidiš, šta čuješ, ne čuješ" i tražit neka druga rješenja. Veli država: 'Prijavi kriminal.' Evo, ja prijavija i šta sam dobija?! – negodovao je Brkan nakon sklopljene nagodbe.

Postao je nakon toga i svjedok na suđenju Miliću, koji je do kraja tvrdio da nije kriv za to za što ga terete.

Sutkinja Ivona Rupić osudila je Milića zato jer je u razdoblju od studenoga 2015. godine pa do travnja 2017. godine od Brkana, čija je tvrtka bila u poslovnom odnosu s "Trogir holdingom", u više navrata zatražio novac kako bi, koristeći svoj položaj i autoritet tehničkog direktora "Trogir holdinga", ishodio naplatu dospjelih potraživanja koje je Brkan imao prema "Holdingu" i "Dobriću" d.o.o. Isto tako, uzimao je novac od Brkana kako bi riješio problem njegova sina koji je bio zaposlen u "Trogir holdingu", gdje se protiv njega vodio disciplinski postupak te mu je nad glavom "visio" otkaz.

Prema presudi, Milić je u jesen 2016. godine od Brkana tražio 20 tisuća eura kako bi "ubrzao" plaćanje milijun kuna duga koji je "Dobrić" imao prema Brkanovoj tvrtki. Naime, dug "Dobrića" koji je otišao u stečaj trebao je preuzeti "Trogir holding", a Brkan nije na to pristao. No, u veljači 2017. godine Milić traži još 30 tisuća eura mita kako bi riješio namirenje duga od milijun i pol kuna koji je "Holding" imao prema Brkanovoj tvrtki. Ni na to Brkan nije pristao.

U studenome 2015. Milić je tražio od Brkana novac i kako bi riješio problem njegova sina, a ovaj mu je u dva navrata dao ukupno 13 tisuća kuna. Zatim je u lipnju 2016. godine Milić tražio mjesečne isplate od Brkana kako bi njegovoj tvrtki osigurao realiziranje ugovora o preuzimanju miješanog komunalnog otpada. Brkan mu je od lipnja 2016. do ožujka 2017. godine mjesečno davao po par stotina eura i od 1500 do dvije tisuće kuna, a ukupno je Miliću dao 1600 eura i 12.000 kuna.

I naposljetku, u listopadu 2016. godine, Milić je tražio tisuću eura, koje mu je Brkan dao nakon što je "Trogir holding" njegovoj tvrtki u dva navrata isplatio nešto manje od 85 tisuća kuna duga.

– Ovo vijeće smatra da ste počinili produljeno kazneno djelo trgovine utjecajem i najvažnije je da vam je oduzeta imovinska korist, koju morate uplatiti u državni proračun. Sankcija je ovakva jer ima niz olakotnih okolnosti, poput toga da ste odmah smijenjeni s pozicije koju ste imali, da niste osuđivani, da nije u pitanju neki veći novčani iznos... – kazala je, među ostalim, sutkinja Rupić osuđenom Miliću, koji svakako može biti zadovoljan ovakvim razvojem događaja.

Njegov branitelj Predrag Jelavić vjerojatno nije zadovoljan jer je tvrdio da uopće nije bilo kaznenog djela za koje se njegovu klijentu sudilo, a nije odlukom zadovoljna ni Natalija Petković, zamjenica ravnateljice USKOK-a, koja je tražila bezuvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu i koja će sasvim sigurno uložiti žalbu na ovu presudu.
