Gost Dnevnika N1 bio je Anto Nobilo, odvjetnik Piruške Canjuge u slučaju Agrokor. Za optužnicu kaže da nije sastavljena u skladu s rezultatima istrage. Smatra da je financijsko vještačenje nezakoniti dokaz jer tvrtka iz Poljske ne može biti vještak. Pojašnjava svoje stajalište tvrdeći da je to samo paravan za ljude iz Hrvatske koji su vještačili i u isto vrijeme radili za izvanrednu upravu Agrokora.
Nije pročitao optužnicu, iz priopćenja DORH-a mu se člni da optužnica nije sastavljena u skladu s rezultatima istrage.
Njegovoj klijentici se, ističe, ne stavlja na teret nikakva kaznena radnja nego samo da je bila članica uprave, a uprava je odobravala financijska izvješća.
Nastavlja da je ona od pet godina, četiri godine bila odsutna zbog čuvanja trudnoće i porodiljnog, a u istrazi je utvrđeno da se uprava nije sastajala i odobravala financijska izvješća.
Nobilo smatra da je financijsko vještačenje nezakoniti dokaz jer tvrtka iz Poljske ne može biti vještak. Pojašnjava svoje stajalište tvrdeći da je to samo paravan za ljude iz Hrvatske koji su vještačili i u isto vrijeme radili za izvanrednu upravu Agrokora.
"Ta uprava podnosi kaznenu prijavu, pokreće postupak, a onda njezini vještaci vještače", istaknuo je.
Dodao je kako se slaže s Ivicom Todorićem da je riječ o postupku u funkciji pravdanja uzimanja vlasništva nad Agrokorom.
"Najmanje 10 godina je potrebno čekati do pravosudnog epiloga", odgovorio je na pitanje koliko bi ovaj proces morao trajati.
Osvrnuo se i na gotovo 500 stranica optužnice i 80.000 stranica spisa. "Ako možete dokazati bit kaznenog djela onda to u optužnici koncizno navedete, a ne treba vam 495 stranica optužnice.
Iz iskustva će vam reći da ako podnositelj žalbe recimo podnosi žalbu na 30 stranica onda znači da nema argumenata, tako i kod optužnice, ona ako ima elemenata onda se može kondenzirano napisati na nekoliko stranica", zaključio je Nobilo.

Gost Dnevnika N1 bio je Anto Nobilo, odvjetnik Piruške Canjuge u slučaju Agrokor. Za optužnicu kaže da nije sastavljena u skladu s rezultatima istrage. Smatra da je financijsko vještačenje nezakoniti dokaz jer tvrtka iz Poljske ne može biti vještak. Pojašnjava svoje stajalište tvrdeći da je to samo paravan za ljude iz Hrvatske koji su vještačili i u isto vrijeme radili za izvanrednu upravu Agrokora.
Nije pročitao optužnicu, iz priopćenja DORH-a mu se člni da optužnica nije sastavljena u skladu s rezultatima istrage.
Njegovoj klijentici se, ističe, ne stavlja na teret nikakva kaznena radnja nego samo da je bila članica uprave, a uprava je odobravala financijska izvješća.
Nastavlja da je ona od pet godina, četiri godine bila odsutna zbog čuvanja trudnoće i porodiljnog, a u istrazi je utvrđeno da se uprava nije sastajala i odobravala financijska izvješća.
Nobilo smatra da je financijsko vještačenje nezakoniti dokaz jer tvrtka iz Poljske ne može biti vještak. Pojašnjava svoje stajalište tvrdeći da je to samo paravan za ljude iz Hrvatske koji su vještačili i u isto vrijeme radili za izvanrednu upravu Agrokora.
"Ta uprava podnosi kaznenu prijavu, pokreće postupak, a onda njezini vještaci vještače", istaknuo je.
Dodao je kako se slaže s Ivicom Todorićem da je riječ o postupku u funkciji pravdanja uzimanja vlasništva nad Agrokorom.
"Najmanje 10 godina je potrebno čekati do pravosudnog epiloga", odgovorio je na pitanje koliko bi ovaj proces morao trajati.
Osvrnuo se i na gotovo 500 stranica optužnice i 80.000 stranica spisa. "Ako možete dokazati bit kaznenog djela onda to u optužnici koncizno navedete, a ne treba vam 495 stranica optužnice.
Iz iskustva će vam reći da ako podnositelj žalbe recimo podnosi žalbu na 30 stranica onda znači da nema argumenata, tako i kod optužnice, ona ako ima elemenata onda se može kondenzirano napisati na nekoliko stranica", zaključio je Nobilo.
