Ukoliko presuda postane pravomoćna, morat će u roku od 15 dana vratiti 140 tisuća eura s kamatama. Predmet se vodio na sinjskom sudu, jer je prebačen s trogirskog, nakon što je sutkinja Nela Šostera razriješena.

Do spora je došlo zbog novca za stan na splitskom Pazdigradu. Cuzzijevi su odustali od kupovine, no Madunić novac nije vratio.

Madunić kaže, kako piše Index, da novac od prodaje stana nije ni imao, jer je njime riješena hipoteka.

Tvrdi da je u probleme zapao zbog toga što mu Grad Split ne želi platiti dug od dva milijuna kuna, te je tvrtka Virgula zbog toga je završila u blokadi.

Tvrdi da je u probleme zapao zbog toga što mu Grad Split ne želi platiti dug od dva milijuna kuna, te je tvrtka Virgula zbog toga je završila u blokadi.
