Kako piše Jutarnji list, BiH vlasti su, nakon našeg članka o Maduniću, počele temeljitu istragu o tome na koji je način propali poduzetnik i vlasnik tvrtke Virgula u samo mjesec dana, dobio državljanstvo i na taj način izbjegao hrvatski zatvor.

Za dobivanje državljanstva BiH, naime, potrebna je potvrda hrvatskog Ministarstva pravosuđa o nekažnjavanju. Takvu potvrdu, kako doznajemo, Madunić nije imao. Ali je zato imao potvrdu o tome da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak u Hrvatskoj. Izdao mu je 7. lipnja Općinski sud u Imotskom.

- Izdali smo mu potvrdu koju smo mu jedino mogli izdati. Potvrdu o nekažnjavanju moguće je dobiti samo od Ministarstva pravosuđa - objašnjava Ante Knezović, sudac glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Imotskom.

- Iako je on pravomoćno osuđen, to ne znači da nije mogao dobiti potvrdu od suda jer se u tom trenutku protiv njega nisu vodili kazneni postupci - kažu u Ministarstvu pravosuđa.

Sud u Imotskom izdao mu je tu potvrdu za prijavu prebivališta u BiH, ali ne i za dobivanje državljanstva. Ako se utvrdi da je Madunić falsificirao dokumentaciju ili ako se dokaže da je svjesno prešutio bitne činjenice vezane uz svoj status, Ministarstvo civilnih poslova BiH oduzet će mu državljanstvo. Na taj način bi mogao biti izručen Hrvatskoj.

Zorica Rulj, glasnogovornica Ministarstva civilnih poslova BiH potvrdila i to da je Savez dizača utega BiH pisao preporuku da se Maduniću dodijeli državljanstvo kako bi pomogao u radu sa sportašima.


Sloboda za 18.000 eura?



Vjerojatno će Hrvatska tražiti da Madunić odsluži kaznu u BiH, ako mu u međuvremenu ta država ne poništi državljanstvo. Ako mu BiH odrede kaznu Madunić će moći zamijeniti zatvorsku kaznu novčanom, pa bi za 18.000 eura mogao biti slobodan čovjek, piše Jutarnji list.

Kako piše Jutarnji list, BiH vlasti su, nakon našeg članka o Maduniću, počele temeljitu istragu o tome na koji je način propali poduzetnik i vlasnik tvrtke Virgula u samo mjesec dana, dobio državljanstvo i na taj način izbjegao hrvatski zatvor.

Za dobivanje državljanstva BiH, naime, potrebna je potvrda hrvatskog Ministarstva pravosuđa o nekažnjavanju. Takvu potvrdu, kako doznajemo, Madunić nije imao. Ali je zato imao potvrdu o tome da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak u Hrvatskoj. Izdao mu je 7. lipnja Općinski sud u Imotskom.

- Izdali smo mu potvrdu koju smo mu jedino mogli izdati. Potvrdu o nekažnjavanju moguće je dobiti samo od Ministarstva pravosuđa - objašnjava Ante Knezović, sudac glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Imotskom.

- Iako je on pravomoćno osuđen, to ne znači da nije mogao dobiti potvrdu od suda jer se u tom trenutku protiv njega nisu vodili kazneni postupci - kažu u Ministarstvu pravosuđa.

Sud u Imotskom izdao mu je tu potvrdu za prijavu prebivališta u BiH, ali ne i za dobivanje državljanstva. Ako se utvrdi da je Madunić falsificirao dokumentaciju ili ako se dokaže da je svjesno prešutio bitne činjenice vezane uz svoj status, Ministarstvo civilnih poslova BiH oduzet će mu državljanstvo. Na taj način bi mogao biti izručen Hrvatskoj.

Zorica Rulj, glasnogovornica Ministarstva civilnih poslova BiH potvrdila i to da je Savez dizača utega BiH pisao preporuku da se Maduniću dodijeli državljanstvo kako bi pomogao u radu sa sportašima.


Sloboda za 18.000 eura?



Vjerojatno će Hrvatska tražiti da Madunić odsluži kaznu u BiH, ako mu u međuvremenu ta država ne poništi državljanstvo. Ako mu BiH odrede kaznu Madunić će moći zamijeniti zatvorsku kaznu novčanom, pa bi za 18.000 eura mogao biti slobodan čovjek, piše Jutarnji list.
