U obavijesti objavljenoj na Zagrebačkoj burzi, iz Leda navode da kupoprodajna cijena za 629.806 dionica Frikoma iznosi 10,8 milijardi dinara, što odgovara iznosu od 728,3 milijuna kuna.

Ledo je krajem prošle godine stekao od Agrokora i 100 posto udjela u Ledo Podgorici, po kupoprodajnoj cijeni od 150,1 milijun kuna.

Kako je već ranije objavljeno, preuzimanjem ovih kompanija Ledo želi objediniti cjelokupnu vlasničku strukturu Agrokora u segmentu sladoleda i smrznute hrane i postati regionalni lider u tom segmentu.

Ledo je u prosincu sa stopostotnom uspješnošću proveo izdanje novih dionica, u postupku povećanja temeljnog kapitala upisano je i uplaćeno svih 93.750 ponuđenih novih redovnih dionica po cijeni od 8.000 kuna, što je ukupan iznos od 750 milijuna kuna.

Ledo je tom dokapitalizacijom želio prikupiti sredstva za kupnju Frikoma iz Beograda i Leda Podgorica od Agrokora.

kako je transakcijom na Beogradskoj burzi stekla od Agrokora 629.806 dionica društva Frikom, čime je Ledo stekao 95,83 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu tog proizvođača sladoleda i smrznute hrane iz Beograda.

U obavijesti objavljenoj na Zagrebačkoj burzi, iz Leda navode da kupoprodajna cijena za 629.806 dionica Frikoma iznosi 10,8 milijardi dinara, što odgovara iznosu od 728,3 milijuna kuna.

Ledo je krajem prošle godine stekao od Agrokora i 100 posto udjela u Ledo Podgorici, po kupoprodajnoj cijeni od 150,1 milijun kuna.

Kako je već ranije objavljeno, preuzimanjem ovih kompanija Ledo želi objediniti cjelokupnu vlasničku strukturu Agrokora u segmentu sladoleda i smrznute hrane i postati regionalni lider u tom segmentu.

Ledo je u prosincu sa stopostotnom uspješnošću proveo izdanje novih dionica, u postupku povećanja temeljnog kapitala upisano je i uplaćeno svih 93.750 ponuđenih novih redovnih dionica po cijeni od 8.000 kuna, što je ukupan iznos od 750 milijuna kuna.

Ledo je tom dokapitalizacijom želio prikupiti sredstva za kupnju Frikoma iz Beograda i Leda Podgorica od Agrokora.

Tvrtka Ledo je danas izvijestila kako je transakcijom na Beogradskoj burzi stekla od Agrokora 629.806 dionica društva Frikom, čime je Ledo stekao 95,83 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu tog proizvođača sladoleda i smrznute hrane iz Beograda.

U obavijesti objavljenoj na Zagrebačkoj burzi, iz Leda navode da kupoprodajna cijena za 629.806 dionica Frikoma iznosi 10,8 milijardi dinara, što odgovara iznosu od 728,3 milijuna kuna.
