Sveučilište je temeljem izvansudske nagodbe “Konstruktor-inženjeringu” u stečaju platilo 500.000 kuna od zadržanog iznosa na ime jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u garantnim rokovima.

- Sukladno ugovoru o izgradnji zgrade “Tri fakulteta” na području sveučilišnog kampusa Visoka, na ime jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u garantnim rokovima Sveučilište je kao naručitelj zadržalo izvođaču “Konstruktor-Inženjeringu” iznos od milijun kuna. Jamstveni rokovi su istekli 2. prosinca 2017. godine i Sveučilište je bilo u obvezi vratiti zadržani iznos - kazali su nam.

- Budući da je neke nedostatke na objektu otklonilo Sveučilište, a ne izvođač radova kako je određeno ugovorom, izvansudskom nagodbom postignut je sporazum da Sveučilište vrati samo polovicu zadržanog iznosa - kazao nam je prof. dr. sc. Tomislav Kilić, prorektor za poslovanje, te napomenuo da su postignutom nagodbom u cijelosti podmirena sva međusobna potraživanja i obveze između “Konstruktor-inženjeringa” u stečaju i Sveučilišta.

Frano Krišto, stečajni upravitelj “Konstruktor-Inženjeringa”, objašnjava da su takvi garantni depoziti uobičajeni.

- Nismo se slagali s obračunom nedostataka koje je napravilo Sveučilište. Na kraju smo se dogovorili da plate pola zadržanog iznosa i time smo riješili međusobne obveze - rekao nam je Frano Krišto.

Napominje da je tih pola milijuna kuna premali iznos, u odnosu na potraživanja bivših radnika, da bi se odmah napravila dioba, već treba pričekati da se skupi veći iznos za diobu.

Za usporedbu, zadnja dioba od 4,5 posto iznosila je 8,4 milijuna kuna.

Bivši radnici i država za njihove doprinose i poreze na plaće potraživali su oko 187 milijuna kuna, a do sada im je isplaćeno oko 36 milijuna.

Sveučilište je temeljem izvansudske nagodbe “Konstruktor-inženjeringu” u stečaju platilo 500.000 kuna od zadržanog iznosa na ime jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u garantnim rokovima.

- Sukladno ugovoru o izgradnji zgrade “Tri fakulteta” na području sveučilišnog kampusa Visoka, na ime jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u garantnim rokovima Sveučilište je kao naručitelj zadržalo izvođaču “Konstruktor-Inženjeringu” iznos od milijun kuna. Jamstveni rokovi su istekli 2. prosinca 2017. godine i Sveučilište je bilo u obvezi vratiti zadržani iznos - kazali su nam.

- Budući da je neke nedostatke na objektu otklonilo Sveučilište, a ne izvođač radova kako je određeno ugovorom, izvansudskom nagodbom postignut je sporazum da Sveučilište vrati samo polovicu zadržanog iznosa - kazao nam je prof. dr. sc. Tomislav Kilić, prorektor za poslovanje, te napomenuo da su postignutom nagodbom u cijelosti podmirena sva međusobna potraživanja i obveze između “Konstruktor-inženjeringa” u stečaju i Sveučilišta.

Frano Krišto, stečajni upravitelj “Konstruktor-Inženjeringa”, objašnjava da su takvi garantni depoziti uobičajeni.

- Nismo se slagali s obračunom nedostataka koje je napravilo Sveučilište. Na kraju smo se dogovorili da plate pola zadržanog iznosa i time smo riješili međusobne obveze - rekao nam je Frano Krišto.

Napominje da je tih pola milijuna kuna premali iznos, u odnosu na potraživanja bivših radnika, da bi se odmah napravila dioba, već treba pričekati da se skupi veći iznos za diobu.

Za usporedbu, zadnja dioba od 4,5 posto iznosila je 8,4 milijuna kuna.

Bivši radnici i država za njihove doprinose i poreze na plaće potraživali su oko 187 milijuna kuna, a do sada im je isplaćeno oko 36 milijuna.
