Samo mjesec dana nakon ostavke s pozicije čelnika Hrvatskog Telekoma Adris grupa nominirala je Davora Tomaškovića za kandidata za predsjednika Uprave Croatia osiguranja. 

Po završetku zakonom predviđenog postupka i odobrenja regulatora, Nadzorni odbor imenovat će Davora Tomaškovića predsjednikom Uprave Croatia osiguranja.

'Sadašnji predsjednik Uprave Croatia osiguranja, Damir Vanđelić, uspješno je vodio kompaniju tijekom druge faze restrukturiranja, što je dovelo do rasta svih ključnih pokazatelja poslovanja. Vanđelić je predložen za člana Uprave Adris grupe, o čemu će odgovarajuću odluku donijeti Nadzorni odbor Adrisa, a bit će predložen i za člana Nadzornog odbora CO.

Kako je predviđeno organizacijskim promjenama u Adrisu, za članove Uprave Adris grupe predloženi su i sadašnji direktor kontrolinga Adris grupe Hrvoje Patajac te direktor pravnih poslova Roberto Škopac.

S obzirom na to da je Stipanka Ivandić Štefanek imenovana direktoricom Abilie, Upravu će Adrisa, nakon provedbe svih navedenih promjena, činiti: mr. sc. Ante Vlahović, predsjednik Uprave, te članovi Marko Remenar, Damir Vanđelić, mr. sc. Hrvoje Patajac i Roberto Škopac', izvijestili su iz Adris grupe.

Samo mjesec dana nakon ostavke s pozicije čelnika Hrvatskog Telekoma Adris grupa nominirala je Davora Tomaškovića za kandidata za predsjednika Uprave Croatia osiguranja. 

Po završetku zakonom predviđenog postupka i odobrenja regulatora, Nadzorni odbor imenovat će Davora Tomaškovića predsjednikom Uprave Croatia osiguranja.

'Sadašnji predsjednik Uprave Croatia osiguranja, Damir Vanđelić, uspješno je vodio kompaniju tijekom druge faze restrukturiranja, što je dovelo do rasta svih ključnih pokazatelja poslovanja. Vanđelić je predložen za člana Uprave Adris grupe, o čemu će odgovarajuću odluku donijeti Nadzorni odbor Adrisa, a bit će predložen i za člana Nadzornog odbora CO.

Kako je predviđeno organizacijskim promjenama u Adrisu, za članove Uprave Adris grupe predloženi su i sadašnji direktor kontrolinga Adris grupe Hrvoje Patajac te direktor pravnih poslova Roberto Škopac.

S obzirom na to da je Stipanka Ivandić Štefanek imenovana direktoricom Abilie, Upravu će Adrisa, nakon provedbe svih navedenih promjena, činiti: mr. sc. Ante Vlahović, predsjednik Uprave, te članovi Marko Remenar, Damir Vanđelić, mr. sc. Hrvoje Patajac i Roberto Škopac', izvijestili su iz Adris grupe.
