Na prodajnom ročištu održanom u četvrtak na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu nije se pojavio niti jedan zainteresirani kupac, iako su neke osobe ranije Ankici Čenić, stečajnoj upraviteljici, iskazale interes.

Stečajni sudac zaključio je da potencijalni kupci čekaju snižavanje početne cijene za koju će se imovina prodavati koja je već za današnje ročište bila 10 posto niža od procijenjene, a Odbor vjerovnika Credo banke odlučio je da će se za sljedeće prodajno ročište vrijednost imovine umanjiti za dodatnih 20 posto.

Na prodaju je ponuđeno 19 nekretnina u Rogoznici, Prološcu, Kaštel Lukšiću, Đakovu, Zagrebu..., pojedinačne vrijednosti od 300.000 kuna do 30 milijuna kuna.

Radi se o kućana, poslovnim objektima i zemljištima koje je Credo banka u stečaju od neplatiša kredita preuzela u sudskim ovršnim postupcima.

Na računu Credo banke u stečaju trenutačno ima 385 milijuna kuna. Na redu za naplatu je Državna agencija za zaštitu štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka koja je klijentima Credo banke isplatila osigurani dio njihove štednje, ukupno 360 milijuna kuna.

U četvrtom isplatnom redu su građani koji potražuju 160 milijuna kuna (dio iznad osiguranog iznosa), a u petom tvrtke sa 600 milijuna.

Stečajni sudac zaključio je da potencijalni kupci čekaju snižavanje početne cijene za koju će se imovina prodavati koja je već za današnje ročište bila 10 posto niža od procijenjene, a Odbor vjerovnika Credo banke odlučio je da će se za sljedeće prodajno ročište vrijednost imovine umanjiti za dodatnih 20 posto.

Na prodaju je ponuđeno 19 nekretnina u Rogoznici, Prološcu, Kaštel Lukšiću, Đakovu, Zagrebu..., pojedinačne vrijednosti od 300.000 kuna do 30 milijuna kuna.

Radi se o kućana, poslovnim objektima i zemljištima koje je Credo banka u stečaju od neplatiša kredita preuzela u sudskim ovršnim postupcima.

Na računu Credo banke u stečaju trenutačno ima 385 milijuna kuna. Na redu za naplatu je Državna agencija za zaštitu štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka koja je klijentima Credo banke isplatila osigurani dio njihove štednje, ukupno 360 milijuna kuna.

U četvrtom isplatnom redu su građani koji potražuju 160 milijuna kuna (dio iznad osiguranog iznosa), a u petom tvrtke sa 600 milijuna.
