stdClass Object ( [id] => 247837 [title] => Kupci stanova Credo banke novac će dati - državi [alias] => kupci-stanova-credo-banke-novac-ce-dati-drzavi [catid] => 244 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Postoje zainteresirani kupci za neke od 19 nekretnina u vlasništvu Credo banke u stečaju, no očito čekaju daljnje snižavanje cijene – takvo što moglo se jučer čuti na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu gdje je održano treće prodajno ročište imovine propale bankarske kuće.

Nitko se nije javio ni za kupnju trezora, uređaja za provjeru novčanica, brojača kovanica i novčanica, te ostale bankarske opreme, kao ni za umjetničke slike koje su prije otvaranja stečaja krasile bančine poslovnice i urede. Tako je stečajni sudac prodajno ročište proglasio - neuspjelim.

Novo ročište nije sazvano, već se po odluci Odbora vjerovnika zastalo s prodajom imovine Credo banke. Sastavljen je prijedlog stečajnog plana koji je na odobrenje poslan Državnoj agenciji za sanaciju banaka i osiguranje štednih uloga (DAB) koja je sljedeća na redu za namirenje svog potraživanja od 360 milijuna kuna. Radi se o ukupnom iznosu osiguranih iznosa štednje koje je DAB isplatio klijentima propale banke.

Na računu Credo banke u stečaju sada ima 385 milijuna kuna, a prema prijedlogu stečajnog plana DAB bi dobio 200 milijuna, dok bi se dijela iznosa odrekao da bi se u većem iznosu namirili građani i tvrtke. Zauzvrat bi državna agencija dobila spomenutih 19 nekretnina od kojih su neke opterećene sudskim sporovima.

Ako DAB prihvati predloženi stečajni plan, o njemu će se glasati na Skupštini vjerovnika, te će se, ako plan bude prihvaćen, okončati stečajni postupak.

Zbog toga su građani koji su zainteresirani za pojedine nekretnine na ročištu savjetovani da na adresu Credo banke pošalju pismo namjere u kojem će ponuditi cijenu koja ne bi smjela biti ispod početne cijene na zadnjem ročištu, te će o prihvaćanju njihovih ponuda odlučiti Odbor vjerovnika.

imovine propale bankarske kuće.

Nitko se nije javio ni za kupnju trezora, uređaja za provjeru novčanica, brojača kovanica i novčanica, te ostale bankarske opreme, kao ni za umjetničke slike koje su prije otvaranja stečaja krasile bančine poslovnice i urede. Tako je stečajni sudac prodajno ročište proglasio - neuspjelim.

Novo ročište nije sazvano, već se po odluci Odbora vjerovnika zastalo s prodajom imovine Credo banke. Sastavljen je prijedlog stečajnog plana koji je na odobrenje poslan Državnoj agenciji za sanaciju banaka i osiguranje štednih uloga (DAB) koja je sljedeća na redu za namirenje svog potraživanja od 360 milijuna kuna. Radi se o ukupnom iznosu osiguranih iznosa štednje koje je DAB isplatio klijentima propale banke.

Na računu Credo banke u stečaju sada ima 385 milijuna kuna, a prema prijedlogu stečajnog plana DAB bi dobio 200 milijuna, dok bi se dijela iznosa odrekao da bi se u većem iznosu namirili građani i tvrtke. Zauzvrat bi državna agencija dobila spomenutih 19 nekretnina od kojih su neke opterećene sudskim sporovima.

Ako DAB prihvati predloženi stečajni plan, o njemu će se glasati na Skupštini vjerovnika, te će se, ako plan bude prihvaćen, okončati stečajni postupak.

Zbog toga su građani koji su zainteresirani za pojedine nekretnine na ročištu savjetovani da na adresu Credo banke pošalju pismo namjere u kojem će ponuditi cijenu koja ne bi smjela biti ispod početne cijene na zadnjem ročištu, te će o prihvaćanju njihovih ponuda odlučiti Odbor vjerovnika.
