'Ko bi reko čuda da se dese', pa da je u Hrvatskoj konkurencija odnijela kamatne stope na stambene kredite u kunama i ispod pet posto?
Pa, dogodila su se i ta čuda, danas ima takvih kamata u velikim bankama i po 4,75 posto i 4,80 posto, fiksnih na pet i na 10 godina.
Krajem 2011. kamate na stambene kredite u kunama bile su 6,49 posto prosječno za kredite u otplati po podacima središnje banke, da bi se krajem 2013. spustile na 6,46 posto, godinu kasnije 5,95, a krajem prošle godine bile su prosječno 5,49 posto. Ili, još jednostavnije, onaj tko otplaćuje 600.000 kuna stambenog kredita, što je oko 80.000 eura, na rok od dva desetljeća, krajem 2011. je kredit mogao dobiti po 6,49 posto i mjesečnu ratu od 4469 kuna, a danas po 4,75 posto kamate takav kredit mjesečno košta 3877 kuna.
Rata je niža 13 posto ili 592 kune...

'Ko bi reko čuda da se dese', pa da je u Hrvatskoj konkurencija odnijela kamatne stope na stambene kredite u kunama i ispod pet posto?
Pa, dogodila su se i ta čuda, danas ima takvih kamata u velikim bankama i po 4,75 posto i 4,80 posto, fiksnih na pet i na 10 godina.
Krajem 2011. kamate na stambene kredite u kunama bile su 6,49 posto prosječno za kredite u otplati po podacima središnje banke, da bi se krajem 2013. spustile na 6,46 posto, godinu kasnije 5,95, a krajem prošle godine bile su prosječno 5,49 posto. Ili, još jednostavnije, onaj tko otplaćuje 600.000 kuna stambenog kredita, što je oko 80.000 eura, na rok od dva desetljeća, krajem 2011. je kredit mogao dobiti po 6,49 posto i mjesečnu ratu od 4469 kuna, a danas po 4,75 posto kamate takav kredit mjesečno košta 3877 kuna.
Rata je niža 13 posto ili 592 kune...
