Tijekom zimskih mjeseci koži je potrebno osigurati dodatnu dozu njega, što ponekad može biti izazovno. Na sreću postoje sasvim ugodna i poprilično povoljna rješenja koja djeluje jednako dobro, ako ne i bolje, od mnogih skupih preparata. Jedno od tih rješenja je kupka s dodatkom popularne i pristupačne žitarice bez koje je teško zamisliti režim zdrave prehrane.

Riječ je o zobi, hvaljenoj zbog svojih brojnih dobrobiti za njegu kože, smanjenje iritacija, hidrataciju i još puno toga. Muče li vas suha, iziritirana, perutava i gruba koža, pokušajte u kadu punu tople vode ubaciti i zob. Nismo vas uvjerili? Možda ovo hoće.

Zbog vrijednih sastojaka poput vitamina E, avenantramida (aktivne tvari u zobi s velikim protuupalnim djelovanjem) i ferulinske kiseline, zob može smiriti iritacije na koži, smanjenje svrbež i upale. Ekstrakti koloidne zobene kaše dokazano smanjuju upalne medijatore u koži, dajući značajna klinička poboljšanja kod suhoće kože, ljuskanja, hrapavosti i svrbeža. Namakanjem u kupki u koju je dodana zob olakšavaju se i tegobe koje izaziva atopijski dermatitis.

Kupke od zobene kaše hidratiziraju kožu zahvaljujući polisaharidima koji vežu vodu na površinu kože, čineći zob sredstvom za zadržavanje vlage. Sadrži lipide koji jačaju barijeru kože i saponine koji su poput prirodnih sapuna i djeluju antiinfektivno. Također sadrži antioksidanse poput ferulične, kofeinske i kumarinske kiseline, što znači da kupka u koju je dodana zob pruža dvostruku hidrataciju. Zob ima još jedno dobrodošlo svojstvo a to je omekšavanje kože.

Vrijedni sastojci iz zobi također pomažu koži u izgradnji zaštitne barijere, što vodi ne samo do ljepše nego i do zdravije kože.

Sad kad smo vas uvjerili, evo par riječi o tome kako prirediti kupku sa zobi. Najprije, za pripremu kupke se koriste pahuljice, pri čemu možete koristiti bilo koju vrstu - instant, sitne ili krupne. Trebat će vam jedna šalica zobenih pahuljica, koju ćete najprije na suho usitniti u blenderu. Dobiveni fini prah ubacite u kadu punu tople vode i promiješajte dok voda ne postane mliječnobijela. Ostanite u kupki 15-ak minuta i pripazite kad izlazite jer zob može na kadi ostaviti klizavi sloj. Potapkajte kožu mekanim ručnikom i gotovi ste.

Želite li svoju zobenu kupku podići na višu razinu ili vam trebaju dodatno opuštanje umornih mišića u vodu za kupanje dodajte još i 1 šalicu gorke soli. Za dodatno umirenje kože, ali i uma, u kupku sa zobi dodajte šaku cvjetova kamilice ili ružinih latica, a ako želite dodatnu hidrataciju, ubacite još i šalicu mlijeka i žlicu meda.

Tijekom zimskih mjeseci koži je potrebno osigurati dodatnu dozu njega, što ponekad može biti izazovno. Na sreću postoje sasvim ugodna i poprilično povoljna rješenja koja djeluje jednako dobro, ako ne i bolje, od mnogih skupih preparata. Jedno od tih rješenja je kupka s dodatkom popularne i pristupačne žitarice bez koje je teško zamisliti režim zdrave prehrane.

Riječ je o zobi, hvaljenoj zbog svojih brojnih dobrobiti za njegu kože, smanjenje iritacija, hidrataciju i još puno toga. Muče li vas suha, iziritirana, perutava i gruba koža, pokušajte u kadu punu tople vode ubaciti i zob. Nismo vas uvjerili? Možda ovo hoće.

Zbog vrijednih sastojaka poput vitamina E, avenantramida (aktivne tvari u zobi s velikim protuupalnim djelovanjem) i ferulinske kiseline, zob može smiriti iritacije na koži, smanjenje svrbež i upale. Ekstrakti koloidne zobene kaše dokazano smanjuju upalne medijatore u koži, dajući značajna klinička poboljšanja kod suhoće kože, ljuskanja, hrapavosti i svrbeža. Namakanjem u kupki u koju je dodana zob olakšavaju se i tegobe koje izaziva atopijski dermatitis.

Kupke od zobene kaše hidratiziraju kožu zahvaljujući polisaharidima koji vežu vodu na površinu kože, čineći zob sredstvom za zadržavanje vlage. Sadrži lipide koji jačaju barijeru kože i saponine koji su poput prirodnih sapuna i djeluju antiinfektivno. Također sadrži antioksidanse poput ferulične, kofeinske i kumarinske kiseline, što znači da kupka u koju je dodana zob pruža dvostruku hidrataciju. Zob ima još jedno dobrodošlo svojstvo a to je omekšavanje kože.

Tijekom zimskih mjeseci koži je potrebno osigurati dodatnu dozu njega, što ponekad može biti izazovno. Na sreću postoje sasvim ugodna i poprilično povoljna rješenja koja djeluje jednako dobro, ako ne i bolje, od mnogih skupih preparata. Jedno od tih rješenja je kupka s dodatkom popularne i pristupačne žitarice bez koje je teško zamisliti režim zdrave prehrane.

Riječ je o zobi, hvaljenoj zbog svojih brojnih dobrobiti za njegu kože, smanjenje iritacija, hidrataciju i još puno toga. Muče li vas suha, iziritirana, perutava i gruba koža, pokušajte u kadu punu tople vode ubaciti i zob. Nismo vas uvjerili? Možda ovo hoće.

Zbog vrijednih sastojaka poput vitamina E, avenantramida (aktivne tvari u zobi s velikim protuupalnim djelovanjem) i ferulinske kiseline, zob može smiriti iritacije na koži, smanjenje svrbež i upale. Ekstrakti koloidne zobene kaše dokazano smanjuju upalne medijatore u koži, dajući značajna klinička poboljšanja kod suhoće kože, ljuskanja, hrapavosti i svrbeža. Namakanjem u kupki u koju je dodana zob olakšavaju se i tegobe koje izaziva atopijski dermatitis.
