Ovako je izjavu Andrije Vukovića, poznatog splitskog sportaša, prenio moj kolega Božidar Lončar.

Izvještaj je s Brda, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak pokušao je uvjeriti stanovnike kotara da je ono što im on donosi ‘pod bor‘ u ovo vrijeme darivanja nešto što ne smiju odbiti. No, nije naišao na pljesak, naprotiv, Brđani su se okrenuli protiv njega. A ponudio je...

- Veliki bazen za vaterpolo, mali bazen, dvorana s dva rukometna igrališta i šest manjih dvorana, prostor za čuvanje djece, košarkaško i malonogometno igralište. Rekonstruirala bi se Hercegovačka, Mostarska i Sarajevska ulica kao i gradska Tržnica – stoji u projektu.

I iskreno, svatko tko odbije ovakav iskorak za grad, želju za gradnjom prijeko potrebnih sportskih objekata, ne želi dobro ni gradu ni građanima. No, ovdje se radi o nečem sasvim drugom upakiranom u celofan iskoraka sportske infrastrukture i brige za boljitak građana Brda, pa i šire.

Naime, ovdje bi se već postojeći sportski tereni, koji koriste već godinama stanovnicima kotara, praktički ‘izbrisali‘. Grad bi dobio nove, modernije sadržaje, ali pod koju cijenu? Tu ne mislim na to koliko bi izgradnja stajala, nego što onda s djecom iz kotara, rekreativcima?

Istina je što govori dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić da se nije dobro upravljalo u nekom dijelu centrom do sada, slična je situacija bila i s puno manjim centrom na Baterijama. I on je došao pod pasku Grada Splita, odnosno Javne ustanove športski objekti. No, neminovno se događa u toj primopredaji i da djeca i građani ostaju bez dijela termina, jer se obnovljeni, modernizirani i ograđeni tereni onda i naplaćuju.

Kultni TŠC

U vrijeme mog djetinjstva imali smo niz otvorenih sportskih terena u gradu i svi su bili - mukte. Bio je tu kultni TŠC u Spinutu, išli bismo zakucavati na niže koševe kod ‘Đermana‘ u Varošu... Svaki je kvart imao prostor, a onda se pojavila - umjetna trava. Slična je bila retorika kao sada Ivice Puljka i njegovih pobočnika. Kao, umjetna je trava bolja za zglobove, tereni će biti uređeniji... A onda su s umjetnom travom stigle i žičane ograde, a tereni, do tada slobodni, su postali zaključani. Osim ako izvadite 100, 200 300 kuna (u to vrijeme) i platite. 

Malo po malo se tako uništio stil života Splita od prije. Kumovale su tome i videoigrice kao i sve teži programi u školama, ali zaključavanje sportskih igrališta svakako nije pomoglo izvlačenju djece na ulicu. Potom su stigle i dvorane, pa je ‘TŠC‘ platio buletu. Slično bi se sada dogodilo i na Brdima. Dvorane, bazeni, sto čuda. Svakako bi to bilo modernije i ljepše, ali bi nedvojbeno Brdima kao kvartu ubilo dušu.

Tamo ‘preko bare‘, u SAD-u, postoji odlično razrađen sustav javnih terena. U kolijevci trulog kapitalizma ostavlja se ‘običnim građanima‘ dovoljno prostora i vremena da sasvim besplatno igraju, ne samo košarku, ili mali nogomet u nas, već i tenis, Pickleball... Neki se tereni i iznajmljuju, naravno. kao i ti javni tereni, ali samo u slučaju da na njima obavljate ‘gospodarsku djelatnost‘, ako držite satove tenisa ili organizirate turnire.

A besplatno se koriste po starom splitskom pravilu ‘ko prvi dođe‘. Postoji javno dostupni dokumenti, pravila korištenja, kako funkcioniraju ti javni tereni koji su većinu dana dostupni sasvim besplatno.

Truli kapitalizam

A što se događa u Splitu? Malo po malo taj besplatni javni servis nestaje i pretvara se u komercijalu. Javna ustanova športski objekti pod pritiskom je ostvarivanja silnih prihoda te postaje sve više Kapitalistička ustanova športski objekti.

Simptomatična je i rečenica gradonačelnika Puljka: 

-  Mi smo sigurni da je ovo bolje za kotar i grad. Zato neće biti referenduma.

Oni su sigurni? Tko su oni? Gdje je u ovoj priči Splitski savez sportova, struka, baza, sportske legende Splita? Nismo ih čuli. Kada se oko ove ideje vodila javna rasprava sa savjetovanjem za građane, javno, transparentno? O drugim mogućnostima, kvalitetnijim rješenjima. 

Novi sportski objekti, svaka čast i u tom smjeru treba ići. Ali na novim lokacijama, kao dodatni sadržaj, a ne tako da se javno pretvori u poluprivatno, na istom mjestu. Puljak je Brđane pozvao očito iščekivajući salve odobravanja, a obilo mu se o glavu. No, ne očajava. On zna što je najbolje. Još samo da je poručio kao u Mažuranićevoj ‘Smrti Smail-age Čengića‘:

- Brđane mi izvedite, štono sam ih zarobio robljem.

- Nemate pravo ovo sve srušiti radi Vaših ideja o bazenima i dvoranama. Prozivate nas pijancima. Ja sam bio prosječni golman, brat mi je olimpijac. Rekli ste će kotarevi odlučivati na referendumu. Evo prilike. Mi ne damo kotar – kazao je Vuković.

Ovako je izjavu Andrije Vukovića, poznatog splitskog sportaša, prenio moj kolega Božidar Lončar.

Izvještaj je s Brda, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak pokušao je uvjeriti stanovnike kotara da je ono što im on donosi ‘pod bor‘ u ovo vrijeme darivanja nešto što ne smiju odbiti. No, nije naišao na pljesak, naprotiv, Brđani su se okrenuli protiv njega. A ponudio je...

- Veliki bazen za vaterpolo, mali bazen, dvorana s dva rukometna igrališta i šest manjih dvorana, prostor za čuvanje djece, košarkaško i malonogometno igralište. Rekonstruirala bi se Hercegovačka, Mostarska i Sarajevska ulica kao i gradska Tržnica – stoji u projektu.

I iskreno, svatko tko odbije ovakav iskorak za grad, želju za gradnjom prijeko potrebnih sportskih objekata, ne želi dobro ni gradu ni građanima. No, ovdje se radi o nečem sasvim drugom upakiranom u celofan iskoraka sportske infrastrukture i brige za boljitak građana Brda, pa i šire.

Naime, ovdje bi se već postojeći sportski tereni, koji koriste već godinama stanovnicima kotara, praktički ‘izbrisali‘. Grad bi dobio nove, modernije sadržaje, ali pod koju cijenu? Tu ne mislim na to koliko bi izgradnja stajala, nego što onda s djecom iz kotara, rekreativcima?

Istina je što govori dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić da se nije dobro upravljalo u nekom dijelu centrom do sada, slična je situacija bila i s puno manjim centrom na Baterijama. I on je došao pod pasku Grada Splita, odnosno Javne ustanove športski objekti. No, neminovno se događa u toj primopredaji i da djeca i građani ostaju bez dijela termina, jer se obnovljeni, modernizirani i ograđeni tereni onda i naplaćuju.

Kultni TŠC

U vrijeme mog djetinjstva imali smo niz otvorenih sportskih terena u gradu i svi su bili - mukte. Bio je tu kultni TŠC u Spinutu, išli bismo zakucavati na niže koševe kod ‘Đermana‘ u Varošu... Svaki je kvart imao prostor, a onda se pojavila - umjetna trava. Slična je bila retorika kao sada Ivice Puljka i njegovih pobočnika. Kao, umjetna je trava bolja za zglobove, tereni će biti uređeniji... A onda su s umjetnom travom stigle i žičane ograde, a tereni, do tada slobodni, su postali zaključani. Osim ako izvadite 100, 200 300 kuna (u to vrijeme) i platite. 

Malo po malo se tako uništio stil života Splita od prije. Kumovale su tome i videoigrice kao i sve teži programi u školama, ali zaključavanje sportskih igrališta svakako nije pomoglo izvlačenju djece na ulicu. Potom su stigle i dvorane, pa je ‘TŠC‘ platio buletu. Slično bi se sada dogodilo i na Brdima. Dvorane, bazeni, sto čuda. Svakako bi to bilo modernije i ljepše, ali bi nedvojbeno Brdima kao kvartu ubilo dušu.

Tamo ‘preko bare‘, u SAD-u, postoji odlično razrađen sustav javnih terena. U kolijevci trulog kapitalizma ostavlja se ‘običnim građanima‘ dovoljno prostora i vremena da sasvim besplatno igraju, ne samo košarku, ili mali nogomet u nas, već i tenis, Pickleball... Neki se tereni i iznajmljuju, naravno. kao i ti javni tereni, ali samo u slučaju da na njima obavljate ‘gospodarsku djelatnost‘, ako držite satove tenisa ili organizirate turnire.

A besplatno se koriste po starom splitskom pravilu ‘ko prvi dođe‘. Postoji javno dostupni dokumenti, pravila korištenja, kako funkcioniraju ti javni tereni koji su većinu dana dostupni sasvim besplatno.

Truli kapitalizam

A što se događa u Splitu? Malo po malo taj besplatni javni servis nestaje i pretvara se u komercijalu. Javna ustanova športski objekti pod pritiskom je ostvarivanja silnih prihoda te postaje sve više Kapitalistička ustanova športski objekti.

Simptomatična je i rečenica gradonačelnika Puljka: 

-  Mi smo sigurni da je ovo bolje za kotar i grad. Zato neće biti referenduma.

Oni su sigurni? Tko su oni? Gdje je u ovoj priči Splitski savez sportova, struka, baza, sportske legende Splita? Nismo ih čuli. Kada se oko ove ideje vodila javna rasprava sa savjetovanjem za građane, javno, transparentno? O drugim mogućnostima, kvalitetnijim rješenjima. 

Novi sportski objekti, svaka čast i u tom smjeru treba ići. Ali na novim lokacijama, kao dodatni sadržaj, a ne tako da se javno pretvori u poluprivatno, na istom mjestu. Puljak je Brđane pozvao očito iščekivajući salve odobravanja, a obilo mu se o glavu. No, ne očajava. On zna što je najbolje. Još samo da je poručio kao u Mažuranićevoj ‘Smrti Smail-age Čengića‘:

- Brđane mi izvedite, štono sam ih zarobio robljem.
