Splićanin Dino Prižmić osvojio je juniorski Roland Garros, nakon što je u finalu s 2:0 u setovima (6-1, 6-4) svladao bolivijskog tenisača Juana Carlosa Prado Angela.

Split je tako drugu godinu zaredom dobio osvajača juniorskog Grand Slama, nakon što je 2022. Mili Poljičak postao prvi Hrvat koji je osvojio juniorski Wimbledon. Prije njega Marin Čilić je 2005. godine osvojio juniorski Roland Garros, a Borna Ćorić 2013. US Open.

Prižmić je tako postao četvrti Hrvat koji je uspio doći do naslova pobjednika nekog juniorskog Grand Slama i šesti koji se uspio plasirati u finale. Ivan Ljubičić je 1996. izgubio u finalu Wimbledona, dok je Mario Ančić četiri godine kasnije izgubio u finalu Australian Opena i Wimbledona.

Prižmić je na cijelom turniru izgubio samo jedan set. U osmini finala Čeh Maxim Mrva je dobio prvi set 6:4, da bi 17-godišnji Splićanin nakon toga uzeo naredna dva sa 6:1 i 6:0. 

Prižmić je u finale juniorskog Roland Garrosa ušao kao treći nositelj, dok je Bolivijac bio osmi. Splićanin je odmah poveo 3:0 i nakon toga napravio još jedan break, kojim je osigurao prednost od 1-0  u setovima. U drugom setu Prižmić je stigao do breaka kod 2:2 i nakon toga sigurno sačuvao prednost. Bolivijskom tenisaču je u cijelom meču dopustio samo dvije prilike za break, ponajviše na račun sjajnog servisa.

Ovaj uspjeh samo je još jedna epizoda u karijeri mladog Splićanina koja se strelovito uspinje. Krajem prošle godine došao je do prvog profesionalnog naslova, osvojivši ITF turnir u grčkom Heraklionu, da bi onda nanizao još tri trofeja u Tunisu. Tada je upisao 15 pobjeda zaredom, uz 30 odigranih setova i samo jedan izgubljeni.

U međuvremenu se popeo do 293. mjesta na ATP ljestvici, a danas je dokazao da ga s razlogom smatraju jednim od najvećih teniskih talenata na svijetu.

Splićanin Dino Prižmić osvojio je juniorski Roland Garros, nakon što je u finalu s 2:0 u setovima (6-1, 6-4) svladao bolivijskog tenisača Juana Carlosa Prado Angela.

Split je tako drugu godinu zaredom dobio osvajača juniorskog Grand Slama, nakon što je 2022. Mili Poljičak postao prvi Hrvat koji je osvojio juniorski Wimbledon. Prije njega Marin Čilić je 2005. godine osvojio juniorski Roland Garros, a Borna Ćorić 2013. US Open.

Prižmić je tako postao četvrti Hrvat koji je uspio doći do naslova pobjednika nekog juniorskog Grand Slama i šesti koji se uspio plasirati u finale. Ivan Ljubičić je 1996. izgubio u finalu Wimbledona, dok je Mario Ančić četiri godine kasnije izgubio u finalu Australian Opena i Wimbledona.

Prižmić je na cijelom turniru izgubio samo jedan set. U osmini finala Čeh Maxim Mrva je dobio prvi set 6:4, da bi 17-godišnji Splićanin nakon toga uzeo naredna dva sa 6:1 i 6:0. 

Prižmić je u finale juniorskog Roland Garrosa ušao kao treći nositelj, dok je Bolivijac bio osmi. Splićanin je odmah poveo 3:0 i nakon toga napravio još jedan break, kojim je osigurao prednost od 1-0  u setovima. U drugom setu Prižmić je stigao do breaka kod 2:2 i nakon toga sigurno sačuvao prednost. Bolivijskom tenisaču je u cijelom meču dopustio samo dvije prilike za break, ponajviše na račun sjajnog servisa.

Ovaj uspjeh samo je još jedna epizoda u karijeri mladog Splićanina koja se strelovito uspinje. Krajem prošle godine došao je do prvog profesionalnog naslova, osvojivši ITF turnir u grčkom Heraklionu, da bi onda nanizao još tri trofeja u Tunisu. Tada je upisao 15 pobjeda zaredom, uz 30 odigranih setova i samo jedan izgubljeni.

U međuvremenu se popeo do 293. mjesta na ATP ljestvici, a danas je dokazao da ga s razlogom smatraju jednim od najvećih teniskih talenata na svijetu.

Novi veliki uspjeh za hrvatski tenis, Splićanin Dino Prižmić osvojio juniorski Roland Garros!

Splićanin Dino Prižmić osvojio je juniorski Roland Garros, nakon što je u finalu s 2:0 u setovima (6-1, 6-4) svladao bolivijskog tenisača Juana Carlosa Prado Angela.

Split je tako drugu godinu zaredom dobio osvajača juniorskog Grand Slama, nakon što je 2022. Mili Poljičak postao prvi Hrvat koji je osvojio juniorski Wimbledon. Prije njega Marin Čilić je 2005. godine osvojio juniorski Roland Garros, a Borna Ćorić 2013. US Open.

Prižmić je tako postao četvrti Hrvat koji je uspio doći do naslova pobjednika nekog juniorskog Grand Slama i šesti koji se uspio plasirati u finale. Ivan Ljubičić je 1996. izgubio u finalu Wimbledona, dok je Mario Ančić četiri godine kasnije izgubio u finalu Australian Opena i Wimbledona.

Prižmić je na cijelom turniru izgubio samo jedan set. U osmini finala Čeh Maxim Mrva je dobio prvi set 6:4, da bi 17-godišnji Splićanin nakon toga uzeo naredna dva sa 6:1 i 6:0. 

Prižmić je u finale juniorskog Roland Garrosa ušao kao treći nositelj, dok je Bolivijac bio osmi. Splićanin je odmah poveo 3:0 i nakon toga napravio još jedan break, kojim je osigurao prednost od 1-0  u setovima. U drugom setu Prižmić je stigao do breaka kod 2:2 i nakon toga sigurno sačuvao prednost. Bolivijskom tenisaču je u cijelom meču dopustio samo dvije prilike za break, ponajviše na račun sjajnog servisa.

Ovaj uspjeh samo je još jedna epizoda u karijeri mladog Splićanina koja se strelovito uspinje. Krajem prošle godine došao je do prvog profesionalnog naslova, osvojivši ITF turnir u grčkom Heraklionu, da bi onda nanizao još tri trofeja u Tunisu. Tada je upisao 15 pobjeda zaredom, uz 30 odigranih setova i samo jedan izgubljeni.

U međuvremenu se popeo do 293. mjesta na ATP ljestvici, a danas je dokazao da ga s razlogom smatraju jednim od najvećih teniskih talenata na svijetu.
