Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta Ruskinja Marija Šarapova vratit će se na teniske terene  u travnju na turniru u Stuttgartu nakon što joj istekne suspenzija zbog dopinga. 

"Sretna sam što se vraćam tenisu na jednom od mojih omiljenih turnira. Jedva čekam ponovo početi raditi ono što volim", izjavila je ruska tenisačica. 

Šarapova se vraća tenisu poslije 15 mjeseci suspenzije zbog korištenja meldonija, zabranjene suspstance od početka 2016. godine. Ona je priznala da je uzimala meldonij godinama ali da nije znala da je zabranjen od početka prošle godine. 

Šarapova je najprije suspendirana na dvije godine, ali joj je Sportski arbitražni sud (CAS) smanjio kaznu za devet mjeseci. 

Ruskinja je dobila posebnu pozivnicu organizatora turnira u Stuttgartu gdje je osvojila naslov 2012., 2013. i 2014. godine. Taj se turnir igra od 22. do 30. travnja.

Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta Ruskinja Marija Šarapova vratit će se na teniske terene  u travnju na turniru u Stuttgartu nakon što joj istekne suspenzija zbog dopinga. 

"Sretna sam što se vraćam tenisu na jednom od mojih omiljenih turnira. Jedva čekam ponovo početi raditi ono što volim", izjavila je ruska tenisačica. 

Šarapova se vraća tenisu poslije 15 mjeseci suspenzije zbog korištenja meldonija, zabranjene suspstance od početka 2016. godine. Ona je priznala da je uzimala meldonij godinama ali da nije znala da je zabranjen od početka prošle godine. 

Šarapova je najprije suspendirana na dvije godine, ali joj je Sportski arbitražni sud (CAS) smanjio kaznu za devet mjeseci. 

Ruskinja je dobila posebnu pozivnicu organizatora turnira u Stuttgartu gdje je osvojila naslov 2012., 2013. i 2014. godine. Taj se turnir igra od 22. do 30. travnja.

Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta Ruskinja Marija Šarapova vratit će se na teniske terene  u travnju na turniru u Stuttgartu nakon što joj istekne suspenzija zbog dopinga.
