Europska nogometna federacija (UEFA) organizira četvrti po redu Magisterij za bivše igrače internacionalce (UEFA MIP) s ciljem njihova angažmana u administrativnim ulogama po okončanju karijera, pružajući im novu priliku ostvarenja u sportu.

Krovna nogometna organizacija "Starog kontinenta" je još 2015. godine pokrenula posebni magistarski program za bivše igrače, koji se pokazao vrlo uspješnim s obzirom na to da je više od 80 posto diplomanata prvih dvaju Magisterija angažirano od strane nogometne organizacije ili unaprijeđeno poslije završetka istih.

Ovaj jedinstveni program razvila je UEFA-ina Akademija u partnerstvu s europskim ogrankom FIFPRO-a, Europskim udruženjem klubova (ECA) i iskusnim akademicima, a temelji se na uvjerenju da bivši igrači mogu puno pružiti u administraciji i nogometnom menadžmentu, objavio je Hrvatski nogometni savez.

Prenošenjem adekvatnih znanja koja su igračima potrebna da postanu kvalificirani profesionalci, UEFA nacionalnim savezima omogućava da iskoriste iskustvo i znanje svojih bivših internacionalaca, a istima po okončanju karijera nudi priliku razvijanja administrativnih sposobnosti.

Program obuhvaća sedam sedmodnevnih semestara, od kojih će se svaki baviti različitim aspektima nogometne administracije i upravljanja. Program će se provoditi na engleskom jeziku u razdoblju od 20 mjeseci, a bit će održan u Nyonu, Parizu, Amsterdamu, Barceloni, Dortmundu, Londonu i New Yorku. Četvrto izdanje Uefina Magisterija za bivše internacionalce trajat će od listopada 2021. do lipnja 2023 godine.

UEFA-in Magisterij već su završili neki vrhunski igrači, poput Erica Abidala, Luisa Garcije, Nuna Gomesa, Stilijana Petrova, Maxwella, Yourija Djorkaeffa, Juninha, Christiana Karembeua, Gaizke Mendiete, Gilberta Silve, Kolo Tourea, Didiera Drogbe, Emilea Heskeyja, Florenta Maloude, Kake…, a među predavačima se ističu generalni direktor Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora (MOO) Christophe De Kepper, UEFA-ina direktorica za ženski nogomet Nadine Kessler, predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora Olimpijskih igara u Parizu 2024. godine Tony Estanguet, sportski direktor PSG-a Leonardo, zamjenik povjerenika NBA lige Mark Tatum, izvršni direktor Ajaxa Edwin van der Sar, direktor Hublota Jean-Claude Biver…

Europska nogometna federacija (UEFA) organizira četvrti po redu Magisterij za bivše igrače internacionalce (UEFA MIP) s ciljem njihova angažmana u administrativnim ulogama po okončanju karijera, pružajući im novu priliku ostvarenja u sportu.

Krovna nogometna organizacija "Starog kontinenta" je još 2015. godine pokrenula posebni magistarski program za bivše igrače, koji se pokazao vrlo uspješnim s obzirom na to da je više od 80 posto diplomanata prvih dvaju Magisterija angažirano od strane nogometne organizacije ili unaprijeđeno poslije završetka istih.

Ovaj jedinstveni program razvila je UEFA-ina Akademija u partnerstvu s europskim ogrankom FIFPRO-a, Europskim udruženjem klubova (ECA) i iskusnim akademicima, a temelji se na uvjerenju da bivši igrači mogu puno pružiti u administraciji i nogometnom menadžmentu, objavio je Hrvatski nogometni savez.

Prenošenjem adekvatnih znanja koja su igračima potrebna da postanu kvalificirani profesionalci, UEFA nacionalnim savezima omogućava da iskoriste iskustvo i znanje svojih bivših internacionalaca, a istima po okončanju karijera nudi priliku razvijanja administrativnih sposobnosti.

Program obuhvaća sedam sedmodnevnih semestara, od kojih će se svaki baviti različitim aspektima nogometne administracije i upravljanja. Program će se provoditi na engleskom jeziku u razdoblju od 20 mjeseci, a bit će održan u Nyonu, Parizu, Amsterdamu, Barceloni, Dortmundu, Londonu i New Yorku. Četvrto izdanje Uefina Magisterija za bivše internacionalce trajat će od listopada 2021. do lipnja 2023 godine.

UEFA-in Magisterij već su završili neki vrhunski igrači, poput Erica Abidala, Luisa Garcije, Nuna Gomesa, Stilijana Petrova, Maxwella, Yourija Djorkaeffa, Juninha, Christiana Karembeua, Gaizke Mendiete, Gilberta Silve, Kolo Tourea, Didiera Drogbe, Emilea Heskeyja, Florenta Maloude, Kake…, a među predavačima se ističu generalni direktor Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora (MOO) Christophe De Kepper, UEFA-ina direktorica za ženski nogomet Nadine Kessler, predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora Olimpijskih igara u Parizu 2024. godine Tony Estanguet, sportski direktor PSG-a Leonardo, zamjenik povjerenika NBA lige Mark Tatum, izvršni direktor Ajaxa Edwin van der Sar, direktor Hublota Jean-Claude Biver…

UEFA organizira magisterij za bivše igrače s ciljem njihova angažmana u administrativnim ulogama pružajući im novu priliku ostvarenja u sportu

Europska nogometna federacija (UEFA) organizira četvrti po redu Magisterij za bivše igrače internacionalce (UEFA MIP) s ciljem njihova angažmana u administrativnim ulogama po okončanju karijera, pružajući im novu priliku ostvarenja u sportu.

Krovna nogometna organizacija "Starog kontinenta" je još 2015. godine pokrenula posebni magistarski program za bivše igrače, koji se pokazao vrlo uspješnim s obzirom na to da je više od 80 posto diplomanata prvih dvaju Magisterija angažirano od strane nogometne organizacije ili unaprijeđeno poslije završetka istih.

Ovaj jedinstveni program razvila je UEFA-ina Akademija u partnerstvu s europskim ogrankom FIFPRO-a, Europskim udruženjem klubova (ECA) i iskusnim akademicima, a temelji se na uvjerenju da bivši igrači mogu puno pružiti u adm...
