Realov trener Carlo Ancelotti rekao je u subotu da Luka Modrić želi i dalje uspješno igrati te će sam odlučiti o budućnosti kada mu na kraju sezone istekne ugovor s Real Madridom.

Španjolska radijska postaja Radio Marca izvijestila je u utorak da je Ancelotti ponudio 38-godišnjem Modriću mjesto pomoćnika na trenerskoj klupi ako 30.lipnja završi igračku karijeru.

Novinari su na konferenciji za medije u Madridu upitali Ancelottija je li to istina.

"O privatnim stvarima ne razgovaram s medijima. Ono što svi želite, a također i Modrić, jest da on nastavi biti fantastičan igrač kao što je sada i kao što je bio. Vjerujem da će takav biti do kraja sezone. On će zatim sam odlučiti o svojoj budućnosti", izjavio je Ancelotti.

Real Madrid, vodeća momčad španjolskog nogometnog prvenstva, izvijestio je u utorak da vijest o navodnoj ponudi Modriću da uđe u trenerski stožer nije istinita.

"To možete apsolutno odbaciti. To je potpuno neistinito", rekao je dužnosnik Real Madrida za Hinu.

Dužnosnik je napomenuo da ta informacija "nema smisla" jer je kapetan hrvatske reprezentacije aktivni igrač momčadi, koji želi nastaviti igrati, te da još uvijek nije poznato hoće li ostati iduće sezone u Real Madridu.

Modriću ugovor istječe za četiri mjeseca. Hrvatski vezni igrač je u ranijim medijskim istupima ove sezone govorio da mu je želja nastaviti igrati za klub s kojim je osvojio 24 trofeja od ljeta 2012.

"Nema nikakve novosti (oko eventualnog produženja ugovora). Potrebno je čekati kraj sezone", rekao je dužnosnik. "Ista je situacija sa svima kojima tada istječe ugovor poput Tonija Kroosa, Nache Fernandeza i Lucasa Vazqueza", dodao je.

Ancelotti ove sezone daje prednost mlađim igračima na sredini terena u sklopu politike pomlađivanja momčadi. Modrić je prošli vikend odigrao 87 minuta u remiju 1-1 s Rayo Vallecanom, ali je prije toga ostao na klupi za pričuve u utakmici osmine finala Lige prvaka s RB Leipzigom. U derbijima s Atletico Madridom i Gironom igrao je po 14 i 20 minuta.

Real Madrid u nedjelju igra doma s posrnulom Sevillom.

Ancelotti redovito hvali Modrića na konferencijama za medije ali ne odgovara jasno hoće li "desetka" ostati iduće sezone u njegovoj momčadi. Zbog toga mediji nanovo nagađaju o njegovoj budućnosti. Modrić je ove sezone sudjelovao u 28 utakmica.

Bivši hrvatski reprezentativac Mate Bilić uvjeren je da Modrić neće završiti igračku karijeru ovog ljeta.

"Ja sam uvjeren da će igrati još godinu ili dvije", rekao je Bilić za Radio Marcu. "Poznavajući njegov mentalitet i karakter on će nastaviti igrati. Dosad, hvala Bogu, nije imao nikakvu tešku ozljedu te pazi na svoje tijelo", dodao je.

Bilić, bivši napadač španjolskih klubova Sporting Gijona, Zaragoze, Almerije, Cordobe i Lleide, ne isključuje mogućnost da Ancelotti čuva Modrića za završnicu sezone.

"To što sada nema toliki protagonizam ne znači da ga neće imati u završnom dijelu prvenstva i Lige prvaka. Ancelotti ga možda čuva za posljednje bitke u tim natjecanjima", izjavio je Bilić.

Modrić će u lipnju igrati s reprezentacijom Hrvatske na Europskom prvenstvu u Njemačkoj.

Španjolski i hrvatski mediji nagađaju kako bi nakon tog prvenstva mogao dobiti ponude iz Saudijske Arabije, SAD-a i zagrebačkog Dinama.

Realov trener Carlo Ancelotti rekao je u subotu da Luka Modrić želi i dalje uspješno igrati te će sam odlučiti o budućnosti kada mu na kraju sezone istekne ugovor s Real Madridom.

Španjolska radijska postaja Radio Marca izvijestila je u utorak da je Ancelotti ponudio 38-godišnjem Modriću mjesto pomoćnika na trenerskoj klupi ako 30.lipnja završi igračku karijeru.

Novinari su na konferenciji za medije u Madridu upitali Ancelottija je li to istina.

"O privatnim stvarima ne razgovaram s medijima. Ono što svi želite, a također i Modrić, jest da on nastavi biti fantastičan igrač kao što je sada i kao što je bio. Vjerujem da će takav biti do kraja sezone. On će zatim sam odlučiti o svojoj budućnosti", izjavio je Ancelotti.

Real Madrid, vodeća momčad španjolskog nogometnog prvenstva, izvijestio je u utorak da vijest o navodnoj ponudi Modriću da uđe u trenerski stožer nije istinita.

"To možete apsolutno odbaciti. To je potpuno neistinito", rekao je dužnosnik Real Madrida za Hinu.

Dužnosnik je napomenuo da ta informacija "nema smisla" jer je kapetan hrvatske reprezentacije aktivni igrač momčadi, koji želi nastaviti igrati, te da još uvijek nije poznato hoće li ostati iduće sezone u Real Madridu.

Modriću ugovor istječe za četiri mjeseca. Hrvatski vezni igrač je u ranijim medijskim istupima ove sezone govorio da mu je želja nastaviti igrati za klub s kojim je osvojio 24 trofeja od ljeta 2012.

"Nema nikakve novosti (oko eventualnog produženja ugovora). Potrebno je čekati kraj sezone", rekao je dužnosnik. "Ista je situacija sa svima kojima tada istječe ugovor poput Tonija Kroosa, Nache Fernandeza i Lucasa Vazqueza", dodao je.

Ancelotti ove sezone daje prednost mlađim igračima na sredini terena u sklopu politike pomlađivanja momčadi. Modrić je prošli vikend odigrao 87 minuta u remiju 1-1 s Rayo Vallecanom, ali je prije toga ostao na klupi za pričuve u utakmici osmine finala Lige prvaka s RB Leipzigom. U derbijima s Atletico Madridom i Gironom igrao je po 14 i 20 minuta.

Real Madrid u nedjelju igra doma s posrnulom Sevillom.

Ancelotti redovito hvali Modrića na konferencijama za medije ali ne odgovara jasno hoće li "desetka" ostati iduće sezone u njegovoj momčadi. Zbog toga mediji nanovo nagađaju o njegovoj budućnosti. Modrić je ove sezone sudjelovao u 28 utakmica.

Bivši hrvatski reprezentativac Mate Bilić uvjeren je da Modrić neće završiti igračku karijeru ovog ljeta.

"Ja sam uvjeren da će igrati još godinu ili dvije", rekao je Bilić za Radio Marcu. "Poznavajući njegov mentalitet i karakter on će nastaviti igrati. Dosad, hvala Bogu, nije imao nikakvu tešku ozljedu te pazi na svoje tijelo", dodao je.

Bilić, bivši napadač španjolskih klubova Sporting Gijona, Zaragoze, Almerije, Cordobe i Lleide, ne isključuje mogućnost da Ancelotti čuva Modrića za završnicu sezone.

"To što sada nema toliki protagonizam ne znači da ga neće imati u završnom dijelu prvenstva i Lige prvaka. Ancelotti ga možda čuva za posljednje bitke u tim natjecanjima", izjavio je Bilić.

Modrić će u lipnju igrati s reprezentacijom Hrvatske na Europskom prvenstvu u Njemačkoj.

Španjolski i hrvatski mediji nagađaju kako bi nakon tog prvenstva mogao dobiti ponude iz Saudijske Arabije, SAD-a i zagrebačkog Dinama.
