Košarkaši Zadra u subotu će u Podgorici igrati prvu utakmicu četvrtfinala doigravanja regionalne ABA lige protiv domaće Budućnosti. 

Iako je Budućnost favorit jer je ligaški dio sezone okončala na trećem, a Zadar na šestom mjestu, trener hrvatskog prvaka Danijel Jusup smatra kako njegova momčad, ako bude prava ima šansi  protiv momčadi koju nije pobijedila u posljednje dvije sezone.

"Ovo su utakmice zbog kojih se trenira cijelu sezonu. Mislim da nam je to motiv da budemo pravi u njima i nadam se da ćemo u ovo malo vremena uspjeti naći dozu svježine i da ćemo tamo odigrati jednu dobru utakmicu. Ne treba napominjati kako je Budućnost izuzetno kvalitetna momčad, s mnogo sjajnih igrača, bekova, šutera, skakača, nije ih lako zadržati. Na nama je da se kao cijelu sezonu borimo, damo sve od sebe da uđemo s jednim samopouzdanjem u utakmicu. Ne gledam na to da bi nam prva utakmica bila neka posebna šansa, ne bih radio razliku između prve, druge ili treće. Ne treba razmišljati o rezultatu nego da ono što dogovorimo pokušamo provesti. Ako budemo pravi, sigurno će se šanse ukazati, u kojoj utakmici vidjet ćemo", rekao je Jusup uoči polaska u Podgoricu.

Jusup je dobio i nagradu za trenera sezone u ABA ligi u izboru u kojemu su sudjelovali treneri, sportski novinari i navijači.

"To je veliko priznanje koje dolazi od kolega i publike i svojevrsna kruna ovog dvogodišnjeg rada. Mislim da je Zadar u ove dvije godine bio prepoznatljiv, da smo dobro igrali, pružali dobre partije i da smo zaslužili da na jedan određeni način budemo nagrađeni", dodao je Jusup.

U veliku bitku za polufinale svoje igrače povest će kapetan Marko Ramljak.

"To su posebne utakmice, koje svi s nestrpljenjem čekamo, play off ima posebnu draž. Ostali smo im dužni, nismo ih pobijedili ove dvije godine, motivacije neće faliti. Budućnost je čvrsta ekipa, ne treba trošiti riječi na njihovu kvalitetu i širinu, neće biti nimalo lagano ali mislim da nismo bez šansi. Moramo svaku loptu i obranu gledati posebno, svaki posjed dati sve od sebe, tako možemo doći u priliku da postignemo dobar rezultat", kazao je Ramljak.

Plasman u polufinale izborit će momčad koja prva ostvari dvije pobjede.

Košarkaši Zadra u subotu će u Podgorici igrati prvu utakmicu četvrtfinala doigravanja regionalne ABA lige protiv domaće Budućnosti. 

Iako je Budućnost favorit jer je ligaški dio sezone okončala na trećem, a Zadar na šestom mjestu, trener hrvatskog prvaka Danijel Jusup smatra kako njegova momčad, ako bude prava ima šansi  protiv momčadi koju nije pobijedila u posljednje dvije sezone.

"Ovo su utakmice zbog kojih se trenira cijelu sezonu. Mislim da nam je to motiv da budemo pravi u njima i nadam se da ćemo u ovo malo vremena uspjeti naći dozu svježine i da ćemo tamo odigrati jednu dobru utakmicu. Ne treba napominjati kako je Budućnost izuzetno kvalitetna momčad, s mnogo sjajnih igrača, bekova, šutera, skakača, nije ih lako zadržati. Na nama je da se kao cijelu sezonu borimo, damo sve od sebe da uđemo s jednim samopouzdanjem u utakmicu. Ne gledam na to da bi nam prva utakmica bila neka posebna šansa, ne bih radio razliku između prve, druge ili treće. Ne treba razmišljati o rezultatu nego da ono što dogovorimo pokušamo provesti. Ako budemo pravi, sigurno će se šanse ukazati, u kojoj utakmici vidjet ćemo", rekao je Jusup uoči polaska u Podgoricu.

Jusup je dobio i nagradu za trenera sezone u ABA ligi u izboru u kojemu su sudjelovali treneri, sportski novinari i navijači.

"To je veliko priznanje koje dolazi od kolega i publike i svojevrsna kruna ovog dvogodišnjeg rada. Mislim da je Zadar u ove dvije godine bio prepoznatljiv, da smo dobro igrali, pružali dobre partije i da smo zaslužili da na jedan određeni način budemo nagrađeni", dodao je Jusup.

U veliku bitku za polufinale svoje igrače povest će kapetan Marko Ramljak.

"To su posebne utakmice, koje svi s nestrpljenjem čekamo, play off ima posebnu draž. Ostali smo im dužni, nismo ih pobijedili ove dvije godine, motivacije neće faliti. Budućnost je čvrsta ekipa, ne treba trošiti riječi na njihovu kvalitetu i širinu, neće biti nimalo lagano ali mislim da nismo bez šansi. Moramo svaku loptu i obranu gledati posebno, svaki posjed dati sve od sebe, tako možemo doći u priliku da postignemo dobar rezultat", kazao je Ramljak.

Plasman u polufinale izborit će momčad koja prva ostvari dvije pobjede.

Teško gostovanje za Zadrane, trener Jusup optimist: ‘Ovo su utakmice zbog kojih se trenira cijelu sezonu‘

Košarkaši Zadra u subotu će u Podgorici igrati prvu utakmicu četvrtfinala doigravanja regionalne ABA lige protiv domaće Budućnosti. 

Iako je Budućnost favorit jer je ligaški dio sezone okončala na trećem, a Zadar na šestom mjestu, trener hrvatskog prvaka Danijel Jusup smatra kako njegova momčad, ako bude prava ima šansi  protiv momčadi koju nije pobijedila u posljednje dvije sezone.

"Ovo su utakmice zbog kojih se trenira cijelu sezonu. Mislim da nam je to motiv da budemo pravi u njima i nadam se da ćemo u ovo malo vremena uspjeti naći dozu svježine i da ćemo tamo odigrati jednu dobru utakmicu. Ne treba napominjati kako je Budućnost izuzetno kvalitetna momčad, s mnogo sjajnih igrača, bekova, šutera, skakača, nije ih lako zadržati.
