Savjetnik predsjednika za struku Mario Stanić u video razgovoru za stranicu Hajduka je na temu poraza od Varaždina i Lokomotive kazao.

- Mentalna stabilnost momčadi nije na razini, a najteže se mijenjaju ukorijenjene navike. Bez mentalne stabilnosti koja uvjetuje izvedbu teško će se napraviti iskorak neophodan da se dođe do drugog mjesta koje nam je cilj. Dolazi do manjka samopouzdanja, nesigurnosti, nogometne paralize. Ključ je u reakciji nakon greške, primljenog gola. To moramo u što kraćem roku popraviti.

Veliki broj igrača dobio je minutažu u ove četiri utakmice?

- To je dio strateškog plana u kojem imamo još par mjeseci da stvorimo bazu. Tudor je promovirao najveći broj mladih u ova dva mjeseca iskidanog nogometa, a u riziku borbe za drugo mjesto. Moramo znati kako se igrač ponaša kada igramo doma, u gostima, nakon greške... Imamo strahovito veliki energetski pad nakon primljenog gola. Potpisujem da je to mentalna stvar.

Kako komentirate izjavu kapetana Caktaša nakon Lokomotive?

- Samo je preuzeo odgovornost u svoje ime i pozvao igrače na autoanalizu. U krdu su igrači navikli tražiti alibije. Bilo je to primjereno i odgovorno.

Kako biste opisali vaših šest turbulentnih mjeseci u klubu?
- Imamo dva mjeseca efektivnog nogometa, a velika su očekivanja, pritisci. Ušlo se u krizu rezultata. Ne bježimo od kritika, ne sakrivamo se. Puno toga se Tudoru etiketira, dovodi se u pitanje njegova stručnost, iskustvo, propituje njegova bahatost, tvrdoglavost. Slažem se, Igor je toliko tvrdoglav da želi izvući maksimum iz ove momčadi i od toga neće odustati. Što se tiče njegovog znanja, žao mi je što se nisam kasnije rodio i bio pod trenerskom palicom Tudora.

Rekli ste po dolasku da je potrebno dvije godine za jedan proces. Koliko drugo mjesto na koncu sve skupa uvjetuje?

- Pričao sam s team managerom, čovjek je promijenio u klubu 30 trenera. Mijenjaju se sportski direktori, treneri, predsjednici. Ako je to put... Nebitno je potpuno jesam li ja ovdje, Tudor. Ne radite to svom Hajduku. Bezglavo lutanje i šok terapija je davno ispričana priča. Rijeci je trebalo četiri godine za prve trofeje. U ovoj sredini koja je poput stalno aktivnog vulkana rekao sam dajte nam dvije godine, a ne četiri. Ne očekujte čuda, ne postoji čarobni štapić. Potrebne su dvije godine mira.

Prijetnje Jakolišu?
- To je izolirani slučaj pokušaja prostitucije vrijednosti za koje se mi borimo. Nadam se da je tko god je to napisao, uvidio da to nema smisla. Učinit ćemo sve da zaštitimo Marina, koji je divno odgojen, njegov angažman nije upitan. Izvedba? Pa i ja sam promašivao šanse i bio osporavan.

Savjetnik predsjednika za struku Mario Stanić u video razgovoru za stranicu Hajduka je na temu poraza od Varaždina i Lokomotive kazao.

- Mentalna stabilnost momčadi nije na razini, a najteže se mijenjaju ukorijenjene navike. Bez mentalne stabilnosti koja uvjetuje izvedbu teško će se napraviti iskorak neophodan da se dođe do drugog mjesta koje nam je cilj. Dolazi do manjka samopouzdanja, nesigurnosti, nogometne paralize. Ključ je u reakciji nakon greške, primljenog gola. To moramo u što kraćem roku popraviti.

Veliki broj igrača dobio je minutažu u ove četiri utakmice?

- To je dio strateškog plana u kojem imamo još par mjeseci da stvorimo bazu. Tudor je promovirao najveći broj mladih u ova dva mjeseca iskidanog nogometa, a u riziku borbe za drugo mjesto. Moramo znati kako se igrač ponaša kada igramo doma, u gostima, nakon greške... Imamo strahovito veliki energetski pad nakon primljenog gola. Potpisujem da je to mentalna stvar.

Kako komentirate izjavu kapetana Caktaša nakon Lokomotive?

- Samo je preuzeo odgovornost u svoje ime i pozvao igrače na autoanalizu. U krdu su igrači navikli tražiti alibije. Bilo je to primjereno i odgovorno.

Kako biste opisali vaših šest turbulentnih mjeseci u klubu?
- Imamo dva mjeseca efektivnog nogometa, a velika su očekivanja, pritisci. Ušlo se u krizu rezultata. Ne bježimo od kritika, ne sakrivamo se. Puno toga se Tudoru etiketira, dovodi se u pitanje njegova stručnost, iskustvo, propituje njegova bahatost, tvrdoglavost. Slažem se, Igor je toliko tvrdoglav da želi izvući maksimum iz ove momčadi i od toga neće odustati. Što se tiče njegovog znanja, žao mi je što se nisam kasnije rodio i bio pod trenerskom palicom Tudora.

Rekli ste po dolasku da je potrebno dvije godine za jedan proces. Koliko drugo mjesto na koncu sve skupa uvjetuje?

- Pričao sam s team managerom, čovjek je promijenio u klubu 30 trenera. Mijenjaju se sportski direktori, treneri, predsjednici. Ako je to put... Nebitno je potpuno jesam li ja ovdje, Tudor. Ne radite to svom Hajduku. Bezglavo lutanje i šok terapija je davno ispričana priča. Rijeci je trebalo četiri godine za prve trofeje. U ovoj sredini koja je poput stalno aktivnog vulkana rekao sam dajte nam dvije godine, a ne četiri. Ne očekujte čuda, ne postoji čarobni štapić. Potrebne su dvije godine mira.

Prijetnje Jakolišu?
- To je izolirani slučaj pokušaja prostitucije vrijednosti za koje se mi borimo. Nadam se da je tko god je to napisao, uvidio da to nema smisla. Učinit ćemo sve da zaštitimo Marina, koji je divno odgojen, njegov angažman nije upitan. Izvedba? Pa i ja sam promašivao šanse i bio osporavan.

Savjetnik predsjednika za struku Mario Stanić u video razgovoru za stranicu Hajduka je na temu poraza od Varaždina i Lokomotive kazao.

- Mentalna stabilnost momčadi nije na razini, a najteže se mijenjaju ukorijenjene navike. Bez mentalne stabilnosti koja uvjetuje izvedbu teško će se napraviti iskorak neophodan da se dođe do drugog mjesta koje nam je cilj. Dolazi do manjka samopouzdanja, nesigurnosti, nogometne paralize. Ključ je u reakciji nakon greške, primljenog gola. To moramo u što kraćem roku popraviti.
