Lukša Jakobušić na kormilu Hajduka bio je od kraja listopada 2020. godine. Ove godine svakako mu je isticao mandat.

U njegovom mandatu klub je napravio organizacijski i rezultatski iskorak u odnosu na njegove prethodnike. Neka zvučna pojačanja stigla su na Poljud, od prvog Lovre Kalinića, preko Marka Livaje koji će postati ikona kluba, sve do Ivana Perišića i Josipa Brekala. Doveo je Mindaugasa Nikoličiusa za sportskog direktora. Osnažio je i Upravu dovođenjem Marinke Akrap i Ivana Matane. U njegovom mandatu osvojena su dva kupa, 2022. i 2023. godine. Međutim, izostao je glavni cilj, osvajanje naslov prvaka Hrvatske koji klub čeka još od davne 2005. godine.

U momčad je uloženo poprilično novca, nakrcana je zvijezdama. Sve su karte bačene na prvenstvo, što se odrazilo i na financije (2023. godina završena je s minusom od 12,47 milijuna eura, ali se nije kroz knjige mogao provući transfer Luke Vuškovića u Tottenham). Činilo se kako bi ovo trebala biti ta sezona. Dugo je zaista izgledalo tako.

Na polusezonu je Hajduk otišao kao jesenski prvak, ali na proljeće je uslijedio potpuni raspad sustava. Hajduk je nanizao četiri poraza u nizu, ligaške od Lokomotive, Dinama, uslijedila je eliminacija od ‘modrih‘ u kupu, pa je stigao i ligaški poraz od Rijeke u jadranskom derbiju. Taj neuspjeh ostavio je početkom travnja Hajduk čak deset bodova iza lidera Rijeke i pet iza drugoplasiranog Dinama koji je odigrao utakmicu manje.

Lutalo se previše s trenerima. Nakon što je smijenio Harija Vukasa, na klupi su prodefilirali Boro Primorac kao v.d. trenera, Paolo Tramezzani, Jens Gustafsson, Valdas Dambrauskas, Mislav Karoglan, Ivan Leko kao toliko sanjani ‘kapitalac‘, pa je vraćen Karoglan... Previše lutanja za ozbiljan klub.

Izostao je i bilo kakav europski iskorak. Najbolnija je bila eliminacija od kazahstanskog Tobola 2021. godine, godinu kasnije koban je u kvalifikacijama Konferencijske lige bio španjolski Villarreal, ove sezone grčki PAOK. Ciljevi iz strategije su mahom ostali neostvareni.

Lukša Jakobušić na kormilu Hajduka bio je od kraja listopada 2020. godine. Ove godine svakako mu je isticao mandat.

U njegovom mandatu klub je napravio organizacijski i rezultatski iskorak u odnosu na njegove prethodnike. Neka zvučna pojačanja stigla su na Poljud, od prvog Lovre Kalinića, preko Marka Livaje koji će postati ikona kluba, sve do Ivana Perišića i Josipa Brekala. Doveo je Mindaugasa Nikoličiusa za sportskog direktora. Osnažio je i Upravu dovođenjem Marinke Akrap i Ivana Matane. U njegovom mandatu osvojena su dva kupa, 2022. i 2023. godine. Međutim, izostao je glavni cilj, osvajanje naslov prvaka Hrvatske koji klub čeka još od davne 2005. godine.

U momčad je uloženo poprilično novca, nakrcana je zvijezdama. Sve su karte bačene na prvenstvo, što se odrazilo i na financije (2023. godina završena je s minusom od 12,47 milijuna eura, ali se nije kroz knjige mogao provući transfer Luke Vuškovića u Tottenham). Činilo se kako bi ovo trebala biti ta sezona. Dugo je zaista izgledalo tako.

Na polusezonu je Hajduk otišao kao jesenski prvak, ali na proljeće je uslijedio potpuni raspad sustava. Hajduk je nanizao četiri poraza u nizu, ligaške od Lokomotive, Dinama, uslijedila je eliminacija od ‘modrih‘ u kupu, pa je stigao i ligaški poraz od Rijeke u jadranskom derbiju. Taj neuspjeh ostavio je početkom travnja Hajduk čak deset bodova iza lidera Rijeke i pet iza drugoplasiranog Dinama koji je odigrao utakmicu manje.

Lutalo se previše s trenerima. Nakon što je smijenio Harija Vukasa, na klupi su prodefilirali Boro Primorac kao v.d. trenera, Paolo Tramezzani, Jens Gustafsson, Valdas Dambrauskas, Mislav Karoglan, Ivan Leko kao toliko sanjani ‘kapitalac‘, pa je vraćen Karoglan... Previše lutanja za ozbiljan klub.

Izostao je i bilo kakav europski iskorak. Najbolnija je bila eliminacija od kazahstanskog Tobola 2021. godine, godinu kasnije koban je u kvalifikacijama Konferencijske lige bio španjolski Villarreal, ove sezone grčki PAOK. Ciljevi iz strategije su mahom ostali neostvareni.
