"Šesti rujna je, 2013. godina. Srbija čeka Hrvatsku u Beogradu. Euforija ni blizu kakvu su priželjkivali gosti, iznenađeni u razgovoru sa mnom, vjerovatno iz razloga što je tadašnja momčad Siniše Mihajlovića izgubila sve šanse da se nađe na Mundijalu u Brazilu.
Ipak, kako je to meč kao nijedan drugi za Srbe i Hrvate, kao novinar moraš biti svjestan važnosti događaja. Posebno ako ste na početku 'karijere', kao što sam tada bio. Na probnom radu, željan dokazivanja i zaposlenja, samim tim i da ispunim jedan od snova kad već nisam uspio na terenu, borio sam se da ostanem u sportu kojim sam se zarazio", nalazi se u uvodu teksta srpskog novinara za B92.net o Mandžukiću, koji je prije par dana u 35. godini života i službeno objavio kraj velike i trofejne igračke karijere, prenose Sportske novosti.
A za Simanovića će Super Mario vječno imati posebno značenje u životu. Razlog? Uspio mu je srediti toliko željeni posao davši mu kratak intervju.
"Ako uzmeš izjavu Modrića ili Mandžukića dobit ćeš posao", rekao mi je moj tadašnji urednik, na šta sam u sebi opsovao znajući da se neću vratiti kući bez riječi bar jednog od dvojice", piše Simanović.
U prvi je na red došao Modrić nakon što se Simanović nekako uspio probiti na stadion iako bez novinarskih akreditacija.
"Luka, može izjava?", pitao sam, na šta sam dobio momentalno odlučan odgovor od Modrića, ali kao klinac željan dokazivanja nisam odustajao.
Sljedeći je bio Mandžukić.
"Ako mi daš izjavu dobit ću posao", rekao je Simanović, navodeći kako na njegove riječi nisu bili imuni Darijo Srna i Domagoj Vida vršeći dodatan pritisak na Mandžu.
"Tu nije imao kuda, ispoštovao je mladog novinara riječima da 'jedva čeka da osjeti atmosferu 'Marakane' i novi bitan duel sa Nevenom Subotićem" (između ostalog), ali ujedno i direktno mi 'osigurao ugovor za posao. Naravno da sam nazvao urednika da ga pitam što mi sve treba od dokumentacije, hvaleći se onako usput da sam uradio posao", piše Simanović i nastavlja:
"Željko, da malom da date posao. Držim te za riječ", obratio se kapetan "kockastih" Srna mom tadašnjem uredniku prilikom ćaskanja sa srpskim novinarima nakon utakmice koja je završila 1:1.
Simanović u tekstu hvali Mandžukićevu igračku karijeru, ističući trenutke koje su mu posebno ostali u sjećanju, a na kraju zaključuje.
"To je moje pamćenje na Marija Mandžukića, zahvalnog fudbalera, koji je kao napadač znao odraditi puno više od ubacivanja lopte preko gol crte kao što su presing, upornost i neke taktičke osobine atipične čak i za Italiju. A da ne pričamo u osjećaju za prostor i za gol...Ipak, veličinu je pokazao i izvan terena kada je jednom nepoznatom dječaku iz rivalske Srbije izašao u susret i otvorio mu put".

"Šesti rujna je, 2013. godina. Srbija čeka Hrvatsku u Beogradu. Euforija ni blizu kakvu su priželjkivali gosti, iznenađeni u razgovoru sa mnom, vjerovatno iz razloga što je tadašnja momčad Siniše Mihajlovića izgubila sve šanse da se nađe na Mundijalu u Brazilu.
Ipak, kako je to meč kao nijedan drugi za Srbe i Hrvate, kao novinar moraš biti svjestan važnosti događaja. Posebno ako ste na početku 'karijere', kao što sam tada bio. Na probnom radu, željan dokazivanja i zaposlenja, samim tim i da ispunim jedan od snova kad već nisam uspio na terenu, borio sam se da ostanem u sportu kojim sam se zarazio", nalazi se u uvodu teksta srpskog novinara za B92.net o Mandžukiću, koji je prije par dana u 35. godini života i službeno objavio kraj velike i trofejne igračke karijere, prenose Sportske novosti.
A za Simanovića će Super Mario vječno imati posebno značenje u životu. Razlog? Uspio mu je srediti toliko željeni posao davši mu kratak intervju.
"Ako uzmeš izjavu Modrića ili Mandžukića dobit ćeš posao", rekao mi je moj tadašnji urednik, na šta sam u sebi opsovao znajući da se neću vratiti kući bez riječi bar jednog od dvojice", piše Simanović.
U prvi je na red došao Modrić nakon što se Simanović nekako uspio probiti na stadion iako bez novinarskih akreditacija.
"Luka, može izjava?", pitao sam, na šta sam dobio momentalno odlučan odgovor od Modrića, ali kao klinac željan dokazivanja nisam odustajao.
Sljedeći je bio Mandžukić.
"Ako mi daš izjavu dobit ću posao", rekao je Simanović, navodeći kako na njegove riječi nisu bili imuni Darijo Srna i Domagoj Vida vršeći dodatan pritisak na Mandžu.
"Tu nije imao kuda, ispoštovao je mladog novinara riječima da 'jedva čeka da osjeti atmosferu 'Marakane' i novi bitan duel sa Nevenom Subotićem" (između ostalog), ali ujedno i direktno mi 'osigurao ugovor za posao. Naravno da sam nazvao urednika da ga pitam što mi sve treba od dokumentacije, hvaleći se onako usput da sam uradio posao", piše Simanović i nastavlja:
"Željko, da malom da date posao. Držim te za riječ", obratio se kapetan "kockastih" Srna mom tadašnjem uredniku prilikom ćaskanja sa srpskim novinarima nakon utakmice koja je završila 1:1.
