U maksimirskom klubu se vrlo glasno šapće da će Romeo Jozak od ljeta preuzeti momčad i postati trener, što su uostalom SN jučer objavile. Misli se da bi to bio odličan potez, na tragu onoga koji je napravljen trenerskim angažmanom Zorana Mamića, pišu Sportske novosti.

Što Jozak kaže na to?

- Možda je ona moja rečenica koju sam kazao na jednoj press konferenciji da se u budućnosti mogu zamisliti kao trener Dinama izazvala zbrku. Ali kako bih ja kao čelni čovjek struke mogao kazati “ne zanima me klupa Dinama”? Ili klupa bilo kojeg kluba? Onda bi počele priče da sam teoretičar, pričam floskule, da sam “siva eminencija”, šaptač, doušnik... Naravno kao čelni čovjek struke koji ima PRO licencu, koji je UEFA-in instruktor, po opisu svog radnog mjesta sportskog direktora, te kao vojnik kluba, moram potencijalno biti spreman preuzeti operativu, a to je - klupa! Druge insinuacije ne postoje. Ja sam spreman, ali sam spreman deklarativno, a priori po funkciji koju obavljam. Ne zbog toga što želim naslijediti Peteva. Nego zbog toga što je to normalno. U kriznim situacijama je to normalno. Jer ovo je - kriza! Krize su sastavni dio nogometnog i svakog drugog posla koje se trebaju riješiti hladne glave - rekao je Jozak.

Velika podrška

Dakle, držimo da je podosta toga jasno nakon ovih rečenica sportskog direktora. Jozak je od ljeta spreman preuzeti klupu Dinama, ali naravno, tko živ, tko mrtav do ljeta. Ponavljamo, da ne bi bilo zabune. Nema nikakve odluke oko toga, no sportski direktor ima veliku podršku u klubu, što je sasvim logično.

On je bio taj koji je afirmirao nogometnu školu, koja je postala itekako cijenjena u Europi, njegov opus u plavom klubu svi su ocijenili čistom peticom. U njega se ima maksimalno povjerenje, nema trenerskog iskustva s prvim, seniorskim momčadima, ali ima trenerskog iskustva, domaćeg i inozemnog. Znanja ima, također i autoriteta. Gotovo je sigurno da bi znao u svoj stručni stožer kooptirati najbolje ljude... Sve su to reference koje ga čine izglednim kandidatom za budućeg trenera Dinama, s velikim izgledima da to u ljeto i postane.

U maksimirskom klubu se vrlo glasno šapće da će Romeo Jozak od ljeta preuzeti momčad i postati trener, što su uostalom SN jučer objavile. Misli se da bi to bio odličan potez, na tragu onoga koji je napravljen trenerskim angažmanom Zorana Mamića, pišu Sportske novosti.

Što Jozak kaže na to?

- Možda je ona moja rečenica koju sam kazao na jednoj press konferenciji da se u budućnosti mogu zamisliti kao trener Dinama izazvala zbrku. Ali kako bih ja kao čelni čovjek struke mogao kazati “ne zanima me klupa Dinama”? Ili klupa bilo kojeg kluba? Onda bi počele priče da sam teoretičar, pričam floskule, da sam “siva eminencija”, šaptač, doušnik... Naravno kao čelni čovjek struke koji ima PRO licencu, koji je UEFA-in instruktor, po opisu svog radnog mjesta sportskog direktora, te kao vojnik kluba, moram potencijalno biti spreman preuzeti operativu, a to je - klupa! Druge insinuacije ne postoje. Ja sam spreman, ali sam spreman deklarativno, a priori po funkciji koju obavljam. Ne zbog toga što želim naslijediti Peteva. Nego zbog toga što je to normalno. U kriznim situacijama je to normalno. Jer ovo je - kriza! Krize su sastavni dio nogometnog i svakog drugog posla koje se trebaju riješiti hladne glave - rekao je Jozak.

Velika podrška

Dakle, držimo da je podosta toga jasno nakon ovih rečenica sportskog direktora. Jozak je od ljeta spreman preuzeti klupu Dinama, ali naravno, tko živ, tko mrtav do ljeta. Ponavljamo, da ne bi bilo zabune. Nema nikakve odluke oko toga, no sportski direktor ima veliku podršku u klubu, što je sasvim logično.

On je bio taj koji je afirmirao nogometnu školu, koja je postala itekako cijenjena u Europi, njegov opus u plavom klubu svi su ocijenili čistom peticom. U njega se ima maksimalno povjerenje, nema trenerskog iskustva s prvim, seniorskim momčadima, ali ima trenerskog iskustva, domaćeg i inozemnog. Znanja ima, također i autoriteta. Gotovo je sigurno da bi znao u svoj stručni stožer kooptirati najbolje ljude... Sve su to reference koje ga čine izglednim kandidatom za budućeg trenera Dinama, s velikim izgledima da to u ljeto i postane.
