Slaven Žužul, vlasnik tvrtke "Skladgradnja", kazneno je prijavljen od splitske policije zbog neisplate plaća zaposlenicima tvrtke.
Kako je priopćila PU splitsko-dalmatinska, "utvrđena je sumnja da kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva na dan dospjelosti isplate plaće nije isplatio plaće ili dio plaća za period od rujna 2016. do veljače 2017. dijelu zaposlenika društva u ukupnom iznosu od oko 830 tisuća kuna, iako poslovni račun društva u navedenom periodu nije bio u trajnoj blokadi."
Utvrđeno je, stoji u priopćenju, da je Žužul nakon dospijeća isplate plaća raspolagao sredstvima na računu tvrtke, ali ih je potrošio u druge svrhe, i to "na način da je davao naloge za plaćanje različitih dobavljača društva, davao pozajmice i naloge za podizanje gotovine za potrebe blagajne društva, te podizao gotovinske iznose".
Rješenje u kratkom roku?
Za "Skladgradnju", pa tako i za njezine radnike koji su, čekajući na plaću, bili prisiljeni podnijeti kaznenu prijavu, uskoro slijede bolji dani, pa će se i ovaj problem riješiti u najkraćem roku, povjerava Branimir Jonjić iz uprave firme.
– Vijest nas je zatekla, jako nam je žao zbog nastale situacije i trudit ćemo se da što prije ispravimo tu neskladnost. Uradit ćemo sve da se kaznena prijava povuče i da se reguliraju sva prava i obveze naših radnika. Na pomolu smo ostvarenja velikog projekta u Crnoj Gori na gradnji autoceste, gdje su zaključena proceduralna pitanja i uskoro kreće realizacija. Osim toga, imamo i nekoliko projekata u Hrvatskoj o kojima ćemo u sljedećih mjesec dana obavijestiti javnost, tako da bi se u dogledno vrijeme situacija trebala vidno popraviti.
Osim na gradnji autoceste u Crnoj Gori, "Skladgradnja" izvodi radove na pročistaču vode u Dubrovniku te na projektu zaštite Metkovića od poplava.
Za kazneno djelo neisplate dijela ili cijele plaće zapriječena je kazna zatvora do tri godine, no Kazneni zakon predviđa i da se počinitelj može osloboditi kazne ako naknadno isplati plaće.

Slaven Žužul, vlasnik tvrtke "Skladgradnja", kazneno je prijavljen od splitske policije zbog neisplate plaća zaposlenicima tvrtke.
Kako je priopćila PU splitsko-dalmatinska, "utvrđena je sumnja da kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva na dan dospjelosti isplate plaće nije isplatio plaće ili dio plaća za period od rujna 2016. do veljače 2017. dijelu zaposlenika društva u ukupnom iznosu od oko 830 tisuća kuna, iako poslovni račun društva u navedenom periodu nije bio u trajnoj blokadi."
Utvrđeno je, stoji u priopćenju, da je Žužul nakon dospijeća isplate plaća raspolagao sredstvima na računu tvrtke, ali ih je potrošio u druge svrhe, i to "na način da je davao naloge za plaćanje različitih dobavljača društva, davao pozajmice i naloge za podizanje gotovine za potrebe blagajne društva, te podizao gotovinske iznose".
Rješenje u kratkom roku?
Za "Skladgradnju", pa tako i za njezine radnike koji su, čekajući na plaću, bili prisiljeni podnijeti kaznenu prijavu, uskoro slijede bolji dani, pa će se i ovaj problem riješiti u najkraćem roku, povjerava Branimir Jonjić iz uprave firme.
– Vijest nas je zatekla, jako nam je žao zbog nastale situacije i trudit ćemo se da što prije ispravimo tu neskladnost. Uradit ćemo sve da se kaznena prijava povuče i da se reguliraju sva prava i obveze naših radnika. Na pomolu smo ostvarenja velikog projekta u Crnoj Gori na gradnji autoceste, gdje su zaključena proceduralna pitanja i uskoro kreće realizacija. Osim toga, imamo i nekoliko projekata u Hrvatskoj o kojima ćemo u sljedećih mjesec dana obavijestiti javnost, tako da bi se u dogledno vrijeme situacija trebala vidno popraviti.
Osim na gradnji autoceste u Crnoj Gori, "Skladgradnja" izvodi radove na pročistaču vode u Dubrovniku te na projektu zaštite Metkovića od poplava.
Za kazneno djelo neisplate dijela ili cijele plaće zapriječena je kazna zatvora do tri godine, no Kazneni zakon predviđa i da se počinitelj može osloboditi kazne ako naknadno isplati plaće.
