Usred sezone ostao je prazan jedan prostor za kafić na Žnjanskom platou pa za njega koncesionar gradska tvrtka Spalatum DMC raspisuje najam. Ugostiteljski sadržaj iznajmljuje se na rok od 12. srpnja do 31. prosinca kao tri montažna modula i štekat od 288 m2.
Kako nam je potvrdio direktor Spalatuma Ante Šunjić, riječ o jedinom ugostiteljskom objektu na žnjanskom platou koji nije uz plažu nego je uz cestu. Radi se o lokaciji koja je, rekli bismo, najmanje atraktivna našim ugostiteljima, koji su se radije odlučivali na bespravnu gradnju uz more, nego da poštuju bivši detaljni plan za Žnjan po kojem je lociranje ugostiteljskih sadržaja bilo predviđeno (osim jednoga) da bude gore uz Šetalište Ivana Pavla II.
U utorak bit će otvaranje ponuda, a onaj koji bude izabran morat će proći hrpu papirologije.
Vi s nama sklapate predugovor o najmu ugostiteljskih modula, prije kojeg ste dužni platiti puni iznos. Nakon toga do glavnog ugovora ste dužni dobiti koncesijsko odobrenje za štekat. Onda s nama potpisujete pravi ugovor. Osim što platite nama najam, morate platiti i koncesijsko odobrenje za tri modula, plus za štekat od 288 kvadrata. – objašnjava direktor ove gradske firme, koji ne vidi problema u svim tim papirima što ih treba prikupiti u kratkom roku da bi se posao isplatio nekome tko tek sad počinje.
Riječ je o jako jednostavnoj dokumentaciji koju dobijete u roku dva dana, tako da najkasnije 15. srpnja netko može početi raditi. – uvjerava nas Šunjić.
Tko je zainteresiran morat će za koncesiju na površinu od 288 metra četvorna platiti 115 tisuća kuna, plus koncesijsko odobrenje za tri modula će ga doći 45.000, a to nije sve jer najam opreme treba Spalatumu platiti 75.000 kn.

Usred sezone ostao je prazan jedan prostor za kafić na Žnjanskom platou pa za njega koncesionar gradska tvrtka Spalatum DMC raspisuje najam. Ugostiteljski sadržaj iznajmljuje se na rok od 12. srpnja do 31. prosinca kao tri montažna modula i štekat od 288 m2.
Kako nam je potvrdio direktor Spalatuma Ante Šunjić, riječ o jedinom ugostiteljskom objektu na žnjanskom platou koji nije uz plažu nego je uz cestu. Radi se o lokaciji koja je, rekli bismo, najmanje atraktivna našim ugostiteljima, koji su se radije odlučivali na bespravnu gradnju uz more, nego da poštuju bivši detaljni plan za Žnjan po kojem je lociranje ugostiteljskih sadržaja bilo predviđeno (osim jednoga) da bude gore uz Šetalište Ivana Pavla II.
U utorak bit će otvaranje ponuda, a onaj koji bude izabran morat će proći hrpu papirologije.
Vi s nama sklapate predugovor o najmu ugostiteljskih modula, prije kojeg ste dužni platiti puni iznos. Nakon toga do glavnog ugovora ste dužni dobiti koncesijsko odobrenje za štekat. Onda s nama potpisujete pravi ugovor. Osim što platite nama najam, morate platiti i koncesijsko odobrenje za tri modula, plus za štekat od 288 kvadrata. – objašnjava direktor ove gradske firme, koji ne vidi problema u svim tim papirima što ih treba prikupiti u kratkom roku da bi se posao isplatio nekome tko tek sad počinje.
Riječ je o jako jednostavnoj dokumentaciji koju dobijete u roku dva dana, tako da najkasnije 15. srpnja netko može početi raditi. – uvjerava nas Šunjić.
Tko je zainteresiran morat će za koncesiju na površinu od 288 metra četvorna platiti 115 tisuća kuna, plus koncesijsko odobrenje za tri modula će ga doći 45.000, a to nije sve jer najam opreme treba Spalatumu platiti 75.000 kn.
