Zaista je rijetkost u Lijepoj našoj da se projekti završavaju navrijeme. Taj loši imidž popravio je “Pomgrad inženjering”, izvođač radova na šetnici od Matejuške do spoja sa Zapadnom obalom, čiji su radnici do proteklog petka morali “dignuti ruke” od strojeva. Rekli bismo rečeno - učinjeno.

Ante Milačić, glavni inženjer gradilišta, kazao nam je kako se sada čeka tehnički pregled i potom izdavanje uporabne dozvole za produžetak Zapadne obale, koja se očekuje za nekoliko dana.

- Tijekom tehničkog pregleda provjerava se sva dokumentacija i je li sve u redu po pitanju izvođenja radova, a kada nam stigne uporabna dozvola, tek onda ćemo ukloniti ogradu s gradilišta i pustiti ljude da se prošetaju - kaže nam Milačić, dok smo u gradskoj upravi neslužbeno doznali da će, kako sada stvari stoje, svečano otvaranje šetnice vjerojatno biti upriličeno krajem listopada. Osim radova na produženju Zapadne obale, djelatnici “Pomgrad inženjeringa” u neposrednom susjedstvu postavljaju kanalizacijske cijevi na dijelu Trumbićeve obale zbog čega se promet odvija jednim kolničkim trakom uz regulaciju semaforima.

- Radi se o istom projektu, ali o drugoj građevinskoj dozvoli. Ovdje su se radovi malo otegnuli, jer se na jednom dijelu trase trebao riješiti jedan imovinsko-pravni problem, jer je teren bio uknjižen još na Kraljevinu Jugoslaviju.
No, to se riješilo, a upravo kada smo počeli kopati, naišli smo na arheološke ostatke, pa sada čekamo da stručnjaci naprave svoje kako bismo nastavili s radovima.

Radi se dodatak postojećem kolektoru, putem kojeg bi se na kanalizacijsku mrežu spojili obližnji objekti, a pomoću nove pumpe bi se sve spojilo na glavni kolektor - ističe inženjer Milačić.

Vozači, oprez, semafor kod ‘Fife’

Trenutačno je na dionici Trumbićeve obale od ulaza u gradilište produžetka Zapadne obale do restorana “Fife” na snazi privremena regulacija prometa. Radovi na postavljanju kanalizacijskih cijevi, čija je vrijednost oko 1,5 milijun kuna bez PDV-a, trebali bi, kaže Milačić, biti gotovi najkasnije za mjesec i pol.

Zaista je rijetkost u Lijepoj našoj da se projekti završavaju navrijeme. Taj loši imidž popravio je “Pomgrad inženjering”, izvođač radova na šetnici od Matejuške do spoja sa Zapadnom obalom, čiji su radnici do proteklog petka morali “dignuti ruke” od strojeva. Rekli bismo rečeno - učinjeno.

Ante Milačić, glavni inženjer gradilišta, kazao nam je kako se sada čeka tehnički pregled i potom izdavanje uporabne dozvole za produžetak Zapadne obale, koja se očekuje za nekoliko dana.

- Tijekom tehničkog pregleda provjerava se sva dokumentacija i je li sve u redu po pitanju izvođenja radova, a kada nam stigne uporabna dozvola, tek onda ćemo ukloniti ogradu s gradilišta i pustiti ljude da se prošetaju - kaže nam Milačić, dok smo u gradskoj upravi neslužbeno doznali da će, kako sada stvari stoje, svečano otvaranje šetnice vjerojatno biti upriličeno krajem listopada. Osim radova na produženju Zapadne obale, djelatnici “Pomgrad inženjeringa” u neposrednom susjedstvu postavljaju kanalizacijske cijevi na dijelu Trumbićeve obale zbog čega se promet odvija jednim kolničkim trakom uz regulaciju semaforima.

- Radi se o istom projektu, ali o drugoj građevinskoj dozvoli. Ovdje su se radovi malo otegnuli, jer se na jednom dijelu trase trebao riješiti jedan imovinsko-pravni problem, jer je teren bio uknjižen još na Kraljevinu Jugoslaviju.
No, to se riješilo, a upravo kada smo počeli kopati, naišli smo na arheološke ostatke, pa sada čekamo da stručnjaci naprave svoje kako bismo nastavili s radovima.

Radi se dodatak postojećem kolektoru, putem kojeg bi se na kanalizacijsku mrežu spojili obližnji objekti, a pomoću nove pumpe bi se sve spojilo na glavni kolektor - ističe inženjer Milačić.

Vozači, oprez, semafor kod ‘Fife’

Trenutačno je na dionici Trumbićeve obale od ulaza u gradilište produžetka Zapadne obale do restorana “Fife” na snazi privremena regulacija prometa. Radovi na postavljanju kanalizacijskih cijevi, čija je vrijednost oko 1,5 milijun kuna bez PDV-a, trebali bi, kaže Milačić, biti gotovi najkasnije za mjesec i pol.
