Prije početka 21. sjednice Županijske skupštine tema o kojoj se medijski prepucavaju Centar i HDZ su - Bene. Županijska vijećnica Gorana Rosandić i gradski vijećnik Igor Skoko iz stranke Centar rekli su kako će ovo pitanje biti jedno koje će "potegnuti" za vrijeme Skupštine.
- Opet je septička jama procurila, nekim čudnim spletom okolnosti vodopravna inspekcija iz "Vodovoda i kanalizacije" koju vodi žena predsjednika županijskog HDZ-a je zaključila kako je tamo sve čisto, iako smo svi vidjeli da se fekalije slijevaju u more. Onda smo vidjeli kako Državnoj inspekciji tamo nije sve tako čisto. Nadam se kako će Županija oduzeti ovu koncesiju i da će zdravlje građana biti važnije oko trgovačke koalicije koja održava vlast u Županiji - izjavio je Igor Skoko.

- O uvjetima iz koncesije 2018. taksativno su navedena pravila Ministarstva gospodarstva. Čistoća na Benama je katastrofalna, hortikultura je u lošem, a urbana oprema je u raspadajućem stanju. Već godinama govorimo o stanju septičke jame. Županija se na sve to ogluši i ne želi ukinuti koncesiju. Županija bi se trebala okrenuti od politiziranja i brinuti se o očuvanju zdravlja građana - rekla je županijska vijećnica Gorana Rosandić.

Priča oko Bena dobila je medijski interes i postala predmetom političkih prepucavanja prije dva tjedna nakon objave analize otpadnih voda naručene od strane Park šume Marjan u kojoj je razina escherichie coli i crijevnih enterokoka nekoliko tisuća puta veća od vrijednosti propisane Pravilnikom.
Marko Penović, ravnatelj Javne ustanove za upravljanje Park-šumom Marjan tada nam je poslao i vodopravnu dozvolu za tvrtku koja ima ugostiteljski objekt na Benama prema kojima je vrijednost mikrobioloških pokazatelja 0. Tada su iz objekta "Va Bene" putem odvjetnika odgovorili kako vodopravna inspekcija nije utvrdila nepravilnosti u septičkoj jami.
Međutim, nekoliko dana nakon toga Državni inspektorat utvrdio je kako se dio otpadnih voda iz ugostiteljskog objekta ispušta u zemlju čime postoji mogućnost za onečišćenje mora zbog čega im je izdan prekršaj i zabrana ispuštanja otpadnih voda u tlo.
Splitsko-dalmatinski dožupan Stipe Čogelja odgovorio je na pitanja novinara kako je curenje septičke jame temelj za nadzor i prijedlog odluke poput ukidanja koncesije, no ne može je u ovom trenutku prejudicirati.
- Gradski oci se opet pokušavaju ponašati kao stručnjaci na područjima o kojima ništa ne znaju, a vidimo kako to završi. Odluke budu poništene, radnje osporene. Niti jednog koncesionara nismo i nećemo štititi. Državno odvjetništvo je propisalo kako se oduzima koncesija, to su složeni procesi. Ako budu ispunjeni, oduzet će se koncesija - naglasio je.
Dožupan je naveo kako županijsko povjerenstvo za nadzor radi svoje izvješće nakon provedene inspekcije. Nalaze Državnog inspektorata traže preko koncesionara, kazao je dožupan odgovarajući na pitanja novinara.

Prije početka 21. sjednice Županijske skupštine tema o kojoj se medijski prepucavaju Centar i HDZ su - Bene. Županijska vijećnica Gorana Rosandić i gradski vijećnik Igor Skoko iz stranke Centar rekli su kako će ovo pitanje biti jedno koje će "potegnuti" za vrijeme Skupštine.
- Opet je septička jama procurila, nekim čudnim spletom okolnosti vodopravna inspekcija iz "Vodovoda i kanalizacije" koju vodi žena predsjednika županijskog HDZ-a je zaključila kako je tamo sve čisto, iako smo svi vidjeli da se fekalije slijevaju u more. Onda smo vidjeli kako Državnoj inspekciji tamo nije sve tako čisto. Nadam se kako će Županija oduzeti ovu koncesiju i da će zdravlje građana biti važnije oko trgovačke koalicije koja održava vlast u Županiji - izjavio je Igor Skoko.

- O uvjetima iz koncesije 2018. taksativno su navedena pravila Ministarstva gospodarstva. Čistoća na Benama je katastrofalna, hortikultura je u lošem, a urbana oprema je u raspadajućem stanju. Već godinama govorimo o stanju septičke jame. Županija se na sve to ogluši i ne želi ukinuti koncesiju. Županija bi se trebala okrenuti od politiziranja i brinuti se o očuvanju zdravlja građana - rekla je županijska vijećnica Gorana Rosandić.

Priča oko Bena dobila je medijski interes i postala predmetom političkih prepucavanja prije dva tjedna nakon objave analize otpadnih voda naručene od strane Park šume Marjan u kojoj je razina escherichie coli i crijevnih enterokoka nekoliko tisuća puta veća od vrijednosti propisane Pravilnikom.
Marko Penović, ravnatelj Javne ustanove za upravljanje Park-šumom Marjan tada nam je poslao i vodopravnu dozvolu za tvrtku koja ima ugostiteljski objekt na Benama prema kojima je vrijednost mikrobioloških pokazatelja 0. Tada su iz objekta "Va Bene" putem odvjetnika odgovorili kako vodopravna inspekcija nije utvrdila nepravilnosti u septičkoj jami.
Međutim, nekoliko dana nakon toga Državni inspektorat utvrdio je kako se dio otpadnih voda iz ugostiteljskog objekta ispušta u zemlju čime postoji mogućnost za onečišćenje mora zbog čega im je izdan prekršaj i zabrana ispuštanja otpadnih voda u tlo.
Splitsko-dalmatinski dožupan Stipe Čogelja odgovorio je na pitanja novinara kako je curenje septičke jame temelj za nadzor i prijedlog odluke poput ukidanja koncesije, no ne može je u ovom trenutku prejudicirati.
- Gradski oci se opet pokušavaju ponašati kao stručnjaci na područjima o kojima ništa ne znaju, a vidimo kako to završi. Odluke budu poništene, radnje osporene. Niti jednog koncesionara nismo i nećemo štititi. Državno odvjetništvo je propisalo kako se oduzima koncesija, to su složeni procesi. Ako budu ispunjeni, oduzet će se koncesija - naglasio je.
Dožupan je naveo kako županijsko povjerenstvo za nadzor radi svoje izvješće nakon provedene inspekcije. Nalaze Državnog inspektorata traže preko koncesionara, kazao je dožupan odgovarajući na pitanja novinara.
