MOST-ov vijećnik Tihomir Galić u prosincu prošle godine postavio je vijećničko pitanje gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku vezano za priuštivi najam o čemu je bilo riječi na tematskoj sjednici na kojoj se raspravljalo mjerama pomoći pomoći za mlade obitelji, poduzetnike, umirovljenike i socijalu.

- Prezentirali ste nam kako je cijena kvadratnog metra novoga stana u gradu Splitu 3.710 eura, odnosno korisnici istih bi trebali plaćati mjesečnu ratu od 853 eura. Stranka MOST je, prije 10-tak dana, u svom očitovanju jasno iznijela podatke Državnog zavoda za statistiku o cijenama novih stanova u Republici Hrvatskoj, pa tako imamo tržišnu cijenu stana 2.623 eura, odnosno mjesečna ratu od 657 eura, a cijena stana kroz sustav POS-a ide do 1.490 euraEUR, odnosno mjesečna rata bi iznosila cca. 391 EUR na rok otplate od 30 godina.

Više puta ste izjavili kako grad Split nema svoga zemljišta i kako nije u mogućnosti graditi stanove. Uvidom u prijedlog proračuna jasno se vidi kako namjeravate prodaju zemljišta u iznosu od 9,3 milijuna eura samo u ovoj godini, a u idućoj dodatnih 9,5 milijuna eura.
Sada mi nije jasno kako je to moguće kada grad Split "nema zemljišta". Ako Vam nitko do sada to nije rekao, Vi ćete prodati više zemljišta nego svi gradonačelnici skupa u zadnjih 35 godina, istog onog zemljišta "kojeg nemamo".
Molim Vaš odgovor na sljedeće pitanje: "Zašto obmanjujete građanke i građane grada Splita, iznošenjem potpuno netočnih, friziranih podataka i do kada mislite to raditi?

Ujedno bih Vas zamolio da mi ne odgovarate s potpuno pogrešnim izjavama tipa "... ah ta stranka MOST je dva puta dovela HDZ na vlast ..." jer da ste htjeli držati do istine izjavili bi ste " ... ah ta stranka MOST je dovela dva
puta HDZ i jedanput stranku Centar na vlast ..." - naveo je u svom pitanju Galić.
A onda je uslijedio odgovor gradonačelnika Puljka, koji niti jednom rječju nije dao nikakav odgovor na postavljeno pitanje, već je ustvrdio ovo:
- Činjenica je da je stranka MOST dva puta dovela HDZ na vlast na državnoj razini. Za period kada je MOST podržavao gradsku vlast predvođenu strankom Centar zahvaljujem gradskim vijećnicima Ivani Ljulj, Ivici Grkoviću i Josipu Markotiću - odgovorio je Puljak.

MOST-ov vijećnik Tihomir Galić u prosincu prošle godine postavio je vijećničko pitanje gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku vezano za priuštivi najam o čemu je bilo riječi na tematskoj sjednici na kojoj se raspravljalo mjerama pomoći pomoći za mlade obitelji, poduzetnike, umirovljenike i socijalu.

- Prezentirali ste nam kako je cijena kvadratnog metra novoga stana u gradu Splitu 3.710 eura, odnosno korisnici istih bi trebali plaćati mjesečnu ratu od 853 eura. Stranka MOST je, prije 10-tak dana, u svom očitovanju jasno iznijela podatke Državnog zavoda za statistiku o cijenama novih stanova u Republici Hrvatskoj, pa tako imamo tržišnu cijenu stana 2.623 eura, odnosno mjesečna ratu od 657 eura, a cijena stana kroz sustav POS-a ide do 1.490 euraEUR, odnosno mjesečna rata bi iznosila cca. 391 EUR na rok otplate od 30 godina.

Više puta ste izjavili kako grad Split nema svoga zemljišta i kako nije u mogućnosti graditi stanove. Uvidom u prijedlog proračuna jasno se vidi kako namjeravate prodaju zemljišta u iznosu od 9,3 milijuna eura samo u ovoj godini, a u idućoj dodatnih 9,5 milijuna eura.
Sada mi nije jasno kako je to moguće kada grad Split "nema zemljišta". Ako Vam nitko do sada to nije rekao, Vi ćete prodati više zemljišta nego svi gradonačelnici skupa u zadnjih 35 godina, istog onog zemljišta "kojeg nemamo".
Molim Vaš odgovor na sljedeće pitanje: "Zašto obmanjujete građanke i građane grada Splita, iznošenjem potpuno netočnih, friziranih podataka i do kada mislite to raditi?

Ujedno bih Vas zamolio da mi ne odgovarate s potpuno pogrešnim izjavama tipa "... ah ta stranka MOST je dva puta dovela HDZ na vlast ..." jer da ste htjeli držati do istine izjavili bi ste " ... ah ta stranka MOST je dovela dva
puta HDZ i jedanput stranku Centar na vlast ..." - naveo je u svom pitanju Galić.
A onda je uslijedio odgovor gradonačelnika Puljka, koji niti jednom rječju nije dao nikakav odgovor na postavljeno pitanje, već je ustvrdio ovo:
- Činjenica je da je stranka MOST dva puta dovela HDZ na vlast na državnoj razini. Za period kada je MOST podržavao gradsku vlast predvođenu strankom Centar zahvaljujem gradskim vijećnicima Ivani Ljulj, Ivici Grkoviću i Josipu Markotiću - odgovorio je Puljak.
