Splitski HDZ je na konferenciji za novinre održanoj u ponedjeljak zatražio od gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka da rebalansom proračuna osigura šest milijuna eura pomoći mladima i umirovljenicima, te da pomogne 830 mladih obitelji sufinanciranjem najma stanova.

- Tražimo od Puljka da s 200 eura mjesečno pomogne sufinanciranje 830 mladih obitelji, čija su mjesečna primanja manja od 1500 eura, jer bi se time doprinijelo ostanku mladih obitelji u Splitu - rekao je predsjednik splitskog HDZ-a Tomislav Šuta.

Također je pozvao gradonačelnika da se roditeljima smanje troškovi vrtića za 1,5 milijuna eura, koliko je Vlada svojim paketom mjera osigurala za Split.

Šuta je također zatražio od gradskih vlasti kreditiranje malog i srednjeg poduzetništva sufinanciranjem kamatne stope u iznosu od najmanje jedan posto, te sufinanciranje poduzetnika početnika do 30 godina života sa 4000 eura po poduzetniku.

- U toj mjeri potpore naglasak stavljamo na pomaganje ženama poduzetnicama i deficitarnim zanimanjima - dodao je i istaknuo kako je također potrebno sufinanciranje zapošljavanje mladih životne dobi do 25 godina u iznosu od 4800 eura godišnje.

Zauzeo se i za besplatni javni prijevoz hrvatskim ratnim vojnim invalidima sa 100 posto tjelesnog oštećenja te slijepim i gluhoslijepim osobama koje također imaju 100 postotno tjelesno oštećenje i četvrti stupanj funkcionalnog oštećenja.

- Ukupno bi sve navedene te mjere stajale šest milijuna eura, od kojih je Vlada unaprijed osigurala milijun i pol, pa oko toga ne bi trebalo biti stranačkih i političkih prepucavanja.

Time bi se pružila životno važna potpora potrebitim građanima Splita, koje je nestabilna sadašnja splitska vlast zbog niza afera i malverzacija, čini se, potpuno zaboravila - istaknuo je Šuta.

Osvrnuvši se na najavu dodjele 55 milijuna eura Splitu kroz ITU mehanizam, što je nedavno najavio premijer Andrej Plenković, ocijenio je kako je teško očekivati da se iz tih sredstava financira uređenje platoa na Žnjanu.

Naime, tu se radi o koncesiji i gospodarskoj djelatnosti koja generira prihode, a u tom slučaju potrebna je suglasnost Europske komisije.

- Iz tih sredstava eventualno se može financirati uređenje zelenih površina na Žnjanu koje ne generiraju prihode - rekao je Šuta.

Šuta je još naglasio kako su sve mjere i pomoći koje je splitska gradska uprava pružila u 2022. godini dosegle najniže razine u odnosu na mandat gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, s posebno poražavajućim iznosom od 8 tisuća eura namijenjenih poduzetnicima u odnosu na 309 tisuća eura u 2020. godini.

- Grad koji ne pruža podršku mladim obiteljima i poduzetnicima ne može očekivati pozitivne demografske promjene niti zadržavanje mladih - upozorio je Šuta.

Predstavljeni su i prijedlozi HDZ-a za sjednicu Gradskog vijeća o rebalansu proračuna za 2023. i za proračun 2024. godine.

Ovo su sve mjere koje predlaže HDZ...

- Sufinanciranje najma stanova: mjesečna pomoć od 200€ za obitelji s primanjima manjim od 1500 €

- Smanjenje cijene vrtića za 1,5 milijuna € godišnje

- Jednokratne pomoći umirovljenicima (100€) s mirovinom manjom od 500€

- Sufinanciranje kamatnih stopa najmanje 1%

- Sufinanciranje poduzetnika početnika (do 30. godine) s 4000 €, s fokusom na žene i deficitarna zanimanja

- Sufinanciranje godišnjih stipendija za mlade do 25 godina s 4800 €

- Prenamjena sredstava za besplatnu marenda (200€ po učeniku) zbog mjera Vlade RH

- Povećanje sredstava za socijalnu skrb za 7%

- Ukidanje cenzusa za primatelje osobne invalidnine prijavljene u Centru za socijalnu skrb

- Besplatan javni prijevoz za osobe s invaliditetom

Splitski HDZ je na konferenciji za novinre održanoj u ponedjeljak zatražio od gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka da rebalansom proračuna osigura šest milijuna eura pomoći mladima i umirovljenicima, te da pomogne 830 mladih obitelji sufinanciranjem najma stanova.

- Tražimo od Puljka da s 200 eura mjesečno pomogne sufinanciranje 830 mladih obitelji, čija su mjesečna primanja manja od 1500 eura, jer bi se time doprinijelo ostanku mladih obitelji u Splitu - rekao je predsjednik splitskog HDZ-a Tomislav Šuta.

Također je pozvao gradonačelnika da se roditeljima smanje troškovi vrtića za 1,5 milijuna eura, koliko je Vlada svojim paketom mjera osigurala za Split.

Šuta je također zatražio od gradskih vlasti kreditiranje malog i srednjeg poduzetništva sufinanciranjem kamatne stope u iznosu od najmanje jedan posto, te sufinanciranje poduzetnika početnika do 30 godina života sa 4000 eura po poduzetniku.

- U toj mjeri potpore naglasak stavljamo na pomaganje ženama poduzetnicama i deficitarnim zanimanjima - dodao je i istaknuo kako je također potrebno sufinanciranje zapošljavanje mladih životne dobi do 25 godina u iznosu od 4800 eura godišnje.

Zauzeo se i za besplatni javni prijevoz hrvatskim ratnim vojnim invalidima sa 100 posto tjelesnog oštećenja te slijepim i gluhoslijepim osobama koje također imaju 100 postotno tjelesno oštećenje i četvrti stupanj funkcionalnog oštećenja.

- Ukupno bi sve navedene te mjere stajale šest milijuna eura, od kojih je Vlada unaprijed osigurala milijun i pol, pa oko toga ne bi trebalo biti stranačkih i političkih prepucavanja.

Time bi se pružila životno važna potpora potrebitim građanima Splita, koje je nestabilna sadašnja splitska vlast zbog niza afera i malverzacija, čini se, potpuno zaboravila - istaknuo je Šuta.

Osvrnuvši se na najavu dodjele 55 milijuna eura Splitu kroz ITU mehanizam, što je nedavno najavio premijer Andrej Plenković, ocijenio je kako je teško očekivati da se iz tih sredstava financira uređenje platoa na Žnjanu.

Naime, tu se radi o koncesiji i gospodarskoj djelatnosti koja generira prihode, a u tom slučaju potrebna je suglasnost Europske komisije.

- Iz tih sredstava eventualno se može financirati uređenje zelenih površina na Žnjanu koje ne generiraju prihode - rekao je Šuta.

Šuta je još naglasio kako su sve mjere i pomoći koje je splitska gradska uprava pružila u 2022. godini dosegle najniže razine u odnosu na mandat gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, s posebno poražavajućim iznosom od 8 tisuća eura namijenjenih poduzetnicima u odnosu na 309 tisuća eura u 2020. godini.

- Grad koji ne pruža podršku mladim obiteljima i poduzetnicima ne može očekivati pozitivne demografske promjene niti zadržavanje mladih - upozorio je Šuta.

Predstavljeni su i prijedlozi HDZ-a za sjednicu Gradskog vijeća o rebalansu proračuna za 2023. i za proračun 2024. godine.

Ovo su sve mjere koje predlaže HDZ...

- Sufinanciranje najma stanova: mjesečna pomoć od 200€ za obitelji s primanjima manjim od 1500 €

- Smanjenje cijene vrtića za 1,5 milijuna € godišnje

- Jednokratne pomoći umirovljenicima (100€) s mirovinom manjom od 500€

- Sufinanciranje kamatnih stopa najmanje 1%

- Sufinanciranje poduzetnika početnika (do 30. godine) s 4000 €, s fokusom na žene i deficitarna zanimanja

- Sufinanciranje godišnjih stipendija za mlade do 25 godina s 4800 €

- Prenamjena sredstava za besplatnu marenda (200€ po učeniku) zbog mjera Vlade RH

- Povećanje sredstava za socijalnu skrb za 7%

- Ukidanje cenzusa za primatelje osobne invalidnine prijavljene u Centru za socijalnu skrb

- Besplatan javni prijevoz za osobe s invaliditetom
