U nedjelju navečer se veliki broj Spinućana - onih najzainteresiranijih za sudbinu svog kvarta - okupilo u prostorima kotara u Matoševoj. U napetoj, ali tolerantnoj atmosferi se raspravljalo o najavljenom deponiju u tom predjelu grada. Nakon iznošenja mišljenja i argumenata, pristupilo se glasanju - i odlučeno je da takav pogon nije poželjan na predloženoj lokaciji. 

Bilo je to nešto najbliže direktnoj demokraciji što Split može ponuditi.  

Doduše, nije da ovakvi skupovi nisu bili očekivani. Štoviše, ovakvu demonstraciju građanske uključenosti u javna zbivanja je u svibnju 2021., u jeku predizborne kampanje, najavio ni manje ni više nego - Ivica Puljak!

- Jedna od velikih novosti koju ćemo uvesti u razvoju ovoga grada je pitanje građana što oni žele" - započela je predizborni spot osoba koja je u to vrijeme htjela postati gradonačelnik.

- Mi imamo puno stvari oko kojih smo se posvađali u gradu Splitu, puno tema oko kojih se nismo složili, ali najgore od svega - to nas je zakočilo i ništa nismo napravili.

Mi ćemo uvesti savjetodavne referendume u kojima ćemo građane pitati što oni stvarno žele. Naročito oko problema o kojima jedan dio grada misli jedno, a drugi dio grada misli drugo, mi ćemo napraviti ono što većina građana želi" - obećao je tad Puljak.

Rekao je i da će se prvi takvi referendumi organizirati za kotarske izbore, kada će se "odabrati nekoliko tema za koje zaista žele pitati građane što žele". To se nije dogodilo.

- Želim Vam vjerovati, no ako iznevjerite, dolazit ću Vam svaki dan ispred Vašeg doma i preko megafona puštati ovu objavu", pisalo je u jednom od komentara ispod ove famozne video najave Centra.

Bliski Puljkov suradnik Srđan Marinić je tada također dodatno pojasnio parametre ove namjere:

- Ovdje se govori o savjetodavnom referendumu, ne o klasičnom. U savjetodavnom referendumu oni koji izađu odlučuju.

Jučer se gradonačelnik o svemu oglasio putem Facebooka.

- Vidimo da je ova odluka izazvala dosta pitanja kod građana i spremni smo u narednim danima i tjednima uložiti dodatne napore kako bismo objasnili zašto je, nakon mnogih analiza, odabrana baš ova lokacija u širem centru grada - naveo je.

Za pretpostaviti je da će nakon tih "dodatnih napora", političar Centra učiniti upravo ono što je pred izbore poručio građanima-vjerovnicima: "Ono što građani odluče, to ćemo i napraviti."

U nedjelju navečer se veliki broj Spinućana - onih najzainteresiranijih za sudbinu svog kvarta - okupilo u prostorima kotara u Matoševoj. U napetoj, ali tolerantnoj atmosferi se raspravljalo o najavljenom deponiju u tom predjelu grada. Nakon iznošenja mišljenja i argumenata, pristupilo se glasanju - i odlučeno je da takav pogon nije poželjan na predloženoj lokaciji. 

Bilo je to nešto najbliže direktnoj demokraciji što Split može ponuditi.  

Doduše, nije da ovakvi skupovi nisu bili očekivani. Štoviše, ovakvu demonstraciju građanske uključenosti u javna zbivanja je u svibnju 2021., u jeku predizborne kampanje, najavio ni manje ni više nego - Ivica Puljak!

- Jedna od velikih novosti koju ćemo uvesti u razvoju ovoga grada je pitanje građana što oni žele" - započela je predizborni spot osoba koja je u to vrijeme htjela postati gradonačelnik.

- Mi imamo puno stvari oko kojih smo se posvađali u gradu Splitu, puno tema oko kojih se nismo složili, ali najgore od svega - to nas je zakočilo i ništa nismo napravili.

Mi ćemo uvesti savjetodavne referendume u kojima ćemo građane pitati što oni stvarno žele. Naročito oko problema o kojima jedan dio grada misli jedno, a drugi dio grada misli drugo, mi ćemo napraviti ono što većina građana želi" - obećao je tad Puljak.

Rekao je i da će se prvi takvi referendumi organizirati za kotarske izbore, kada će se "odabrati nekoliko tema za koje zaista žele pitati građane što žele". To se nije dogodilo.

Bliski Puljkov suradnik Srđan Marinić je tada također dodatno pojasnio parametre ove namjere:

Jučer se gradonačelnik o svemu oglasio putem Facebooka.

- Vidimo da je ova odluka izazvala dosta pitanja kod građana i spremni smo u narednim danima i tjednima uložiti dodatne napore kako bismo objasnili zašto je, nakon mnogih analiza, odabrana baš ova lokacija u širem centru grada - naveo je.

Za pretpostaviti je da će nakon tih "dodatnih napora", političar Centra učiniti upravo ono što je pred izbore poručio građanima-vjerovnicima: "Ono što građani odluče, to ćemo i napraviti."

U nedjelju navečer se veliki broj Spinućana - onih najzainteresiranijih za sudbinu svog kvarta - okupilo u prostorima kotara u Matoševoj. U napetoj, ali tolerantnoj atmosferi se raspravljalo o najavljenom deponiju u tom predjelu grada. Nakon iznošenja mišljenja i argumenata, pristupilo se glasanju - i odlučeno je da takav pogon nije poželjan na predloženoj lokaciji. 

Bilo je to nešto najbliže direktnoj demokraciji što Split može ponuditi.  

Doduše, nije da ovakvi skupovi nisu bili očekivani. Štoviše, ovakvu demonstraciju građanske uključenosti u javna zbivanja je u svibnju 2021., u jeku predizborne kampanje, najavio ni manje ni više nego - Ivica Puljak!
