Mejaši bi mogli dobiti hotel za kućne ljubimce, ali tko zna kad će dobiti školu na Kili koja bi omogućila da nastava u postojećoj OŠ "Mejaši" ne bude u tri smjene.

Naime, Kristijan Gelo iz "Tulipan grupe" koja je izgradila Mall of Split, do kojeg se godinama očekuje izgradnja poštene prometnice, kaže da postoje investitori za "pet friendly" hotel na ovom predjelu Splita koji se sve intenzivnije izgrađuje.

Istodobno, Grad Split raspisuje neobvezujući natječaj za parcele na kojima bi se izgradila škola, sportska dvorana i pripadajući sadržaji na Kili. Također, traže na širem području Mejaša privremeni prostor u prizemlju neke od novogradnji u kojem bi se smjestio vrtić i jaslice.

Ali stvar nalikuje situaciji u mesnici nakon što su se najbolji komadi prodali, a ostale su pozicije koje malo tko voli. Ono što vrijedi od nekretnina pokupovali su nezajažljivi investitori čijim apetitima su se prilagođavali prostorni planovi. A takve nakaradne planove su spremno usvajali gradski vijećnici.

I što na kraju imamo? Nekolicinu koja profitira od takvog kapitalizma, dok većina biva iskorištena, a njihova djeca puno vremena provode u skupo plaćenim stanovima s teško dostupnim školama i vrtićima. Ovakav predatorski sustav je građen i održavan desetljećima.

Dilema za roditelje u današnjem Splitu nije laka. Je li bolje živjeti s majkom i ocem pa upisati djecu u kvartu koji ima školu sa sportskom dvoranom, ili kupit skupi stan u novogradnji gdje nema kvalitete života, pa onda plakati kako ti dijete ne može ići u školu kao normalna djeca? I čekati da novu školu tamo napravi Grad koji je omogućio investitorima da ceste budu izgrađene ili uplanirane baš do parcela koje su kupili.

Sada pročelnik Službe za društvene djelatnosti Mate Omazić kuka kako za školu na širem području Mejaša nema imovinski-pravno "čistih" parcela ili da su zemljišta koja su slobodna daleko od planiranih cesta. A zašto je tako? Jer je igra bila namještena da sve što valja pokupuju stanograditelji za male novce. Da je Grad htio drugačije prošao bi jeftinije, tako što bi već u urbanističkom planu odredio područje gdje će se izgraditi škola.

Ne želim ulaziti u polemiku oko Đokovića i cijepljenja, ali kažu ljudi koji su bili u Australiji kako su vidjeli da kod njih prvo grade ceste, a nakon što se izgradi infrastruktura dolaze stambene zgrade i javni objekti. Investitor Gelo žali se kako su bez podrške gradskih vlasti, no u uređenoj zemlji oni ne bi mogli graditi šoping-centar s onakvim pristupnim cestama i dok se ne riješi spoj Mejaša. Ovako stanovi i šoping-centar prethode infrastrukturi.

I onda Grad kuka da nema parcela za vrtiće i školu, a investitori da nema cesta... Naravno da nema kad je proces urbanizacije krenuo od kraja umjesto od početka. Tako je bilo i na Žnjanu, gdje je nakon preizgrađivanja u turističkoj zoni došlo pitanje – a gdje će nam djeca ići u školu?

Split je imao sreću da je njegov najveći dio izgrađen dok je postojao ozbiljan urbanizam u doba komunizma. Prije toga, između dva rata, ljudi su poklanjali svoje zemlje za pošumljavanje i uređenje Marjana. Komunisti su nacionalizirali tuđe zemlje da bi jedno siromašno društvo živjelo iznad svojih mogućnosti i izgradilo široke ceste i ostalu infrastrukturu na kojoj danas uglavnom počiva grad. Otkad je u neovisnoj Hrvatskoj privatno vlasništvo postalo svetinja, zadnjih par desetljeća gradske vlasti ne mogu ukloniti "kuću Svaguša" i spojiti Mejaše sa sjevernim dijelom Splita i Ulicom Domovinskog rata.

Na radost divljeg kapitalizma pravna država ne funkcionira, a politika i zakon uglavnom ne koriste mehanizme da se obračunaju s korupcijom, zato je jasno da svaki dan treba slaviti neku obljetnicu i govoriti kako nam je puno bolje nego ranije.

Mejaši bi mogli dobiti hotel za kućne ljubimce, ali tko zna kad će dobiti školu na Kili koja bi omogućila da nastava u postojećoj OŠ "Mejaši" ne bude u tri smjene.

Naime, Kristijan Gelo iz "Tulipan grupe" koja je izgradila Mall of Split, do kojeg se godinama očekuje izgradnja poštene prometnice, kaže da postoje investitori za "pet friendly" hotel na ovom predjelu Splita koji se sve intenzivnije izgrađuje.

Istodobno, Grad Split raspisuje neobvezujući natječaj za parcele na kojima bi se izgradila škola, sportska dvorana i pripadajući sadržaji na Kili. Također, traže na širem području Mejaša privremeni prostor u prizemlju neke od novogradnji u kojem bi se smjestio vrtić i jaslice.

Ali stvar nalikuje situaciji u mesnici nakon što su se najbolji komadi prodali, a ostale su pozicije koje malo tko voli. Ono što vrijedi od nekretnina pokupovali su nezajažljivi investitori čijim apetitima su se prilagođavali prostorni planovi. A takve nakaradne planove su spremno usvajali gradski vijećnici.

I što na kraju imamo? Nekolicinu koja profitira od takvog kapitalizma, dok većina biva iskorištena, a njihova djeca puno vremena provode u skupo plaćenim stanovima s teško dostupnim školama i vrtićima. Ovakav predatorski sustav je građen i održavan desetljećima.

Dilema za roditelje u današnjem Splitu nije laka. Je li bolje živjeti s majkom i ocem pa upisati djecu u kvartu koji ima školu sa sportskom dvoranom, ili kupit skupi stan u novogradnji gdje nema kvalitete života, pa onda plakati kako ti dijete ne može ići u školu kao normalna djeca? I čekati da novu školu tamo napravi Grad koji je omogućio investitorima da ceste budu izgrađene ili uplanirane baš do parcela koje su kupili.

Sada pročelnik Službe za društvene djelatnosti Mate Omazić kuka kako za školu na širem području Mejaša nema imovinski-pravno "čistih" parcela ili da su zemljišta koja su slobodna daleko od planiranih cesta. A zašto je tako? Jer je igra bila namještena da sve što valja pokupuju stanograditelji za male novce. Da je Grad htio drugačije prošao bi jeftinije, tako što bi već u urbanističkom planu odredio područje gdje će se izgraditi škola.

Ne želim ulaziti u polemiku oko Đokovića i cijepljenja, ali kažu ljudi koji su bili u Australiji kako su vidjeli da kod njih prvo grade ceste, a nakon što se izgradi infrastruktura dolaze stambene zgrade i javni objekti. Investitor Gelo žali se kako su bez podrške gradskih vlasti, no u uređenoj zemlji oni ne bi mogli graditi šoping-centar s onakvim pristupnim cestama i dok se ne riješi spoj Mejaša. Ovako stanovi i šoping-centar prethode infrastrukturi.

I onda Grad kuka da nema parcela za vrtiće i školu, a investitori da nema cesta... Naravno da nema kad je proces urbanizacije krenuo od kraja umjesto od početka. Tako je bilo i na Žnjanu, gdje je nakon preizgrađivanja u turističkoj zoni došlo pitanje – a gdje će nam djeca ići u školu?

Split je imao sreću da je njegov najveći dio izgrađen dok je postojao ozbiljan urbanizam u doba komunizma. Prije toga, između dva rata, ljudi su poklanjali svoje zemlje za pošumljavanje i uređenje Marjana. Komunisti su nacionalizirali tuđe zemlje da bi jedno siromašno društvo živjelo iznad svojih mogućnosti i izgradilo široke ceste i ostalu infrastrukturu na kojoj danas uglavnom počiva grad. Otkad je u neovisnoj Hrvatskoj privatno vlasništvo postalo svetinja, zadnjih par desetljeća gradske vlasti ne mogu ukloniti "kuću Svaguša" i spojiti Mejaše sa sjevernim dijelom Splita i Ulicom Domovinskog rata.

Na radost divljeg kapitalizma pravna država ne funkcionira, a politika i zakon uglavnom ne koriste mehanizme da se obračunaju s korupcijom, zato je jasno da svaki dan treba slaviti neku obljetnicu i govoriti kako nam je puno bolje nego ranije.
