Iz stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju su objavili da je čestica od dvjestotinjak kvadrata na parkingu pokraj Trga Hrvatske bratske zajednice - koje su uvijek bile sporne u pregovorima oko prenamjene tog prostora - prešla u ruke privatne firme. Međutim, to možda i ne bi bilo toliko čudno da ta firma nije Best in parking; one u vlasništvu braće Zulfikarpašić koji samo par stotina metara dalje ruše pelegrinke i grade Small Mall. 

"Vrlo je vjerojatno kako nećemo skoro vidjeti nikakvu gradnju na Trgu Hrvatske bratske zajednice. Saga se nastavlja. Nakon što se godinama Grad nije mogao "dogovoriti” s vlasnikom dvjestotinjak kvadrata, sada su ti isti kvadrati prešli u vlasništvo Best in parkinga.

Hoće li novi vlasnik nastaviti putem prethodnog vidjet ćemo uskoro. Kako god bilo Best in parking želi još parkirališta u Splitu, a sada ima još jedan adut za pritisnuti Grad u ostvarivanju svojih ciljeva.

U predizbornoj kampanji smo na Trgu HBZ-a predlagali gradnju višeetažne garaže, računajući na potrebe Općinskog suda koji se vraća na Trg do kraja ove godine. Sad je puno jasnije zašto taj prijedlog nije prošao, a gurao se onaj Small malla", pišu iz Pametnog.

Jedan korisnik je ispod objave napisao:

"A možda se stvarno nije ni mogao dogovoriti jer je prijašnji vlasnik imao deal već sa BIPom. Na tržištu postoji očito predator za parking mjesta. Teško se jedan glomazni aparat ala grad može natjecati sa njim. Niti treba, samo mu treba postaviti granicu. A to valjda svak ima mišljenja di je..."

Renato Čupić, bivši gradski vijećnik Pametnog, se pak zapitao: "I tako... OTP, Small Mall, Besti in parking, politika... Svi smo si nekako dobri, što bi tu moglo poći po krivu?"

Braća Zulfikarpašić su svojevremeno u Dubrovniku preuzeli garažu na Ilijinoj glavici, a lokalni tisak ih je otkrio 2018. kao “tajanstvenu firmu zbog koje se prodaje garaža”. Pisalo se da su vijećnici o svemu malo znali, a da su poslovni prihodi garaže za 2021. proglašeni za “poslovnu tajnu”.

Upravljali su javnom garažom u Zadru, što je izazvalo protivljenje kod oporbe i u tisku s pitanjima zašto gradska tvrtka ne može upravljati garažama. Preuzeli su upravljanja garažama u Sisku, Novoj Gradiški, Kutini, Rogoznici, Pločama, Pakracu, Veloj Luci, Rijeci, Varaždinu... U Zagrebu drže nekoliko važnih lokacija, a na Cvjetnom trgu su preuzeli parking i poslovne prostore u prizemlju od Tomislava Horvatinčića.

“Makarska kronika” je svojedobno pisala kako su Ploče i Pakrac krajem 2008. godine tražili raskide ugovora, a da je u slučaju Rogoznice održan javni prosvjed nakon što je odlučeno cijeli javni parking prepustiti njihovoj tvrtki “Parkcom”. “Kronika” se čudila kako je makarskom gradonačelniku i njegovim suradnicima moglo pasti na pamet da pokušaju progurati odluku o davanju makarskog parkinga u koncesiju spomenutoj tvrtki.

Iz stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju su objavili da je čestica od dvjestotinjak kvadrata na parkingu pokraj Trga Hrvatske bratske zajednice - koje su uvijek bile sporne u pregovorima oko prenamjene tog prostora - prešla u ruke privatne firme. Međutim, to možda i ne bi bilo toliko čudno da ta firma nije Best in parking; one u vlasništvu braće Zulfikarpašić koji samo par stotina metara dalje ruše pelegrinke i grade Small Mall. 

"Vrlo je vjerojatno kako nećemo skoro vidjeti nikakvu gradnju na Trgu Hrvatske bratske zajednice. Saga se nastavlja. Nakon što se godinama Grad nije mogao "dogovoriti” s vlasnikom dvjestotinjak kvadrata, sada su ti isti kvadrati prešli u vlasništvo Best in parkinga.

Hoće li novi vlasnik nastaviti putem prethodnog vidjet ćemo uskoro. Kako god bilo Best in parking želi još parkirališta u Splitu, a sada ima još jedan adut za pritisnuti Grad u ostvarivanju svojih ciljeva.

U predizbornoj kampanji smo na Trgu HBZ-a predlagali gradnju višeetažne garaže, računajući na potrebe Općinskog suda koji se vraća na Trg do kraja ove godine. Sad je puno jasnije zašto taj prijedlog nije prošao, a gurao se onaj Small malla", pišu iz Pametnog.

Jedan korisnik je ispod objave napisao:

"A možda se stvarno nije ni mogao dogovoriti jer je prijašnji vlasnik imao deal već sa BIPom. Na tržištu postoji očito predator za parking mjesta. Teško se jedan glomazni aparat ala grad može natjecati sa njim. Niti treba, samo mu treba postaviti granicu. A to valjda svak ima mišljenja di je..."

Renato Čupić, bivši gradski vijećnik Pametnog, se pak zapitao: "I tako... OTP, Small Mall, Besti in parking, politika... Svi smo si nekako dobri, što bi tu moglo poći po krivu?"

Braća Zulfikarpašić su svojevremeno u Dubrovniku preuzeli garažu na Ilijinoj glavici, a lokalni tisak ih je otkrio 2018. kao “tajanstvenu firmu zbog koje se prodaje garaža”. Pisalo se da su vijećnici o svemu malo znali, a da su poslovni prihodi garaže za 2021. proglašeni za “poslovnu tajnu”.

Upravljali su javnom garažom u Zadru, što je izazvalo protivljenje kod oporbe i u tisku s pitanjima zašto gradska tvrtka ne može upravljati garažama. Preuzeli su upravljanja garažama u Sisku, Novoj Gradiški, Kutini, Rogoznici, Pločama, Pakracu, Veloj Luci, Rijeci, Varaždinu... U Zagrebu drže nekoliko važnih lokacija, a na Cvjetnom trgu su preuzeli parking i poslovne prostore u prizemlju od Tomislava Horvatinčića.

“Makarska kronika” je svojedobno pisala kako su Ploče i Pakrac krajem 2008. godine tražili raskide ugovora, a da je u slučaju Rogoznice održan javni prosvjed nakon što je odlučeno cijeli javni parking prepustiti njihovoj tvrtki “Parkcom”. “Kronika” se čudila kako je makarskom gradonačelniku i njegovim suradnicima moglo pasti na pamet da pokušaju progurati odluku o davanju makarskog parkinga u koncesiju spomenutoj tvrtki.
