Na mjestu nekadašnje upravne zgrade tvrtke "Cestar", u Tršćanskoj ulici, niknule su nove stambene zgrade koje su privukle pažnju javnosti, s obzirom na potražnju za novim stambenim prostorom, smještenom gotovo u samom centru grada. U ovom slučaju radi se o mirnoj zoni u središtu Gradskog kotara Bol, udaljenoj samo desetak minuta pješice od stare jezgre.
Iako su četiri četverokatnice dovršene prije nekoliko mjeseci, barem sudeći po stanju na terenu, još uvijek nema stanara.

- Svi stanovi su prodani i vrlo brzo će biti useljeni - kratko nam je kazao Jozo Rako, direktor "Cestara", ne želeći otkrivati više detalja.
Iz Gradske uprave doznajemo kako je investitor još 9. listopada podnio zahtjev za izdavanje uporabne dozvole, no dokumentacija nije bila potpuna.
- Djelatnica zadužena za izdavanje dozvole je odsutna zbog zdravstvenih razloga i kada se vrati na posao, ukoliko investitor dostavi ispravnu dokumentaciju, postupak će se nastaviti, sve u skladu sa Zakonom. Pitanje kupovine stanova i odnosa investitora sa kupcima nije od značaja u donošenju odluke da li su se ostvarili uvjeti za izdavanje uporabne dozvole - rečeno nam je iz Grada Splita.
O ovoj novogradnji smo pisali prije nekoliko godina, kada su nam iz "Cestara" najavili izgradnju zgrada prema projektu arhitekta Nene Kezića, u izvođenju radova od firme "Lavčević. Prema projektu, riječ je o stambenom kompleksu s trideset i osam stanova te šezdeset i jednim parkirališnim mjestom. Nekretnine čine podrum, suteren, prizemlje, te četiri kata i nadgrađe na ukupnoj površini od ukupno 4027 metara četvornih.

U ponudi su bili stanovi od 40 do stotinu kvadrata, odnosno jednosobni, dvosobni i trosobni stanovi.
Kolika je cijena kvadrata ovih stanova, nismo uspjeli doznati, no iz, doduše neprovjerenih izvora zainteresiranih kupaca, šuškalo se o 4 do 4,5 tisuća eura po kvadratu.
Ostaje nam samo poželjeti budućim stanarima sretno i brzo useljenje.
Podsjetimo, ove zgrade su napravljene na prostoru gdje je godinama prije bila smještena upravna zgrada Cestara, a radovi su započeli još 2017. godine.

Na mjestu nekadašnje upravne zgrade tvrtke "Cestar", u Tršćanskoj ulici, niknule su nove stambene zgrade koje su privukle pažnju javnosti, s obzirom na potražnju za novim stambenim prostorom, smještenom gotovo u samom centru grada. U ovom slučaju radi se o mirnoj zoni u središtu Gradskog kotara Bol, udaljenoj samo desetak minuta pješice od stare jezgre.
Iako su četiri četverokatnice dovršene prije nekoliko mjeseci, barem sudeći po stanju na terenu, još uvijek nema stanara.

- Svi stanovi su prodani i vrlo brzo će biti useljeni - kratko nam je kazao Jozo Rako, direktor "Cestara", ne želeći otkrivati više detalja.
Iz Gradske uprave doznajemo kako je investitor još 9. listopada podnio zahtjev za izdavanje uporabne dozvole, no dokumentacija nije bila potpuna.
- Djelatnica zadužena za izdavanje dozvole je odsutna zbog zdravstvenih razloga i kada se vrati na posao, ukoliko investitor dostavi ispravnu dokumentaciju, postupak će se nastaviti, sve u skladu sa Zakonom. Pitanje kupovine stanova i odnosa investitora sa kupcima nije od značaja u donošenju odluke da li su se ostvarili uvjeti za izdavanje uporabne dozvole - rečeno nam je iz Grada Splita.
O ovoj novogradnji smo pisali prije nekoliko godina, kada su nam iz "Cestara" najavili izgradnju zgrada prema projektu arhitekta Nene Kezića, u izvođenju radova od firme "Lavčević. Prema projektu, riječ je o stambenom kompleksu s trideset i osam stanova te šezdeset i jednim parkirališnim mjestom. Nekretnine čine podrum, suteren, prizemlje, te četiri kata i nadgrađe na ukupnoj površini od ukupno 4027 metara četvornih.

U ponudi su bili stanovi od 40 do stotinu kvadrata, odnosno jednosobni, dvosobni i trosobni stanovi.
Kolika je cijena kvadrata ovih stanova, nismo uspjeli doznati, no iz, doduše neprovjerenih izvora zainteresiranih kupaca, šuškalo se o 4 do 4,5 tisuća eura po kvadratu.
Ostaje nam samo poželjeti budućim stanarima sretno i brzo useljenje.
Podsjetimo, ove zgrade su napravljene na prostoru gdje je godinama prije bila smještena upravna zgrada Cestara, a radovi su započeli još 2017. godine.
