Atraktivna nekretnina u Marmontovoj ulici, kod istočnog ulaza na Prokurative, a u čijim su prostorima već godinama smještene prodavaonice odjeće globalno poznatih brendova, a ranije i parfumerija, nudila se na otkup Županiji za iznos od 15 milijuna kuna.

Na sjednici regionalnog parlamenta održanoj u subotu, velikom većinom glasova, uz samo jednu "suzdržanu" ruku, onu SDP-ova vijećnika Igora Batošića iz Makarske, prihvaćeno je odricanje prava prvokupa 455 četvornih metara koji se vode na adresi Trg Republike 1. Prije Županije, prava na potencijalno preuzimanje nekretnine koja se nalazi u najstrožoj zoni zaštite "A" i kao takva ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra odrekao se i Grad, a jednima i drugima je za dvoetažni prostor ponuđena ista cijena, koja u protuvrijednosti iznosi oko dva milijuna eura.

Na toliko je, naime, procijenjena vrijednost nekretnine opterećene hipotekom, a u vlasništvu je tvrtke "Mimoza", čija je direktorica Jasna Parčina. Riječ je o sestri poduzetnika Joze Parčine, koji je kao tadašnji vlasnik i voditelj tvrtke "Parčina export import" upravo taj prostor u Marmontovoj ulici od Grada dobio u zamjenu za popularnu "Kadu" na Poljani kneza Trpimira, nekadašnji zatvoreni bazen i kasniju kockarnicu, gdje se posljednja gotovo dva desetljeća nalazi Prirodoslovni muzej.

Zbog te zamjene nekretnina je protiv Ivana Škarića, tadašnjega gradonačelnika, bila pokrenuta istraga zbog sumnji u zloporabu u gospodarskom poslovanju prigodom zamjene gradskog lokala u Marmontovoj, u kojem je godinama ranije poslovao restoran "Ero" iz sustava danas propalog "Laurusa", za "Kadu", koju je držao Parčina. Inženjera Franju Veiga, sudskog vještaka za graditeljstvo, dugogodišnjeg suradnika gradske uprave i predsjednika Komisije za procjenu nekretnina Porezne uprave, teretilo se za pomaganje.

Međutim, na koncu im se nije sudilo jer je Županijski sud odbio žalbu Državnog odvjetništva i stao uz rješenje Općinskog suda o nepotvrđivanju optužnice kojom ih se teretilo da su, pogrešno procjenjujući vrijednost nekretnina, počinili štetu gradskoj "blagajni" veću od dva milijuna kuna.

Prema njihovoj procjeni, dotadašnji javni prostor u Marmontovoj ulici bio je procijenjen na ukupno milijun i pol njemačkih maraka, a komisija je u "Kadi" izmjerila oko 1100 kvadrata koristive površine i procijenila da je vrijedila dva milijuna tadašnjih maraka.

Sada ista nekretnina u srcu grada, čak i opterećena hipotekom, vrijedi 15 milijuna kuna. Splitski vijećnici su se na prosinačkoj sjednici odrekli prava prvokupa i ponovnog stjecanja vlasništva nad tim prostorom za iznos od dva milijuna eura, a isto je u subotu uradila i Županijska skupština.

Premda je Jasna Parčina direktorica tvrtke "Mimoza", osnivač i vlasnik firme koja sada prodaje vrijedan prostor u Marmontovoj ulici je Jozo Parčina, koji je široj javnosti poznat i kao vlasnik hotela "Luxe" u Zvonimirovoj ulici, koji je također u portfelju spomenute tvrtke. Upravo smo prije nekoliko dana objavili i da je taj poduzetnik posredstvom svoje druge tvrtke "Justitium maris" preuzeo imovinu "Kaštelanske rivijere" u stečaju, i to "prebijanjem" potraživanja. Time je stekao i devastirani hotel "Palace" u Starom, nekadašnji dragulj kaštelanskog turizma, ali i velike okolne nekretnine.

Podsjetimo, hotel "Palace" prodan je u stečajnom postupku, a Parčina je na trećoj po redu elektroničkoj dražbi održanoj pred Financijskom agencijom ponudio najviši iznos – 32,6 milijuna kuna. Početna cijena bila je 18,3 milijuna kuna, što predstavlja četvrtinu procijenjene vrijednosti od 73,5 milijuna kuna.

Atraktivna nekretnina u Marmontovoj ulici, kod istočnog ulaza na Prokurative, a u čijim su prostorima već godinama smještene prodavaonice odjeće globalno poznatih brendova, a ranije i parfumerija, nudila se na otkup Županiji za iznos od 15 milijuna kuna.

Na sjednici regionalnog parlamenta održanoj u subotu, velikom većinom glasova, uz samo jednu "suzdržanu" ruku, onu SDP-ova vijećnika Igora Batošića iz Makarske, prihvaćeno je odricanje prava prvokupa 455 četvornih metara koji se vode na adresi Trg Republike 1. Prije Županije, prava na potencijalno preuzimanje nekretnine koja se nalazi u najstrožoj zoni zaštite "A" i kao takva ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra odrekao se i Grad, a jednima i drugima je za dvoetažni prostor ponuđena ista cijena, koja u protuvrijednosti iznosi oko dva milijuna eura.

Na toliko je, naime, procijenjena vrijednost nekretnine opterećene hipotekom, a u vlasništvu je tvrtke "Mimoza", čija je direktorica Jasna Parčina. Riječ je o sestri poduzetnika Joze Parčine, koji je kao tadašnji vlasnik i voditelj tvrtke "Parčina export import" upravo taj prostor u Marmontovoj ulici od Grada dobio u zamjenu za popularnu "Kadu" na Poljani kneza Trpimira, nekadašnji zatvoreni bazen i kasniju kockarnicu, gdje se posljednja gotovo dva desetljeća nalazi Prirodoslovni muzej.

Zbog te zamjene nekretnina je protiv Ivana Škarića, tadašnjega gradonačelnika, bila pokrenuta istraga zbog sumnji u zloporabu u gospodarskom poslovanju prigodom zamjene gradskog lokala u Marmontovoj, u kojem je godinama ranije poslovao restoran "Ero" iz sustava danas propalog "Laurusa", za "Kadu", koju je držao Parčina. Inženjera Franju Veiga, sudskog vještaka za graditeljstvo, dugogodišnjeg suradnika gradske uprave i predsjednika Komisije za procjenu nekretnina Porezne uprave, teretilo se za pomaganje.

Međutim, na koncu im se nije sudilo jer je Županijski sud odbio žalbu Državnog odvjetništva i stao uz rješenje Općinskog suda o nepotvrđivanju optužnice kojom ih se teretilo da su, pogrešno procjenjujući vrijednost nekretnina, počinili štetu gradskoj "blagajni" veću od dva milijuna kuna.

Prema njihovoj procjeni, dotadašnji javni prostor u Marmontovoj ulici bio je procijenjen na ukupno milijun i pol njemačkih maraka, a komisija je u "Kadi" izmjerila oko 1100 kvadrata koristive površine i procijenila da je vrijedila dva milijuna tadašnjih maraka.

Sada ista nekretnina u srcu grada, čak i opterećena hipotekom, vrijedi 15 milijuna kuna. Splitski vijećnici su se na prosinačkoj sjednici odrekli prava prvokupa i ponovnog stjecanja vlasništva nad tim prostorom za iznos od dva milijuna eura, a isto je u subotu uradila i Županijska skupština.

Premda je Jasna Parčina direktorica tvrtke "Mimoza", osnivač i vlasnik firme koja sada prodaje vrijedan prostor u Marmontovoj ulici je Jozo Parčina, koji je široj javnosti poznat i kao vlasnik hotela "Luxe" u Zvonimirovoj ulici, koji je također u portfelju spomenute tvrtke. Upravo smo prije nekoliko dana objavili i da je taj poduzetnik posredstvom svoje druge tvrtke "Justitium maris" preuzeo imovinu "Kaštelanske rivijere" u stečaju, i to "prebijanjem" potraživanja. Time je stekao i devastirani hotel "Palace" u Starom, nekadašnji dragulj kaštelanskog turizma, ali i velike okolne nekretnine.

Podsjetimo, hotel "Palace" prodan je u stečajnom postupku, a Parčina je na trećoj po redu elektroničkoj dražbi održanoj pred Financijskom agencijom ponudio najviši iznos – 32,6 milijuna kuna. Početna cijena bila je 18,3 milijuna kuna, što predstavlja četvrtinu procijenjene vrijednosti od 73,5 milijuna kuna.
