Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nije dalo suglasnost da se pristupi zaključenju ugovora o zamjeni knjižare Morpurgo privatnog vlasnika i prostora u Marmontovoj ulici (ex. Brodomerkur) u vlasništvu države i tim je potezom spasilo državu velike sramote.

- Još početkom svibnja ukazivali smo na smiješnu procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine u Marmontovoj ulici koja je iznosila 39 tisuća kuna, odnosno oko 5200 eura po kvadratnom metru. Da je procjena nerealna dalo se vidjeti i iz reakcija stručnjaka koji se bave posredništvom u kupoprodaji nekretnina.

Tržišna cijena ovog prostora je barem dvostruko veća. Ako bi ga država kojim slučajem stavila na dražbu vjerojatno bi cijena dosegla višu vrijednost od 10 tisuća eura po kvadratu. Država zahvaljujući Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu neće izgubiti barem sedam milijuna kuna – izjavili su gradski vijećnici stranke Pametno Jakov Prkić i Branimir Urlić.

Radi se o prostoru u povijesnoj gradskoj jezgri od značaja za turističku promociju i jednoj od najstarijih knjižara u Europi s kontinuiranim djelovanjem pa je izuzetno važna u splitskoj kulturnoj, društvenoj i političkoj povijesti. 

- Iskreno se nadamo kako će Morpurgo jednog dana otvoriti vrata, a najbolji način bi bio da sadašnji vlasnik odustane od pokušaja zamjene nekretnine i proda je Gradu Splitu po tržišnoj vrijednosti. Ili još bolje i jednostavnije, otvori knjižaru – poručuju Prkić i Urlić.

Podsjetimo, već odavno smo pisali kako su građani ustvrdili da će Željko Katić, aktualni vlasnik "Morpurga", do trostruko većeg, atraktivnog prostora, također smještenog u srcu grada, doći "kao da je u svatovima", po nikad povoljnijoj cijeni.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nije dalo suglasnost da se pristupi zaključenju ugovora o zamjeni knjižare Morpurgo privatnog vlasnika i prostora u Marmontovoj ulici (ex. Brodomerkur) u vlasništvu države i tim je potezom spasilo državu velike sramote.

- Još početkom svibnja ukazivali smo na smiješnu procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine u Marmontovoj ulici koja je iznosila 39 tisuća kuna, odnosno oko 5200 eura po kvadratnom metru. Da je procjena nerealna dalo se vidjeti i iz reakcija stručnjaka koji se bave posredništvom u kupoprodaji nekretnina.

Tržišna cijena ovog prostora je barem dvostruko veća. Ako bi ga država kojim slučajem stavila na dražbu vjerojatno bi cijena dosegla višu vrijednost od 10 tisuća eura po kvadratu. Država zahvaljujući Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu neće izgubiti barem sedam milijuna kuna – izjavili su gradski vijećnici stranke Pametno Jakov Prkić i Branimir Urlić.

Radi se o prostoru u povijesnoj gradskoj jezgri od značaja za turističku promociju i jednoj od najstarijih knjižara u Europi s kontinuiranim djelovanjem pa je izuzetno važna u splitskoj kulturnoj, društvenoj i političkoj povijesti. 

- Iskreno se nadamo kako će Morpurgo jednog dana otvoriti vrata, a najbolji način bi bio da sadašnji vlasnik odustane od pokušaja zamjene nekretnine i proda je Gradu Splitu po tržišnoj vrijednosti. Ili još bolje i jednostavnije, otvori knjižaru – poručuju Prkić i Urlić.

Podsjetimo, već odavno smo pisali kako su građani ustvrdili da će Željko Katić, aktualni vlasnik "Morpurga", do trostruko većeg, atraktivnog prostora, također smještenog u srcu grada, doći "kao da je u svatovima", po nikad povoljnijoj cijeni.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nije dalo suglasnost da se pristupi zaključenju ugovora o zamjeni knjižare Morpurgo privatnog vlasnika i prostora u Marmontovoj ulici (ex. Brodomerkur) u vlasništvu države i tim je potezom spasilo državu velike sramote.

- Još početkom svibnja ukazivali smo na smiješnu procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine u Marmontovoj ulici koja je iznosila 39 tisuća kuna, odnosno oko 5200 eura po kvadratnom metru. Da je procjena nerealna dalo se vidjeti i iz reakcija stručnjaka koji se bave posredništvom u kupoprodaji nekretnina.

Tržišna cijena ovog prostora je barem dvostruko veća. Ako bi ga država kojim slučajem stavila na dražbu vjerojatno bi cijena dosegla višu vrijednost od 10 tisuća eura po kvadratu. Država zahvaljujući Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu...
