Problemi s podstanarstvom u Splitu nisu nikakva novost, a nesretna sudbina prisilnog iseljenja zatekla je i Matea Baturinu, keatoricu sadržaja na Tiktoku. 

Videozapis je pregledalo više od milijun ljudi, a prikazuje kako se Matea priprema za selidbu nakon što je vlasnik stana potpuno neočekivano rekao da je vrijeme da odu jer on ima neke druge planove.

- Na Badnji dan smo dobili poziv da moramo iseliti iz stana! Inače, momak i ja živimo u Splitu već dvije i pol godine i stan u kojem živimo je okej. Doduše, ne vrijedi onoliko koliko ga plaćamo, ali lokacija i pozicija stana je ono što nam je bilo top.

Gazda stana nas je nazvao na Badnji dan da nam kaže da izađemo iz stana u prvom mjesecu jer ga je on imao u planu renovirati i podizati stanarinu. Naravno da smo tih dana bili kod roditelja i da nije bilo moguće iseliti se u tako kratkom roku.

Bili smo šokirani jer nemamo vremena kad se iseliti, drugo, nemamo gdje. Ali to nije bilo sve! Šok je uslijedio tek sutradan!

Da bi stvar bila bolja (ili gora), moj momak je na sam dan Božića, pukom slučajnosti došao do stana, i pogodite što - zatiče gazde ispred vrata stana! Na Božić! U podne! Kad ni on, ni ona nisu očekivali da bi se mi mogli pojaviti. Normalno da je momak poludio jer, prije svega, iseljenje se valjda treba najaviti mjesec dana ranije, a onda zbog toga što su vjerojatno ušli u stan ili htjeli ući dok nas nije bilo! Što god da im je bio plan, uhvaćeni su na djelu, a od sramote su se pokupili i nestali, čak bez da su se ispričali, a kamoli čestitali Božić.

A sad me zanima što bi Vi na našem mjestu napravili? - postavlja pitanje na kraju. 

Preko 800 ljudi je ostavilo svoj komentar, a ljudi predlažu tužbu vlasnika te traže njegovo ime, prezime i adresu (koje autorica nije objavila). 

- Ne bih se iselila. Nema šanse! Postoji zakon! Zvala bih policiju i mirno se iselila za mjesec dana - piše S. 

- Ne može se tek tako izbaciti iz stana... Trebala si zvati policiju jer po zakonu imaš mjesec dana za iseljenje - komentira M. koja dodaje kako je podstanarka cijeli život te da je upućena u situaciju.

- I da imate ugovor i da nemate, on nema toga prava. Bez ugovora on snosi kaznu što vas je držao "na crno", a uz ugovor imate mjesec dana za pronalazk novog smještaja. 

- Moj otac je najveći kralj: kad se useli u stan, promijeni bravu. Pa neka stoje ispred vrata - piše T.

- Sad mu ostavi stan u stanju da ga mora STVARNO renovirati - ogorčeno piše jedan korisnik. 

A nakon što je video objavljen, Matea je objavila i drugi videozapis na istu temu u kojem navodi kako je primila puno poruka od ljudi sa sličnim iskustvima. 

- Dok se pakiram, i dalje ne znam di ću, samo da vam se zahvalim za podršku jer dolazi svako malo. Pišete mi da ste imali slična iskustva, da ste prolazili kroz iste stvari... Neki su mi čak napisali da već 30 godina prolaze kroz ovakve stvari jer su toliko već podstanari. Sve vam je jasno. Još uvijek nisam našla rješenje, ali sam sigurna da ću ga nać. Mislim samo pozitivno i da će se sve posložiti kako treba - kaže u nastavku i vraća se pakiranju kako bi iselili prema uputama vlasnika.

Problemi s podstanarstvom u Splitu nisu nikakva novost, a nesretna sudbina prisilnog iseljenja zatekla je i Matea Baturinu, keatoricu sadržaja na Tiktoku. 

Videozapis je pregledalo više od milijun ljudi, a prikazuje kako se Matea priprema za selidbu nakon što je vlasnik stana potpuno neočekivano rekao da je vrijeme da odu jer on ima neke druge planove.

- Na Badnji dan smo dobili poziv da moramo iseliti iz stana! Inače, momak i ja živimo u Splitu već dvije i pol godine i stan u kojem živimo je okej. Doduše, ne vrijedi onoliko koliko ga plaćamo, ali lokacija i pozicija stana je ono što nam je bilo top.

Gazda stana nas je nazvao na Badnji dan da nam kaže da izađemo iz stana u prvom mjesecu jer ga je on imao u planu renovirati i podizati stanarinu. Naravno da smo tih dana bili kod roditelja i da nije bilo moguće iseliti se u tako kratkom roku.

Bili smo šokirani jer nemamo vremena kad se iseliti, drugo, nemamo gdje. Ali to nije bilo sve! Šok je uslijedio tek sutradan!

Da bi stvar bila bolja (ili gora), moj momak je na sam dan Božića, pukom slučajnosti došao do stana, i pogodite što - zatiče gazde ispred vrata stana! Na Božić! U podne! Kad ni on, ni ona nisu očekivali da bi se mi mogli pojaviti. Normalno da je momak poludio jer, prije svega, iseljenje se valjda treba najaviti mjesec dana ranije, a onda zbog toga što su vjerojatno ušli u stan ili htjeli ući dok nas nije bilo! Što god da im je bio plan, uhvaćeni su na djelu, a od sramote su se pokupili i nestali, čak bez da su se ispričali, a kamoli čestitali Božić.

A sad me zanima što bi Vi na našem mjestu napravili? - postavlja pitanje na kraju. 

Preko 800 ljudi je ostavilo svoj komentar, a ljudi predlažu tužbu vlasnika te traže njegovo ime, prezime i adresu (koje autorica nije objavila). 

- Ne bih se iselila. Nema šanse! Postoji zakon! Zvala bih policiju i mirno se iselila za mjesec dana - piše S. 

- Ne može se tek tako izbaciti iz stana... Trebala si zvati policiju jer po zakonu imaš mjesec dana za iseljenje - komentira M. koja dodaje kako je podstanarka cijeli život te da je upućena u situaciju.

- I da imate ugovor i da nemate, on nema toga prava. Bez ugovora on snosi kaznu što vas je držao "na crno", a uz ugovor imate mjesec dana za pronalazk novog smještaja. 

- Moj otac je najveći kralj: kad se useli u stan, promijeni bravu. Pa neka stoje ispred vrata - piše T.

- Sad mu ostavi stan u stanju da ga mora STVARNO renovirati - ogorčeno piše jedan korisnik. 

A nakon što je video objavljen, Matea je objavila i drugi videozapis na istu temu u kojem navodi kako je primila puno poruka od ljudi sa sličnim iskustvima. 

- Dok se pakiram, i dalje ne znam di ću, samo da vam se zahvalim za podršku jer dolazi svako malo. Pišete mi da ste imali slična iskustva, da ste prolazili kroz iste stvari... Neki su mi čak napisali da već 30 godina prolaze kroz ovakve stvari jer su toliko već podstanari. Sve vam je jasno. Još uvijek nisam našla rješenje, ali sam sigurna da ću ga nać. Mislim samo pozitivno i da će se sve posložiti kako treba - kaže u nastavku i vraća se pakiranju kako bi iselili prema uputama vlasnika.

Problemi s podstanarstvom u Splitu nisu nikakva novost, a nesretna sudbina prisilnog iseljenja zatekla je i Matea Baturinu, keatoricu sadržaja na Tiktoku. 

Videozapis je pregledalo više od milijun ljudi, a prikazuje kako se Matea priprema za selidbu nakon što je vlasnik stana potpuno neočekivano rekao da je vrijeme da odu jer on ima neke druge planove.

I što imaju ulaziti uopće u ulaz ako znaju da nas nema u stanu, a u zgradi nemaju svoju ni jednu ekstra prostoriju, ostavu ili tome slično…ne znam što su došli gledat ako nisu htjeli ući u stan, kako izgledaju ulazna vrata ili što? ? - Na Badnji dan smo dobili poziv da moramo iseliti iz stana! Inače, momak i ja živimo u Splitu već dvije i pol godine i stan u kojem živimo je okej. Doduše, ne vrijedi onoliko koliko ga plaćamo, ali lokacija i pozicija stana je ono što nam je bilo top.

Gazda stana nas je nazvao na Badnji dan da nam kaže da izađemo iz stana u prvom mjesecu jer ga je on imao u planu renovirati i podizati stanarinu. Naravno da smo tih dana bili kod roditelja i da nije bilo moguće iseliti se u tako kratkom roku.

Bili smo šokirani jer nemamo vremena kad se iseliti, drugo, nemamo gdje. Ali to nije bilo sve! Šok je uslijedio tek sutradan!
