Neke od prodavaonica za koje je već poznato da će svoj prodajni prostor imati u CCO-u Split, već su krenule u potragu za radnicima.

Tako prodavaonica “Müller” zbog otvorenja poslovnice u Splitu, u listopadu, s ponudom drogerije, parfumerije, igračaka, kućanstva i pribora za pisanje, traži jednog radnika za posao voditelja poslovnice te više njih za voditelje pojedinih odjela. Djelatnike traži i dućan obuće “Humanic” SEnD voditelja i zamjenika poslovnice.

Domaći menadžeri

 - Procjenjuje se da će se u maloprodaji i drugim djelatnostima ovog šoping-centra otvoriti otprilike dvije tisuće stalnih radnih mjesta, a kao i “City Centerom One” u Zagrebu, njime će upravljati domaća struktura menadžera, kazala nam je Vlatka Svedružić, dodavši da će ponuda u splitskom centru biti slična onoj zagrebačkoj.

CCO će se prostirati na tri etaže ukupne površine 65 tisuća metara četvornih, imat će više od 150 dućana, 10 kafića, nekoliko restorana i uslužnih prostora, a posjetiteljima će na raspolaganju biti više od 2600 parkirališnih mjesta te dvije autobusne stanice.

Među brojnim prodavaonicama ističu se “Interspar”, “Müller”, C&A, “Humanic”, “dm”, “Hervis”, “Konikom”, “New Yorker”, “s. Oliver”, “Deichman”, “Mango”, “Benetton”. Podsjetimo, ukupna investicija vrijedna je 150 milijuna eura, a Europska banka za obnovu i razvoj projekt “City Center One” u Splitu kreditira sa 68 milijuna eura.

Ugovor o kreditiranju potpisan je u veljači, a uz EBRD, projekt prate i austrijski “Bawag” i RBA. Potonja banka nedavno je s EIB-om, Europskom investicijskom bankom, dogovorila refinanciranje u iznosu od 60 milijuna eura.

Neke od prodavaonica za koje je već poznato da će svoj prodajni prostor imati u CCO-u Split, već su krenule u potragu za radnicima.

Tako prodavaonica “Müller” zbog otvorenja poslovnice u Splitu, u listopadu, s ponudom drogerije, parfumerije, igračaka, kućanstva i pribora za pisanje, traži jednog radnika za posao voditelja poslovnice te više njih za voditelje pojedinih odjela. Djelatnike traži i dućan obuće “Humanic” SEnD voditelja i zamjenika poslovnice.

Domaći menadžeri

 - Procjenjuje se da će se u maloprodaji i drugim djelatnostima ovog šoping-centra otvoriti otprilike dvije tisuće stalnih radnih mjesta, a kao i “City Centerom One” u Zagrebu, njime će upravljati domaća struktura menadžera, kazala nam je Vlatka Svedružić, dodavši da će ponuda u splitskom centru biti slična onoj zagrebačkoj.

CCO će se prostirati na tri etaže ukupne površine 65 tisuća metara četvornih, imat će više od 150 dućana, 10 kafića, nekoliko restorana i uslužnih prostora, a posjetiteljima će na raspolaganju biti više od 2600 parkirališnih mjesta te dvije autobusne stanice.

Među brojnim prodavaonicama ističu se “Interspar”, “Müller”, C&A, “Humanic”, “dm”, “Hervis”, “Konikom”, “New Yorker”, “s. Oliver”, “Deichman”, “Mango”, “Benetton”. Podsjetimo, ukupna investicija vrijedna je 150 milijuna eura, a Europska banka za obnovu i razvoj projekt “City Center One” u Splitu kreditira sa 68 milijuna eura.

Ugovor o kreditiranju potpisan je u veljači, a uz EBRD, projekt prate i austrijski “Bawag” i RBA. Potonja banka nedavno je s EIB-om, Europskom investicijskom bankom, dogovorila refinanciranje u iznosu od 60 milijuna eura.
