Covida ima "ka u priči", ali malo tko priča o tome. A, da Covid brojke rastu, svjesni su i na Klinici za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

- U ovom trenutku je u KBC-u Split hospitalizirano 30 pacijenata oboljelih od Covida. To je određeno povećanje hospitaliziranih, jer smo ih prošli tjedan imali 27, a tjedan prije 17. Imamo i šest bolesnika koji se nalaze na respiratoru - rekla je doc. dr. sc. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja, predstojnica Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

To je najveća brojka Covid bolesnika na raspiratoru u više od godinu dana. Kako doznajemo, na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja (JIL) na Križinama pripremaju i dodatne kapacitete ako bude potrebno, s obzirom na povećan broj slučajeva.

- Većinom se radi o starijoj populaciji, odnosno o ljudima koji imaju teške kronične bolesti. No, na Klinici imamo i četiri pacijenta koji boluju od gripe i sve se radi o teškim kliničkim slikama, jer mi i ne hospitaliziramo one blage - kazuje nam dr. Pavičić Ivelja.

Zanimalo nas je li bolnica pripravna ukoliko brojke oboljelih od Covida ili gripe "odu u nebo"?

- Situacija se prati iz dana u dan. Naši djelatnici su iskusni i spremni reagirati u svakom trenutku, iako je poznato da imamo manjak medicinskog osoblja, dominantno medicinskih sestara.

No, velikim trudom i nesebičnim radom naši djelatnici/ce sve to nadoknade. Već su uvedene neke reorganizacijske mjere, a moram istaknuti da u bolnici imamo dovoljno antivirusnih lijekova - zaključila je doc. dr. sc. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja.

Za kraj je potrebno istaknuti kako iz KBC-a Split apeliraju da oni koji imaju blagu kliničku sliku, bilo Covida ili gripe ili neke druge infektivne bolesti ne dolaze na Hitni prijam Infektologije, kako se ne bi stvarale nepotrebne gužve i kako bi se mogla pružiti najbolja skrb teško oboljelima. Neka se prvo jave svojim obiteljskim liječnicima i pedijatrima.

Covida ima "ka u priči", ali malo tko priča o tome. A, da Covid brojke rastu, svjesni su i na Klinici za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

- U ovom trenutku je u KBC-u Split hospitalizirano 30 pacijenata oboljelih od Covida. To je određeno povećanje hospitaliziranih, jer smo ih prošli tjedan imali 27, a tjedan prije 17. Imamo i šest bolesnika koji se nalaze na respiratoru - rekla je doc. dr. sc. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja, predstojnica Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

To je najveća brojka Covid bolesnika na raspiratoru u više od godinu dana. Kako doznajemo, na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja (JIL) na Križinama pripremaju i dodatne kapacitete ako bude potrebno, s obzirom na povećan broj slučajeva.

- Većinom se radi o starijoj populaciji, odnosno o ljudima koji imaju teške kronične bolesti. No, na Klinici imamo i četiri pacijenta koji boluju od gripe i sve se radi o teškim kliničkim slikama, jer mi i ne hospitaliziramo one blage - kazuje nam dr. Pavičić Ivelja.

Zanimalo nas je li bolnica pripravna ukoliko brojke oboljelih od Covida ili gripe "odu u nebo"?

- Situacija se prati iz dana u dan. Naši djelatnici su iskusni i spremni reagirati u svakom trenutku, iako je poznato da imamo manjak medicinskog osoblja, dominantno medicinskih sestara.

Za kraj je potrebno istaknuti kako iz KBC-a Split apeliraju da oni koji imaju blagu kliničku sliku, bilo Covida ili gripe ili neke druge infektivne bolesti ne dolaze na Hitni prijam Infektologije, kako se ne bi stvarale nepotrebne gužve i kako bi se mogla pružiti najbolja skrb teško oboljelima. Neka se prvo jave svojim obiteljskim liječnicima i pedijatrima.
