Na zapuštenom terenu nekadašnjeg parkinga na Manušu, na kojem je trebao osvanuti projekt Small Malla, presicu je održala koalicija Pametno, Možemo i Nova ljevica.
Lokacija nije slučajno odabrana jer su teme bile vezane za promet i rješenja koja su najavili - besplatan i reorganiziran javni prijevoz, izgradnju montažnih garaža i garažu na Lovrincu, te zonu smirenog prometa u gradskom središtu.
Kandidat koalicije za gradonačelnika Jakov Prkić govorio je o javnom gradskom prijevozu. Kazao je kako vjeruju da su u stanju u prvoj godini mandata smanjiti cijenu javnog prijevoza za pedeset posto, a do kraja mandata bi prijevoz bio besplatan.
- Vožnja bi bila besplatna za krajnje korisnike, a Grad bi snosio taj trošak Prometu. Zašto je to važno? Stalo nam je da imamo efikasan i svima dostupan javni gradski prijevoz. Time želimo motivirati naše sugrađane da se više koriste autobusima, a manje osobnim automobilima, pa da dođu u situaciju da se riješe drugog ili trećeg automogila kojeg sada imaju. Paralelno sa time išla bi izmjena nekih trasa autobusa. - kazao je Prkić.
Na novinarsko pitanje o izvorima financiranja Prkić je najavio da bi za prvu verziju pojeftinjenja od 50 posto Grad trebao izdvojiti oko 30 milijuna kuna za sufinanciranje. Naglasio je da se za prvu ruku ne bi odustalo od prireza, dok se za iduće tri do četiri godine nadaju da bi došli do većeg prihoda pa da bi to mogli spustiti skroz na nulu.
Zeleni krovovi i solarni paneli
Gradska vijećnica Kristina Vidan, predsjednica Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju te kandidatkinja za zamjenicu gradonačelnika, osvrnula se na pitanja parkinga po Gradu i najavila montažne garaže. Istaknula je da su postojeća parkirališta i garaže nedostatna za građane, turiste i ostale koji dolaze iz okolnih mjesta po nekom drugom poslu.
- Mi ćemo na sva postojeća parkirališta nadograditi montažne objekte, metalne ili betonske, koji će na taj način udvostručiti ili utrostručiti sadašnje kapacitete. Krovovi tih objekata koristit će se kao zeleni krovovi ili za urbane rekreacijske sadržaje, a čak se mogu koristiti za postavljanje solarnih panela koji mogu biti izvori električne energije. - najavila jeVidan i dodala da će se nastaviti graditi garaže po kotarevima sa istim konceptom, da na krovovima budu sadržaji koji nedostaju u kotarevima.
Obećala je i da će omogućiti građanima da garaže koriste uz veoma povoljne godišnje pretplate, sve kako bi se oslobodili pločnici i kolnici grada koji su sada zakrčeni, a kako bi se omogućila veća sloboda kretanja.
Garaža na Lovrincu i zona smirenog prometa
O „park and rideu” sistemu je govorio Ivica Profaca, kandidat Možemo! na koalicijskoj listi. Iznio je ideju o gradnji višekatne garaže na Lovrincu gdje bi se parkirali oni koji dolaze u grad. Ukoliko žele doći u središte grada, imali bi u cijenu uračunat javni prijevoz sa ekološkim vozilima.
Profaca je najavio i dvije zone smirenenog prometa koje bi bile po obodu gradske jezgre. Prva bi išla od Pazara do HNK, Zagrebačkom i Sinjskom ulicom, a druga od hotela Ambasador do Trga dr. Franje Tuđmana ispred Svetog Frane. One bi bile namjenjene smanjenju i usporavanju prometa. U njima bi maksimalna brzina vozila bila deset kilometara na sat, sa prednošću za vozila gradskog prijevoza, čime bi se, kako je kazao, oslobodio prostor za pješake i za zelene površine koje bi se uredile.
Vezano za sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Prkić je najavio da će njihovi vijećnici doći jer im je bitno da se dodijele nagrade Grada i zbog izmjena GUP-a i Prostornog plana onako kako ih je predložilo Društvo arhitekata.

Na zapuštenom terenu nekadašnjeg parkinga na Manušu, na kojem je trebao osvanuti projekt Small Malla, presicu je održala koalicija Pametno, Možemo i Nova ljevica.
Lokacija nije slučajno odabrana jer su teme bile vezane za promet i rješenja koja su najavili - besplatan i reorganiziran javni prijevoz, izgradnju montažnih garaža i garažu na Lovrincu, te zonu smirenog prometa u gradskom središtu.
Kandidat koalicije za gradonačelnika Jakov Prkić govorio je o javnom gradskom prijevozu. Kazao je kako vjeruju da su u stanju u prvoj godini mandata smanjiti cijenu javnog prijevoza za pedeset posto, a do kraja mandata bi prijevoz bio besplatan.
- Vožnja bi bila besplatna za krajnje korisnike, a Grad bi snosio taj trošak Prometu. Zašto je to važno? Stalo nam je da imamo efikasan i svima dostupan javni gradski prijevoz. Time želimo motivirati naše sugrađane da se više koriste autobusima, a manje osobnim automobilima, pa da dođu u situaciju da se riješe drugog ili trećeg automogila kojeg sada imaju. Paralelno sa time išla bi izmjena nekih trasa autobusa. - kazao je Prkić.
Na novinarsko pitanje o izvorima financiranja Prkić je najavio da bi za prvu verziju pojeftinjenja od 50 posto Grad trebao izdvojiti oko 30 milijuna kuna za sufinanciranje. Naglasio je da se za prvu ruku ne bi odustalo od prireza, dok se za iduće tri do četiri godine nadaju da bi došli do većeg prihoda pa da bi to mogli spustiti skroz na nulu.
Zeleni krovovi i solarni paneli
Gradska vijećnica Kristina Vidan, predsjednica Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju te kandidatkinja za zamjenicu gradonačelnika, osvrnula se na pitanja parkinga po Gradu i najavila montažne garaže. Istaknula je da su postojeća parkirališta i garaže nedostatna za građane, turiste i ostale koji dolaze iz okolnih mjesta po nekom drugom poslu.
- Mi ćemo na sva postojeća parkirališta nadograditi montažne objekte, metalne ili betonske, koji će na taj način udvostručiti ili utrostručiti sadašnje kapacitete. Krovovi tih objekata koristit će se kao zeleni krovovi ili za urbane rekreacijske sadržaje, a čak se mogu koristiti za postavljanje solarnih panela koji mogu biti izvori električne energije. - najavila jeVidan i dodala da će se nastaviti graditi garaže po kotarevima sa istim konceptom, da na krovovima budu sadržaji koji nedostaju u kotarevima.
Obećala je i da će omogućiti građanima da garaže koriste uz veoma povoljne godišnje pretplate, sve kako bi se oslobodili pločnici i kolnici grada koji su sada zakrčeni, a kako bi se omogućila veća sloboda kretanja.
Garaža na Lovrincu i zona smirenog prometa
O „park and rideu” sistemu je govorio Ivica Profaca, kandidat Možemo! na koalicijskoj listi. Iznio je ideju o gradnji višekatne garaže na Lovrincu gdje bi se parkirali oni koji dolaze u grad. Ukoliko žele doći u središte grada, imali bi u cijenu uračunat javni prijevoz sa ekološkim vozilima.
Profaca je najavio i dvije zone smirenenog prometa koje bi bile po obodu gradske jezgre. Prva bi išla od Pazara do HNK, Zagrebačkom i Sinjskom ulicom, a druga od hotela Ambasador do Trga dr. Franje Tuđmana ispred Svetog Frane. One bi bile namjenjene smanjenju i usporavanju prometa. U njima bi maksimalna brzina vozila bila deset kilometara na sat, sa prednošću za vozila gradskog prijevoza, čime bi se, kako je kazao, oslobodio prostor za pješake i za zelene površine koje bi se uredile.
Vezano za sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Prkić je najavio da će njihovi vijećnici doći jer im je bitno da se dodijele nagrade Grada i zbog izmjena GUP-a i Prostornog plana onako kako ih je predložilo Društvo arhitekata.
