Ako je sve tako, neka mi netko objasni zašto moja 45-godišnja prijateljica, majka četvero djece, mora na ultrazvuk dojke čekati do početka 2017. godine – pita se naša 69-godišnja sugrađanka koja je prije nekoliko dana pokušala u KBC-u zakazati pretrage za svoju prijateljicu kojoj je prilikom rutinskog pregleda napipana kvržica na dojci.

Budući da je 45-godišnjakinja bila u šoku, strahujući od moguće dijagnoze, starija prijateljica htjela joj je pomoći i umjesto nje obaviti upis za neki relativno bliži termin.

– Došla sam na šalter u bolnicu i tamo su bile susretljive medicinske sestre koje su mi, nakon što su pogledale u kompjutor, mogle samo reći da ona može doći na red za ultrazvuk dojke tek u 2017. godini. Ne znam kome je u tom trenutku bilo neugodnije, meni ili medicinskoj sestri koja mi je rekla tu informaciju. Zahvalila sam se i otišla. Mislim da je ovakvo stanje neodrživo i da svatko u ovoj zemlji ima pravo u nekom razumnom roku obaviti pregled o kojemu mu može ovisiti život – ističe naša sugovornica.

Na žalost, na ultrazvučne pretrage dojke u KBC-u čeka se više od godinu dana ako se radi o kontrolnom pregledu. Ako je riječ o prvom pregledu, pacijentica će na red doći već dan nakon upisa, dakle u roku od 24 sata. No, da bi imala tu mogućnost, svaka pacijentica mora naglasiti medicinskoj sestri koja obavlja upis da joj je to prvi ultrazvučni pregled.

U svakom slučaju, najvećoj dalmatinskoj bolnici prijeko je potrebno da što prije nabavi dva CT uređaja i barem jedan za preglede magnetskom rezonancijom, što godinama obećavaju iz Ministarstva zdravlja, od bivšeg resornog čelnika dr. Rajka Ostojića do aktualnog dr. Siniše Varge.

No, od svega toga još uvijek nema ništa, a od važnih uređaja kupljen je jedino angiografski uređaj, a i to je obavljeno nakon brojnih apela. Stoga radiolozi na Firulama i Križinama i dalje rade na starim, istrošenim i vrlo često pokvarenim uređajima, liste čekanja se produžuju, a najviše stradavaju pacijenti.

Posljednih mjeseci stvar spašavaju privatne poliklinike "Medikol" i "Kalajžić" koje preko "crvenih" uputnica obavljaju "magnetska" snimanja i preuzimaju veliki broj bolničkih pacijenata, a na teret Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje.

Porazno stanje ipak bi se uskoro moglo promijeniti, jer se po bolničkim kuloarima šuška kako je javni natječaj za kupnju jednog CT uređaja okončan, prošao je i žalbeni rok, pa se sada samo čeka nabava novog aparata. Valjda će ga pacijenti dočekati...

Ako je sve tako, neka mi netko objasni zašto moja 45-godišnja prijateljica, majka četvero djece, mora na ultrazvuk dojke čekati do početka 2017. godine – pita se naša 69-godišnja sugrađanka koja je prije nekoliko dana pokušala u KBC-u zakazati pretrage za svoju prijateljicu kojoj je prilikom rutinskog pregleda napipana kvržica na dojci.

Budući da je 45-godišnjakinja bila u šoku, strahujući od moguće dijagnoze, starija prijateljica htjela joj je pomoći i umjesto nje obaviti upis za neki relativno bliži termin.

– Došla sam na šalter u bolnicu i tamo su bile susretljive medicinske sestre koje su mi, nakon što su pogledale u kompjutor, mogle samo reći da ona može doći na red za ultrazvuk dojke tek u 2017. godini. Ne znam kome je u tom trenutku bilo neugodnije, meni ili medicinskoj sestri koja mi je rekla tu informaciju. Zahvalila sam se i otišla. Mislim da je ovakvo stanje neodrživo i da svatko u ovoj zemlji ima pravo u nekom razumnom roku obaviti pregled o kojemu mu može ovisiti život – ističe naša sugovornica.

Na žalost, na ultrazvučne pretrage dojke u KBC-u čeka se više od godinu dana ako se radi o kontrolnom pregledu. Ako je riječ o prvom pregledu, pacijentica će na red doći već dan nakon upisa, dakle u roku od 24 sata. No, da bi imala tu mogućnost, svaka pacijentica mora naglasiti medicinskoj sestri koja obavlja upis da joj je to prvi ultrazvučni pregled.

U svakom slučaju, najvećoj dalmatinskoj bolnici prijeko je potrebno da što prije nabavi dva CT uređaja i barem jedan za preglede magnetskom rezonancijom, što godinama obećavaju iz Ministarstva zdravlja, od bivšeg resornog čelnika dr. Rajka Ostojića do aktualnog dr. Siniše Varge.

No, od svega toga još uvijek nema ništa, a od važnih uređaja kupljen je jedino angiografski uređaj, a i to je obavljeno nakon brojnih apela. Stoga radiolozi na Firulama i Križinama i dalje rade na starim, istrošenim i vrlo često pokvarenim uređajima, liste čekanja se produžuju, a najviše stradavaju pacijenti.

Posljednih mjeseci stvar spašavaju privatne poliklinike "Medikol" i "Kalajžić" koje preko "crvenih" uputnica obavljaju "magnetska" snimanja i preuzimaju veliki broj bolničkih pacijenata, a na teret Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje.

Porazno stanje ipak bi se uskoro moglo promijeniti, jer se po bolničkim kuloarima šuška kako je javni natječaj za kupnju jednog CT uređaja okončan, prošao je i žalbeni rok, pa se sada samo čeka nabava novog aparata. Valjda će ga pacijenti dočekati...
