U zadnji čas, zadnjeg dana zadnjeg ugovorenog roka, djelatnici "Cestara" konačno su završili izgradnju potpornog zida u Dubrovačkoj ulici. Na radost okolnih stanara koji su već ispalili na živce.

Zadnji ugovoreni rok završetka radova je bio 12. svibnja ove godine, i zaista, valjak je završno ravnao novi asfalt, uspjeli su! Nakon godinu i dva mjeseca.

Kako doznajemo od stanara, posljednjih dana na gradilštu je znalo biti i po 50 radnika, stvarno su radili punom parom.

Umjesto gradilišta, tamo sad imamo nogostup koji je desetljećima nedostajao na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, kao i stubište koje povezuje Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice.

Podsjetimo, "Cestar" je radove koji su prvotno trebali trajati sedam mjeseci produžio za još - devet mjeseci.

Do produženja roka je došlo zbog izmještanja elektro kabelskih instalacija od rujna do studenog 2022. godine, te velikog broja kišnih dana tijekom zime - odgovorili su nam iz Grada kada smo krajem ožujka ove godine pisali tekst o kašnjenju radova.

Još u ožujku prošle godine, na samom početku radova, u "Cestaru" su obrazložili da bi moglo biti malo zastoja zbog instalacija.

- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole.

Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase.

Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nam iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bajpas - objasnio nam je tada Ante Vuletić, inženjer "Cestara".

U zadnji čas, zadnjeg dana zadnjeg ugovorenog roka, djelatnici "Cestara" konačno su završili izgradnju potpornog zida u Dubrovačkoj ulici. Na radost okolnih stanara koji su već ispalili na živce.

Zadnji ugovoreni rok završetka radova je bio 12. svibnja ove godine, i zaista, valjak je završno ravnao novi asfalt, uspjeli su! Nakon godinu i dva mjeseca.

Kako doznajemo od stanara, posljednjih dana na gradilštu je znalo biti i po 50 radnika, stvarno su radili punom parom.

Umjesto gradilišta, tamo sad imamo nogostup koji je desetljećima nedostajao na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, kao i stubište koje povezuje Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice.

Podsjetimo, "Cestar" je radove koji su prvotno trebali trajati sedam mjeseci produžio za još - devet mjeseci.

Do produženja roka je došlo zbog izmještanja elektro kabelskih instalacija od rujna do studenog 2022. godine, te velikog broja kišnih dana tijekom zime - odgovorili su nam iz Grada kada smo krajem ožujka ove godine pisali tekst o kašnjenju radova.

Još u ožujku prošle godine, na samom početku radova, u "Cestaru" su obrazložili da bi moglo biti malo zastoja zbog instalacija.

- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole.

Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase.

Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nam iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bajpas - objasnio nam je tada Ante Vuletić, inženjer "Cestara".
