Bacanje azbestnih ploča s krova bivše “Jadrankamenove” zgrade na sjevernom dijelu dosadašnjeg parkirališta na usjeku pruge, a budućega gradilišta poslovno-garažnog centra “Small Mall”, trajalo je samo jedan dan.

Ne zato što je sav pokrov uklonjen s krova objekta predviđenog za rušenje, nego zato što su takvo postupanje s opasnim otpadom zabranili inspektori Ministarstva zaštite okoliša. Glasnogovornica resornog ministarstva Dijana Sušac potvrdila nam je kako su inspektori bili na terenu, gdje su utvrdili da je investitor radova “Centar Brač”, a da ih izvode radnici zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke “Tehnika”.

– Azbestne ploče su se s krova spuštale po koso postavljenim cijevima do tla gdje su bile postavljene automobilske gume radi amortizacije pada. Zbog potencijalno mogućeg onečišćenja okoliša azbestnim vlaknima, inspektori zaštite okoliša su izvođaču radova zapisnički naredili obustavu takvog načina skidanja ploča, te je njihovo uklanjanje na takav način obustavljeno. Radnici su nastavili sa skidanjem ploča i njihovim slaganjem na krovu, a daljnji radovi obavljat će se pomoću autodizalice – ističe glasnogovornica.

Također, izvođač je upozoren da treba prekriti skinute ploče nepropusnim materijalom dok ih ne preuzme ovlaštena tvrtka (“Cian”, op.a.), te inspektore mora obavijestiti da je spomenuti otpadni materijal zbrinut na propisani način.

Prolaznici ne prilaze

Podsjetimo, inspektore zaštite okoliša pozvali su stanari Istarske i Riječke ulice, prvi susjedi gradilišta. Njihovi predstavnici kazali su nam kako su “nezadovoljni što ih se nije obavijestilo o početku uklanjanja opasnog otpadnog materijala”, te su upozorili da “bacanje ploča s krova nije sigurno”, da “zbrinjavanje azbesta na mjestu gdje prolaze turisti i slučajni prolaznici nije obavljeno na stručan način”.

Vice Dodig, izvršni direktor ulagačke tvrtke “Centar Brač”, ustvrdio je jučer kako ničim nisu ugrozili zdravlje stanara okolnih zgrada i obiteljskih kuća.

– Inspekcija je samo tražila da posložimo azbestne ploče i da ih spusti dizalica – kazao nam je Dodig.

Upitali smo izvršnog direktora zašto je dio gradilišta uz nekadašnji “Jadrankamenov” objekt, preko kojeg slobodno prolaze ljudi prema središtu grada, za vrijeme radova na uklanjanju azbestnog pokrova osiguran, blago rečeno, skromno. Naime, žuta traka je vezana za drvene palete, od kojih su neke pale na tlo, tako da je može preskočiti i dvogodišnjak.

– Inspektori su to vidjeli, ali nisu imali primjedbe. Prolaznici ne prilaze zoni radova. Cjelokupno gradilište trenutačno nije sa svih strana zatvoreno “žicom”, ali i to ćemo učiniti kroz tjedan dana – naglasio je Dodig.

Bacanje azbestnih ploča s krova bivše “Jadrankamenove” zgrade na sjevernom dijelu dosadašnjeg parkirališta na usjeku pruge, a budućega gradilišta poslovno-garažnog centra “Small Mall”, trajalo je samo jedan dan.

Ne zato što je sav pokrov uklonjen s krova objekta predviđenog za rušenje, nego zato što su takvo postupanje s opasnim otpadom zabranili inspektori Ministarstva zaštite okoliša. Glasnogovornica resornog ministarstva Dijana Sušac potvrdila nam je kako su inspektori bili na terenu, gdje su utvrdili da je investitor radova “Centar Brač”, a da ih izvode radnici zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke “Tehnika”.

– Azbestne ploče su se s krova spuštale po koso postavljenim cijevima do tla gdje su bile postavljene automobilske gume radi amortizacije pada. Zbog potencijalno mogućeg onečišćenja okoliša azbestnim vlaknima, inspektori zaštite okoliša su izvođaču radova zapisnički naredili obustavu takvog načina skidanja ploča, te je njihovo uklanjanje na takav način obustavljeno. Radnici su nastavili sa skidanjem ploča i njihovim slaganjem na krovu, a daljnji radovi obavljat će se pomoću autodizalice – ističe glasnogovornica.

Također, izvođač je upozoren da treba prekriti skinute ploče nepropusnim materijalom dok ih ne preuzme ovlaštena tvrtka (“Cian”, op.a.), te inspektore mora obavijestiti da je spomenuti otpadni materijal zbrinut na propisani način.

Prolaznici ne prilaze

Podsjetimo, inspektore zaštite okoliša pozvali su stanari Istarske i Riječke ulice, prvi susjedi gradilišta. Njihovi predstavnici kazali su nam kako su “nezadovoljni što ih se nije obavijestilo o početku uklanjanja opasnog otpadnog materijala”, te su upozorili da “bacanje ploča s krova nije sigurno”, da “zbrinjavanje azbesta na mjestu gdje prolaze turisti i slučajni prolaznici nije obavljeno na stručan način”.

Vice Dodig, izvršni direktor ulagačke tvrtke “Centar Brač”, ustvrdio je jučer kako ničim nisu ugrozili zdravlje stanara okolnih zgrada i obiteljskih kuća.

– Inspekcija je samo tražila da posložimo azbestne ploče i da ih spusti dizalica – kazao nam je Dodig.

Upitali smo izvršnog direktora zašto je dio gradilišta uz nekadašnji “Jadrankamenov” objekt, preko kojeg slobodno prolaze ljudi prema središtu grada, za vrijeme radova na uklanjanju azbestnog pokrova osiguran, blago rečeno, skromno. Naime, žuta traka je vezana za drvene palete, od kojih su neke pale na tlo, tako da je može preskočiti i dvogodišnjak.

– Inspektori su to vidjeli, ali nisu imali primjedbe. Prolaznici ne prilaze zoni radova. Cjelokupno gradilište trenutačno nije sa svih strana zatvoreno “žicom”, ali i to ćemo učiniti kroz tjedan dana – naglasio je Dodig.
